The Israel Defense Forces says it is carrying out a "precise and targeted operation against Hamas in a specified area" of Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza.
The ground operation, based on intelligence and "operation necessity," came after the Israeli military had repeatedly warned Hamas against using the hospital as a base for its operations, the IDF said in a statement issued Wednesday morning local time.
"Yesterday, the IDF conveyed to the relevant authorities in Gaza once again that all military activities within the hospital must cease within 12 hours. Unfortunately, it did not," the Israeli military said, adding that Hamas's alleged use of the hospital violates international law.

As Friday’s shutdown deadline looms over Congress, the House overwhelmingly passed a two-step temporary-funding bill on Tuesday that can partially fund the federal government through the beginning months of 2024.
With a final tally of 336–95, the stopgap bill was met with support from 209 Democrats and 127 Republicans. Only two Democrats, Representatives Jake Auchincloss (Mass.) and Mike Quigley (Ill.), and a substantial 93 Republicans dissented from their political parties. The bill now heads to the Senate, where it is also expected to pass.

That starts at the top with Ronna McDaniel, Chairwoman of the Republican Party- otherwise known as “Romney 2.0.” That’s her Uncle by the way- Mitt Romney, the loser.

Washington— Up to 30 million of the poorest Americans could be purged from the Medicaid program, many the result of error-ridden state reviews that poverty experts say the Biden administration is not doing enough to stop.
The projections from the health consulting firm Avalere come as states undertake a sweeping reevaluation of the 94 million people enrolled in Medicaid, government’s health insurance for the neediest Americans. A host of problems have surfaced across the country, including hourslong phone wait times in Florida, confusing government forms in Arkansas, and children wrongly dropped from coverage in Texas.

Welcome to my church, Ayaan Hirsi Ali. You can sit anywhere you’d like.
Ayaan published an essay explaining the reasons for her conversion. Her essay describes no epiphany, no encounter on a road to Damascus or anywhere else. Strikingly, neither “Christ” nor “Jesus” appear anywhere in her essay.
Instead, she explained that Christianity (and by implication the larger Judeo-Christian culture) is the only framework capable of building civilization as we know it, and protecting it against human depravity.

The 2024 presidential election is a year away. The political landscape of America in October of 2024 will be far different than it is today. The current polling, which focuses on which candidate for president is winning and the attendant punditry, is meaningless. Over the next twelve months there will be a significant increase in voter dissatisfaction due to unabated crime and illegal immigration as well as seismic shifts in the economy and foreign affairs which will dramatically affect the fortunes of both parties and their candidates.
A September 2023 poll revealed that just 28% of Americans believe the U.S. political system is working extremely or somewhat well.

When Palestinian-American and Democrat Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib posted a video saying from the river to the sea, she was promoting a “rallying cry for the destruction of the State of Israel and genocide of the Jewish people.” This call for Jewish genocide was the same call the Nazis made. They have no sense that Jews, rather than controlling the world, have been its victims for millennia, enduring an incomparable history of persecution that has led to repetitive bouts of ethnic cleansing, genocide, and racist laws

Most political pundits, including some on the left, agree that giving Iran access to huge amounts of cash in recent months, was directly linked to the Hamas attacks on Israel.
Now the Biden administration is reportedly considering doubling down on this wrongheaded idea by giving Iran access to billions more.
Aside from the security risks, both national and international, why would we help a country that is bent on our destruction. It makes absolutely no sense.

President Joe Biden privately called David Axelrod a “p—k after the former Obama adviser suggested the president is too old to run for re-election in 2024.
Axelrod sparked the feud when he pointed to Biden’s advancing years and deteriorating positions in the polls.
Taking to social media, Axelrod said: “Only Joe Biden can make this decision. If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?”

In the post-World War II era, Democrats were labeled as the political party that represented average Americans. Democrats were credited with fighting for the rights of the working-class, minorities, women, and the disadvantaged. In contrast, the Republicans were supposedly the party of the country club elitists, the Chamber of Commerce, and the business tycoons looking to garner favors from the government.
These generalizations may have resembled the truth through the years of Republican presidential nominees such as George H.W. Bush, Bob Dole, George W. Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney.
However, in the last eight years, since Donald Trump became the leading Republican, the political parties have switched roles. Today,

Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) threatened to have a far-left journalist “thrown off” an Amtrak train Monday after the lawmaker was asked about his resistance to calling for a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war.
The Delaware Democrat was apparently riding in the quiet car of the locomotive when Grayzone reporter Aaron Mate, who was seated across from Coons, apologized for putting him “on the spot” and demanded to know why the senator hasn’t called for a “cease-fire in Gaza.”

Federal public health agencies are reportedly withholding the most accurate and up-to-date reports of vaccine injury from the public, allegedly to protect privacy. Patients don't necessarily see it that way, and it's not clear the feds told Congress.
The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, jointly managed by the CDC and FDA, has a secret "back end" privy only to regulators, an FDA official told advocates of VAERS reform nearly a year ago, according to a British Medical Journal investigation published Friday.
"Anything derived from medical records by law" cannot be included in the "front end system" accessible to the public, Narayan Nair, director of the Division of Pharmacovigilance, allegedly told

Hundreds of thousands of demonstrators are expected to flood the National Mall in Washington, DC, on Tuesday in one of the largest pro-Israel protests since the Israel-Hamas war began five weeks ago.
The “March for Israel” — organized by the Jewish Federations of North America and Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations — is billed as an opportunity for “Americans from all walks of life” to condemn rising antisemitism across the nation and to demand that Hamas finally release the hundreds of Israeli hostages it is hiding in Gaza.
“Israel must eliminate the terrorist threat on its border and restore safety and security to its people.

