In politics today, the biggest rock star remains Donald Trump and it is not even close. At the “Faith and Freedom” conference last weekend, President Trump received thunderous applause.
When one of his rivals for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, criticized him, he was loudly booed. In contrast, when North Carolina Lt. Governor Mark Robinson, a rising GOP star, endorsed Trump, the crowd cheered and rose to their feet.
Among Americans, Trump is the main attraction, the candidate with the most support and the unquestioned leader in the 2024 race for the White House. According to the latest Harvard

Over in Europe, we’ve seen climate protesters engage in ridiculous and destructive behavior to get their message across. These misguided zealots have glued themselves to the floor of venues and attempted to deface or destroy priceless pieces of art and landmarks in order to try to convince Europeans to plunge headlong even more quickly into “green energy” chaos.
A trio of protesters tried to invade the field at the Ashes Test, a cricket tournament between England and Australia, at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on Wednesday.
“The first morning of the second Ashes Test at Lord’s was briefly disrupted by two climate change protesters from the activist group Just Stop Oil,

The Condescender-in-Chief is at it again. Just weeks after Barack Obama — the descendent of Africans and white people — dared to criticize Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) — the descendent of actual slaves and a son of the state where the Civil War started — for being optimistic about the state of race in America today, the former president weighed in on what he thinks spurs on “right-wing populism.”
In an interview with Christiane Amanpour on CNN, Obama said, “It’s very hard to sustain a democracy when you have such massive concentrations of wealth.” He went on to blather about “ladders of opportunity” and a “stronger safety net” before concluding that

Foggy Joe Biden lost his train of thought and jumped onto the slow choo-choo to cloud cuckoo land as he sat with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a squeaked out what many of us have long believed:
I was just thinking, uh, uh, anyway. I started off without you, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.
No, he seriously said that. Check it out: [Tweet] Why would President Mumbles — who is being accused of selling state secrets — mutter such a thing?
Perhaps because it’s true.
Maybe the Cabbage-in-Chief — who has been known to fumble words,

Diversity and its cousins, inclusion and equity, are woke America’s new guiding principles. Sports, education, media, government, military, and big business are all in on the “DEI” mantra.
Rearrange the letters from DEI to DIE. Is that a more fitting acronym for where this recent liberal push may lead?
There is nothing wrong with diversity, as long as that extends to all aspects of humanity. Why only diversity of skin color and gender? Are those the only determinants of diversity? A civil rights icon with a national holiday in his name, once spoke of the true measure of his fellow man, ”I have a dream that my four little children will one

We’ve long been critical of Hollywood’s lack of fresh, new ideas and its apparent fascination with rebooting past films or giving us a sequel decades later. Sadly, merely paying homage to the original material is insufficient. Instead, producers opt to incorporate “wokeness,” believing it will be more appealing to modern viewers, but in the process, they end up taking something beloved and turning it into garbage that the masses don’t want to see.
The latest example is Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the prequel series to the 1978 hit film Grease. I’m not sure who wanted this — it’s bad enough to hear any of the original songs

Social media hasn’t been around for very long, but the truth of what is have revealed about so many people has been transformative and leads to the basic, but important, question: Did social media inspire people to become awful trolls, or did it just give a megaphone to expose so many people truly horrible?
It’s the chicken and the egg and, like that question, the answer doesn’t really matter, the end result is what we have to deal with no matter what. But you do have to feel badly for our species sometimes, and a little disgusted that some members of it are capable of being something so gross,

Never one to use an honest argument when a dishonest one will do, Kamala Harris is out stumping for abortion on the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson ruling, which overturned Roe v. Wade.
Fox News summed up how bad it was:
She began, saying, "So that day, the day that the Supreme Court took the constitutional right from the women of America, and I was outraged. In fact the first person I called was my husband because I could just let it all out with him."
Harris mentioned how she felt fear for the younger generation of women, including her daughter and her nieces. She continued,

The World Health Organization (WHO), funded primarily by the CCP and Bill Gates tag team, has been very busy getting its so-called “pandemic treaties” into place, which in effect hand over national control of a state’s public health response to unaccountable multinational bureaucrats — whose interests, not unimportantly, are not shared by the populations over which they exercise authority.
Relatedly, the WHO also succeeded recently in instituting “vaccine passports” across the European Union.
Dovetailing with both of those projects of social control is the organization’s declaration of war on something called an “infodemic.”

With the first weekend of summer upon us, we turn our thoughts to leisure activities. Perhaps you’re keeping an eye on baseball’s developing pennant races, hoping your team can hang onto its lead or claw its way up the standings. In Cincinnati, the Reds are on a hot streak, winning their last ten games and overtaking the Brewers, who are 4-6 in their last ten games. The Pirates have gone from first to fourth place in the division after losing ten in a row and 13 of their last 15.
Also moving up in the NL Central are the Chicago Cubs, who have won three in a row

Stockton Rush, the now-deceased CEO of (the probably soon-to-be-defunct) OceanGate, once said that he didn’t hire “50-year-old white guys” with military experience to captain his vessels because they weren’t “inspirational.”
Well, five people are now dead in the 'Titan' tragedy, and it will forever remain a mystery if so-called "uninspiring" 50-year-old white guys with extensive submarine experience could have made a critical difference to the safety of the vessel's ill-fated voyage.
Nonetheless, the event shows that woke D.I.E. (diversity, inclusion, equity) initiatives may now be starting to live up to its macabre-tinged acronym. And as for all the "uninspiring" 50-year-old white men out there, even ChatGPT

What’s a famous chef to do when an unhappy vegan customer makes herself an unrelenting migraine? Fed up, British-born Australian chef John Mountain told her and the rest of the vegan community to “go somewhere else” for dinner — but their beef hardly ended there.
Mountain is the well-known executive chef at Fyre, in the suburbs of Perth. He told Perth Now that “A young girl reached out to me and said she was coming to the restaurant… and asked if there were vegan options.” He explained that the lack of vegan options was his “only shortfall” at Fyre.
Nevertheless, Mountain told the woman that “I would accommodate her,
