“I’m not the deciding official.”
Those five words, allegedly from Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, shocked IRS and FBI investigators in a meeting on October 22, 2022. This is because, in refusing to appoint a special counsel, Attorney Garland Merrick Garland had repeatedly assured the public and Congress that Weiss had total authority over his investigation. IRS supervisory agent Gary A. Shapley Jr. told Congress he was so dismayed by Weiss’s statement and other admissions that he memorialized them in a communication to other team members.
Shapley and another whistleblower detail what they describe as a pattern of interference with their investigation of Hunter Biden

When you consider who will suffer the most if caught telling lies, I believe the whistleblowers.

Revenge can be a serious motivator.
He will change his story when a real journalist exposes the Bidens.
Waiting for David Weiss to decide which side he is on.

MG is a mercenary, a for-hire jurist helping to pursue an agenda designed to destroy America from within, in keeping with a long Democrat Party tradition of court-stacking and gerrymandering. It's funny how the Dems label everything the Repubs do as an 'attack on the Constitution" when the Constitution itself is practically the only thing holding the Dems back from their Socialist plans.

This is really a wonderful presentation/summation of the current 'state' of the DOJ, and should be shared far and wide!

The liar is the one with most to lose. We need to find a great poker player somewhere who can figure out Garland's tell.

The House still has the Constitutional 'power of the purse,' and it should defund any Executive department that refuses to cooperate completely with the House Oversight committee. This is the only remedy for the rogue 'deep state.'

Cui bono? Of course it's Garland, who's as bad as Joseph Goebbels. (On MessNBC Al Sharpton pronounced the Nazi propagandist's name as "Gurgle.")

It took real courage for the whistleblowers to come forward...and I want to personally thank them for their courage...speaking as an American citizen....I understand what pressure the swamp put on them....and applaud them for following their conscience and speaking up....

Turley says that Garland is not actually running the DOJ. His job, and all he's doing, is to protect democrats and LE bad guys, and harassing Trump..

After watching all of Garland's comments and pronouncements, does anyone really think he has the courage to do this on his own?
Someone is controlling him and I think we all know who that is. (and it isnt the other weasel in the WH)

Gee, that's a puzzler, that headline is. Let me think about it for a while.
Hmm. .....
Well, .....
The whistleblowers not only risk their livelihoods, they may literally risk their lives to tell their story.
Merrick Garland was put into place to not only cover up Democrat Crimes, but to persecute and prosecute enemies of the 0'Biden Crime Families and enemies of the Deep State in general. His entire livelihood depends on lies ......
So...
After some thought..... I'm gonna go with Garland being the liar. (And worse)

#17, Garland’s tell is that he is breathing - if he’s breathing, he’s lying.

Garland is the liar, first/last/always. He is still so steamed at not being on the SCOTUS he is punishing the country.