National Security has seldom been as important an issue for the American voter as it is today. Our world is on fire, quite literally.
Increasing geopolitical tensions are a daily media story whether we want to watch or not, and it is compounded by the insecurity of the open U.S. southern border, millions of unvetted refugees entering the U.S. and two wars. One aspect of this security crisis that few people consider, however, involves training foreign military students in the United States.

Nikki Haley ‘s presidential campaign will reserve $10 million in television, radio and digital advertising across Iowa and New Hampshire beginning in the first week of December, a massive investment designed to give the former United Nations ambassador an advantage over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at a critical moment in the GOP nomination fight. Details of the advertising plans, which represent the Haley campaign’s first official advertising reservation, were obtained by The Associated Press ahead of a public announcement expected Monday.

In [Erdoğan's] speech [at the UN General Assembly], greeted as a brave international challenge by the Turkish media (90% of which he controls), he called on the international community to collectively fight what he thinks is the greatest malady of mankind: Islamophobia. He wants, he said, to revolutionize the post-World War II international political order by giving Muslim nations a permanent seat on the UN Security Council. That is not all. Erdoğan wants the world to recognize the breakaway Turkish statelet of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, recognized only by Turkey. That statelet emerged after Turkey's illegal invasion of Cyprus in 1974.

A massive blaze that killed members of three generations of a Brooklyn family over the weekend stemmed from a lithium-ion battery used to power an electric scooter owned by one of the victims, FDNY officials said Monday.
The ignited battery created a “wall of fire” that made it extremely difficult for residents to escape 242 Albany Ave. in Crown Heights — where the three-alarm blaze erupted shortly after 4:30 a.m. Sunday, killing matriarch Albertha West, 81, her son Michael West, 58 and grandson Jamiyl West, 33, the FDNY said.
“The volume of fire we see from these batteries creates untenable conditions both for residents to get out, but also for

London has fallen. A Babylon Bee fake headline — “80 Years After Hitler Failed, Nazis Finally Seize London” — lasted only hours on Sunday before it became true as Britain caved to organized anti-Semites.
The Times of Israel reported, “British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Monday fired Home Secretary Suella Braverman, days after she accused police of being too lenient with pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel ‘hate marchers.’
“The government said Braverman left her job as part of a Cabinet shuffle as Sunak shakes up his top government team.
“Braverman said ‘it has been the greatest privilege of my life to serve as home secretary,’ adding that she would ‘have more to say in due course.’”

A year after Twitter was ridiculed and then taken over for classifying Babylon Bee's humor as hate speech, Vimeo sent out a letter announcing "Seth Dillon – The Babylon Bee was removed for Hate Speech." The letter refused to name anything hateful that had been said or to specify what in the talk triggered the ban.
They censor you after the fact, but they also censor you before the fact. There's pre-censorship that happens because people are afraid to make jokes and statements like this knowing they will probably get censored, so they censor themselves.

“Bidenomics” is working… if the goal is communism.
Yesterday, the San Antonio Express-News reported that the city would be holding its first gun buyback program this upcoming Sunday, and for every firearm sold to the state, a gun owner will receive a grocery store gift card—city councilman John Courage, a backer of the initiative, said this:
We can ask people to turn in weapons they no longer want, that they feel are a danger in their household, that maybe they’ve found, and exchange those for gift certificates so that people can go buy food for the holiday or go buy Christmas presents for their kids[.]

To hear the press tell it, the public has flipped, shifted, moved squarely into the Joe Biden camp, and abortion is the driving force.
That the Virginia statehouse flipped blue in the last off-year midterms proved it, right? Big Democrat triumph, big public swing to the Dems, right? Maybe not so fast.
Turns out one of the 'winners' in the Virginia state Senate race doesn't actually seem to live in her district. According to The Daily Wire: Virginia Democrats last week took control of the state House and retained control of the state Senate by one seat — but a winning senator may have lied about residing in the district,

If you are like us, you’re sick and tired of being labeled a “denier” any time you challenge the left’s agenda. Don’t believe the earth will be destroyed unless we all live like cavemen? You are a climate denier! You worry about side effects from an experimental new vaccine. Vaccine denier!
And if you suspect that election fraud is a real problem, you’re an election denier!
The problem is that the “deniers” keep turning out to be right.
The latest example came out of Bridgeport, Connecticut, earlier this month, when a judge overturned the primary election for mayor because of an “unprecedented” volume of evidence

The House voted 209-201 Monday night to sideline a resolution introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for his disastrous mishandling of the border, even as House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) greases the skids on a funding package that punts a broader border policy battle until the new year.
Greene introduced the privileged resolution Friday, one day after two of her constituents were killed in Texas in a head-on collision with a car driven by a human smuggler evading police.

You may recall a stunning report from September that looked into an infrequently discussed Pentagon group known as the Iran Experts Initiative. In it, we learned about one of Joe Biden’s Iranian “experts” who was probably far too much of an expert in this field. Ariane Tabatabai is an Iranian-born aide and chief of staff to a Pentagon Assistant Secretary of Defense. She initially worked alongside the now-suspended Robert Malley on Biden’s efforts to restart Obama’s Iran nuclear deal. But the September report suggests she was working far more on behalf of the Iranian regime than our government. Still, she managed to keep both her new job
