The House approved a measure late Tuesday that would slash Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg's taxpayer-funded government salary to just $1. The bill — which was introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga. — was passed via voice vote Tuesday as an amendment to the 2024 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, the standalone funding bill for the General Services Administration, Securities and Exchange Commission and other related agencies.

Great job, MTG. Now do Mayorkas, Blinken, Yellen, Austin, Granholm, and the rest of the America-hating weasels in this wretched administration.

Make it 1 cent and I'll vote for it, $1 a year is far too much for this MORON!

Had to laugh in disbelief. Can it actually be true that Congress has grown some …nerve? About damn time. Now get even bigger with it. Throw them ALL OUT.

One of THE most worthless cabinet persons ever.
But I suppose you could substitute any of Xiden’s cabinet persons in that statement.

Buttigieg was an unpopular mayor of a small town in Indiana. He was catapulted into a job he is completely unqualified for because he’s gay. He learned quickly how to purloin taxpayer money to enjoy the lifestyle he feels entitled to. One dollar a year will cut the grocery budget dramatically. The House has the power of the purse. They’re finally using it wisely.

As long as truck stops and bus stations exist in this world, Pete can always make a few bucks, if push comes to shove.

I hope this catches on. There are others in Washington who should be included, Biden, Kamala, Mayorkas, Admiral Levine, Milley, Austin, lets just make it universal, $1 for each of the entire Biden clown show.

It looks like, under Speaker Johnson, the republicans are learning that controlling the purse strings more tightly is the key to stopping democrat overreach. They need to apply this tactic to all of the alphabet agencies.

Yeah, cute, but the dims and their media will sell it as another GOP stunt while meaningful legislation is stalled. When the zero said to never underestimate joe's ability to f things up he could have included the repubs.

One of my Biden voting relatives is staying at the house wrapping up his visit with me. Coming home from job #2 I had the misfortune of him watching that democrat clown suck-up the very unfunny Stephen Colbert. He had none other than Little Petey Butt Gig as his guest. I watched at least 10 minutes of the interview and not only was Colbert his usual democrat butt kissing self, but LPBG was arrogant, clueless and entitled. Typical of everyone in the Biden regime. I can't think of one thing he's done in the job that helped We the People. Him even getting one dollar is an overpayment in my book.

Awww poor baby...he doesn't have a private jet to fly off to Portugal and can't buy formula for his adopted babies...and his supply chain troubles have left many babies without formula...I myself have waited for two months for a delivery that should have been here two months ago....and the airlines will take years to correct...well...unless President Trump is elected...then watch out....
