In a bid to secure Iowa, former U.S. President Donald Trump promised a cheering Iowa rally that he'll allow gasoline engines if re-elected in 2024 but will ban 'child sexual mutilation.'
'Under a Trump Administration, gasoline-fired engines will be allowed — but child sexual mutilation will be banned, if that's OK with you,' he said to the crowd.
As he has with his other recent travels to the leadoff caucus state, Trump was campaigning in an area that formerly supported Democrats.
President Trump took one final question from the media as he departed a meeting with farmers in Leighton, Iowa, following a speaking event in Ottumwa.

Hunter Biden denied receiving “one cent” from his family’s deal with BHR Partners associate Jonathan Li, a video from October 2019 shows.
In the summer of 2019, Hunter Biden received two wires totaling $260,000 originating from BHR Partners associates, including Li, that listed President Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the beneficiary address for the funds, the House Oversight Committee revealed this week. The fund is bankrolled by the Bank of China.Months after receiving the bank wires in 2019, Hunter Biden told ABC News he did not receive one penny from Li.

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) will appoint Laphonza Butler to fill Feinstein’s vacant Senate seat.
“California Gov. Gavin Newsom will appoint EMILY’s List President Laphonza Butler to fill the seat of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein, elevating the head of a fundraising juggernaut that works to elect Democratic women who support abortion rights, according to a person familiar with the decision.” Politico reported.
Laphonza Butler lives in Maryland and registered to vote there LAST YEAR! Dianne Feinstein died Thursday night at the age of 90. She was the longest-serving woman in the US Senate.
Apparently, there are an increasing number of kids, with no physical or cognitive disabilities whatsoever, who are entering kindergarten without being potty-trained. This is hard to fathom. In the past, the vast majority of children were fully potty trained around three years old, give or take a couple of months.
However, today kindergarten teachers often report to We Are Teachers that 15-20% of their classroom is not potty-trained, and that even a few first-graders are still in Pull-Ups. (Again, this does not include kids with medical issues, or physical or cognitive disabilities.) Sadly, there is a growing trend of children reaching the age of five without being potty trained.

Far-Left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is getting a taste of his own medicine (snip) Jose Alba was attacked behind the counter of his store by 35-year-old Austin Simon and his girlfriend, Tina Lee, last July. According to the lawsuit, Alba is suing Bragg for racial discrimination after being sent to Rikers Island and charged with second-degree murder despite it being self-defense.
The complaint states:
“New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg and/or his subordinates, following Bragg’s policy to achieve ‘racial equity’ in the Manhattan criminal justice system, charged Plaintiff with murder in the second degree and asked for high bail at Plaintiff’s arraignment."
Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) had “no sway” to oust Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as he promised to do this week.
Anchor Jake Tapper said, “I do have to ask you: House Democrats are going to seek your advice regarding this news made moments ago on the show about this pending motion to vacate Kevin McCarthy’s speakership.”
He continued, “How will you vote, and what advice would you give your fellow Democrats on whether they can trust Kevin McCarthy if he makes Democrats an offer so he can stay in power?”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is offering Democrats subpoena power in exchange for their help in ousting House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Politico reported Friday.
“He’s been talking to everybody about [ousting McCarthy],” Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, told Politico. “I told him in our caucus, in the Progressive Caucus, we’re not planning to save McCarthy — for a whole host of reasons.” Gaetz denied talking to Democrats about such an effort, insisting he was working to kill the short-term spending bill McCarthy successfully ushered to passage Saturday.
But Gaetz has gone even further, promising Democrats subpoena power on the House Oversight Committee in the impeachment
President Biden has received a lot of bad news recently, including major polls showing that two-thirds of Democrats don’t want him to run for a second term and former President Trump is leading him in hypothetical 2024 match-ups. Even worse, despite shrill denials from the White House and the negligence of the news media, recent polls show that a majority of voters believe Biden was involved in his family’s corrupt influence peddling. With all of this to contend with, the last thing our embattled President needs is a serious third-party challenge from a high-profile public figure who could well garner enough general election votes to deprive him of another term.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland sat down for a rare, one-on-one interview with “60 Minutes” host Scott Pelley of CBS News.
They discussed the ongoing persecution of Trump in the middle of a presidential election, Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
Merrick Garland is the most radical, corrupt and dangerous attorney general in US history.
