Trump signals he’s out for revenge in
second term

Former President Trump told his supporters earlier this year he would be their “retribution” if reelected. He told supporters last week he would direct the Justice Department (DOJ) to investigate “every Marxist prosecutor in America.” And Trump over the weekend vowed to “root out … the radical-left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country.” Trump’s own words have made increasingly clear how fixated he is on revenge and targeting his perceived enemies if he wins a second term in the White House next November.

Given the behavior of the Democrats from 2016 through 2020, it looks like they were the ones out for revenge.

Asking for justice for those that have broken all the immigration and principles of justice is not out for revenge.

The Dims say that stopping bad policy is revenge. And that prosecuting a Dim for committing a crime is revenge.
So if i want justice for a murdered family member, that is actually revenge. If i want to stop dim prosecutors from releasing killers without bail so they will not be able to kill citizens, that is revenge.

Justice would be a truer word to use.
If it were ME though, I'd be out for (as Doc Holiday would say) "A Reckoning".

I am looking for him to clean out the criminals in DC. That's not "revenge" it is just cleaning house of the vermin.

The article starts out by quoting Trump as saying that he will be our retribution if re-elected, but the rest of the article makes out like he is bent on revenge. There is a big difference between retribution and revenge. Retribution is merely seeking justice and setting thing right again. Revenge is not justice. It is an over-emotional reaction that imposes retaliation without regard for what should be appropriate.
Trump draining the swamp is not revenge. It is retribution; that is, making things right.

Hmmm, this is second article I’ve now seen talk about how Trump was going to “punish” his enemies if he wins in ‘24. Me thinks the media is trying to scare people about Trump.

"Revenge" is the key word from the Democrat talking points used by all the MSM this week. I wonder if they don't know how sweet that word sounds to real people in this country...

So, going after corruption, anti-Americanism and the liars that are destroying this country is "retribution". The mental capacity and honesty of The Hill writers is less than kindergartners with about the same amount of maturity.

The Russia narrative was a conspiracy of individuals and agencies to create the outcome they wanted in the 2016 election. They failed, so they doubled down. Under our system, it is up to the American people to choose their own leaders. By 2020 Democrats had figured out how to go around the people with mail in ballots, drop box stuffing, malfunctioning voting machines, and outrageous narratives about Russia having a "back door" to the White House. All of these "irregularities" could have and should have been caught and punished. Instead, we got January 6, a further effort to demonize ordinary Americans for disagreeing with an election fraught with anomalies. That "insurrection" was planned and included players from radical organizations working to smear not only Trump, but his supporters. President Trump is seeking accountability for those who got caught messing with our elections. The ringleaders want him in jail, not because of what he did, but because he is a threat to their ability to control election outcomes in the future. Democrats thought Americans deserved Joe Biden. It was their idea. Let them now face the consequences of what they did to all of us. There is a reason they aren't trusted.

The real question is, how many voters outside his base will he attract with undisciplined and unscripted comments like this? He's like a Superman who generates his own kryptonite.

bring back the McCarthy hearings from the 50's,
- put the demcommies on notice that the game is over and
- a trip to the land of darkness and despair is upon them

First, he needs to pick an AG that won't recuse himself while allowing an anti-Trump coup to play out. Limited martial law would also be a good move with Gen. Flynn in charge. Eliminate the deep state Intelligence Branch. Shoot them when they resist.

Even if it is true, Washington will be working to stop him at every turn. Really hope he has some new strategies to try out. If he does everything the same as before, expect the same results.

Payback is a you know what. I fully expect Trump to get even, and I don't have a problem with any of it. The demosluts and media earned it. Trump has had six or seven years to get names and to plan his revenge. I'm sure he has a boat load of lawyers already working on it.

For maybe once in his life Trump needs to dissimulate a little and talk about "healing" the bitter divisions that divide us, until he's elected.
After that, I want revenge--hot, cold, however he wants to serve it.

It looks like someone knows they are guilty of crimes and feels the heat coming when President Trump is back in the WH again.
Good! May God grant his desire to clean out the criminals inside and outside the government.

The FJB regime via his corrupt DOJ and FBI DC deep state vermin went after law abiding parents in nearby Nothern Virgina. All because they didn't want their kids to learn about virulent racism in the form of CRT. From the timeframe from the VA county schoolboard to the WH to the DOJ and then the FBI they got the paperwork to go after the parents really quick. It takes these fools longer to go after actual terrorists and other assorted bad guys. President Donald John Trump #45 and by the grace of God hopefully #47 said that he will clean out the DOJ and FBI. That's called justice not vengeance and I for one can't wait.
