Is it possible that we will actually see a Biden-Trump rematch in 2024? I have been confidently predicting for a long time that it won’t happen, but filing deadlines are starting to go by, and no one has entered the race against Joe Biden except Dean Phillips (I don’t count Marianne Williamson).
Democrats are nervous about Biden because 1) everyone has now noticed that he is senile, 2) Bidenflation has destroyed the budgets of most American families, 3) the Southern border is a disaster that even Democrats are now running away from, and 4) pretty much every other Biden

Gaza’s genocidal war against Israel has torn the Democratic Party apart by revealing the anti-Semitic core of its dominant left wing. Axios headlines: “Biden’s 2024 team roiled by Israel-Hamas war.”
Part of President Biden’s political team is in turmoil over the Israel-Hamas war, as some aides see the White House as abetting an immoral attack on Palestinians — while others believe Biden is showing “moral clarity” in protecting Israel from terrorists.
… The strife within the Democratic National Committee (DNC) — which Biden is leaning on for his re-election campaign — reflects larger generational and political divisions among Democrats.

Demonstrators called for “intifada” against Israel in the streets of Washington, DC, on Saturday, where tens of thousands gathered in Freedom Plaza for the District’s “largest pro-Palestinian protest in years,” according to reports.
“In a call and response, a woman can be heard saying into a microphone ‘Long live the intifada,’ to which the crowd responds, ‘Intifada, intifada, intifada,'” the Times of Israel reported.
Watch the video here: “Intifada” is the name for the violent riots that have occurred against Israel since the late 1980s, Breitbart News reported:
The term Intifada, which literally translates to “Stone Uprising,” refers to years of violent Palestinian riots against Israel starting

It's hard to imagine there's a more antisemitic person in the U.S. than Congress' own Rashida Tlaib. Every time she opens her mouth these days, she spews incendiary, hateful rhetoric against the Jewish state, even as Jews in her own country fear for their safety. The fact is, Tlaib doesn't care about them and probably would prefer they go away -- by any means necessary.
It's clear she doesn't care about those who are being held hostage in Gaza after being brutally ripped from their homes in Israel. She hasn't once expressed remorse about that or called for them to be returned to their families.

It’s quite an eye-opener. A vote was taken in the House on Thursday to sanction Hamas terrorists and their supporters. 45 Democrats said no to that resolution.
Name ’em and shame ’em. I call them the Hamas Caucus. The resolution is for new sanctions on Hamas’ international backers and a policy of opposing Iran’s nuclear program ‘by any means necessary.’ The Squad and its fellow travelers voted against that.
One Republican joined with Democrats to vote no.
The House of Representatives voted last night by wide bipartisan margins in favor of new sanctions on Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other Palestinian terrorist groups, and a nonbinding resolution

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is moving to the Sunshine State.
In a sentimental Instagram post Thursday, which included old footage of the very first Amazon office located in Bezos' former garage in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, the billionaire said he's moving to Miami. His reasons for relocating include a desire to be closer to his parents; his partner, Lauren Sanchez; and Cape Canaveral, where operations for his space exploration company Blue Origin "are increasingly shifting," according to the post.
"As exciting as the move is, it's an emotional decision for me," Bezos said in the post. "Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart."

A former State Department official was sentenced to almost six years in prison for attacking police officers during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot on the Capitol, the Associated Press reported Friday.
Federico Klein, who was appointed by former President Trump, was allegedly part of a mob that outnumbered Capitol Police on the Lower West Terrace tunnel entrance. Klein then assaulted officers repeatedly, urged other rioters to join and tried to stop police from shutting entrance doors, prosecutors said. U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden sentenced him to five years and 10 months in prison and said his actions were “shocking and egregious.”

The U.S. military is playing a larger role in the most recent conflict in Israel and Gaza than previously thought.
On Friday, the Pentagon confirmed reports that forces from the U.S. Special Operations Command are flying unarmed surveillance drones over the Gaza Strip to assist in the recovery of hostages held by Hamas, of which there are thought to be around 240, including several Americans.
According to Air Force Brigadier General Pat Ryder, Pentagon press secretary, the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been flying over Gaza since Hamas’ October 7 invasion of Israel.

Benjamin Netanyahu has learned to take Hamas at its word. The United States, and specifically Antony Blinken and Joe Biden, still have not. As Blinken met with the unity government in Jerusalem to push Israel to ‘pause’ operations for aid to flow into northern Gaza, Netanyahu delivered a rather humiliating public rebuke.
If the US wants a pause, then Hamas needs to unconditionally release all the hostages first. Failing that, game on:
In a brief televised statement before the start of Shabbat, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he has told visiting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that he rejects any temporary halt

The leader of the Iranian-backed Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah threatened Friday to exact revenge on the U.S. for supporting Israel in its campaign to root out Hamas.
Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said in a televised speech: “Let me be clear, the United States is just as responsible…Americans have to pay, they have to pay for Israel’s slaughter.”
A few days after Hamas invaded Israel, perpetrating the most brutal massacre against Jews since the Holocaust, Hezbollah terrorists clashed with Israel Defense Forces along the Lebanon border, opening a second front in the conflict.
If Israel’s military attacks Lebanon, where Hezbollah is operating, it will “pay dearly,” Nasrallah vowed.

Cornell University canceled Friday classes after New York State Police arrested a 21-year-old junior at the school who is alleged to have posted threats of murder and rape against Jewish classmates on an anonymous online message board.
Friday lectures would be suspended for a “community day,” in which students and faculty would be encouraged to focus on mental health and relaxation. The administration deemed the day off appropriate after “the extraordinary stress of the past few weeks,” marked by multiple antisemitic incidents affecting Cornell, a university spokesperson told the New York Post.

In a famous scene from Game of Thrones, Cersei Lannister is paraded naked down a street while people throw things at her and chant "shame, shame, shame."
While we haven’t quite reached that point yet, the madness on college campuses continues, and recently, a crowd of pro-Palestine demonstrators surrounded a Harvard student on campus and yes, yelled “shame, shame, shame” at him. The incident occurred on October 18, but video footage was only posted on Wednesday.
Watch: The student's crime? He was videotaping them. Which begs the question: Why do all these supposed tough guys (and girls) whine like bratty kids when someone exposes
