News of former President Donald Trump’s indictment by a Miami grand jury Thursday was stunning, if not entirely surprising. There had been indications leading up to the announcement that it was imminent. One would be hard-pressed to find people who don’t have an opinion regarding the former president, and the same holds true regarding the latest indictment.
According to a new ABC/Ipsos Poll, fielded June 9-10, 2023, nearly half of those surveyed believe Trump should have been indicted (regarding the classified document retention). The poll found 48 percent of the 910 respondents agree that Trump should have been charged with a crime in this case, while 35 percent

A clip of a weeping transgender man has swept the internet, after he cried while saying how much harder it was to strike up meaningful friendships as a man than it had been as a woman.
James Barnes, who was born female but transitioned to male eight years ago, works as a life coach to help others going through life changes. He recently opened up about the challenges he's faced since becoming a man - especially loneliness.
Breaking down in tears, Barnes said: 'No one told me how lonely being a man is.

President Biden hosted a "Pride Month 2023" event on the White House lawn Saturday, decorating the area with rainbow motifs and the "Progress Pride flag."
The event, hosting performers and speakers representing LGBT causes, acclaimed the Pride community as "the bravest and most inspiring people" and an "example" for the US and the entire world.
"Outside the gates of this house are those who want to drag our country backwards, and so many battles yet to be braved. But today, we're not here to be strong. We're not here to be courageous. Even though for so many of you, just coming to this event is an act of bravery,"

Senate Republican leaders, including Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), are staying quiet about former President Trump’s indictment on 37 criminal charges, letting him twist in the wind and breaking with House Republican leaders who have rushed to Trump’s defense. McConnell, who is careful not to comment on Trump or even repeat his name in public, has said to his GOP colleagues that he wants his party to turn the page on the former president, whom he sees as a flawed general election candidate and a drag on Senate Republican candidates.

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”
A new law in California will force those who make more money to pay more for their electricity.
Under the new rules, higher-income earners will pay seven times more than low-income earners.(Snip/Tweet) CNET reported:
If you live in California, how much you pay for electricity will soon be tied to much you earn. A state law passed last summer requires the California Public Utilities Commission, or CPUC, to approve a pricing structure that incorporates a flat fee with a sliding scale based on income.

Republican New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu put a damper on the notion that former President Donald Trump could win the presidential general election against a Democrat in November 2024 during a Sunday morning interview on CBS's "Face The Nation." "I think that last segment you had was really telling," Sununo told guest anchor John Dickerson. "It’s just another example that he could win the nomination but cannot, mathematically cannot win in November of '24, which is why the Republican Party needs to look to another candidate. And they've got a lot of great options before them." Sununu, who last week announced that he would not run for president himself

We have been swimming upstream for years here at American Thinker, arguing that conversion of the automobile fleet to electric vehicles is a mistake, harming the environment more than helping it, and utterly impractical for a variety of reasons, including charging time and an entirely inadequate electrical grid, already at the breaking point.
Yet the green image (and the subsidies) continue, impervious to the reality. (Snip)
However, there are signs that the gravity of the practical problems with E.V. conversion are sinking in. Rowan Atkinson, who has become a global icon portraying "Mr. Bean," a character Atkinson describes as "a child in a man's body," is publicly raising these questions.

An Interstate-95 overpass in Philadelphia has collapsed after a massive tanker fire underneath.
Video showed the flames shooting up from the road with the collapsed overpass falling to the pavement below. Smoke has filled the area and could be seen from miles away.
The fire started around 6am Sunday between the exit for Academy Road and Cottoman Avenue. That is in the Tacony section of north Philadelphia. Fire crews are working to get the blaze under control, and there is no word on reported injuries.
The highway is closed near the fire.

Billionaire left-wing Democrat donor George Soros is handing control of his $25 billion financial empire to his younger son Alex who has vowed to pursue even more ultra-liberal causes. The newly crowned 37-year-old heir told the Wall Street Journal he will broaden his father’s famously woke interests to include issues like voting and abortion rights as well as “gender equality.” He has already visited the White House 17 times in just over a year and met
He also feels bound to inject himself into the day-to-day political affairs of the nation ahead of the 2024 election.
“I’m more political,” Alex observed when comparing himself to his Hungarian-born financier father.

A memoir is a history of one’s past. Mine includes attempts to reveal who Barack Obama really is—or isn’t. I recently published my memoir at the age of eighty-one years: The Rubbish Hauler’s Wife versus Barack Obama.
I have been chasing Obama since 2009 when I uncovered, while working as a licensed private investigator, that he has used a phony CT social security number his entire adult life. I was undaunted when my lawsuit to keep him off the OH presidential ballot in 2012 was dismissed, even though it is illegal to use a false Social Security number.

A councilwoman in a Colorado district lost her reelection bid by a wide voter margin, only a month after a video of her advocating for reparations was shared on social media. (snip) In May, CdeBaca was seen in a video in which she argued that white-owned businesses ought to be taxed more as a means of reparations which could then be distributed to minority-owned business owners.
"Capitalism was built on stolen land, stolen labors, and stolen resources," CdeBaca said at the Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance.

Rudy Giuliani joined Rita Cosby on Newsmax on Saturday morning to discuss the latest Congressional investigations into the Biden Family Crimes.
During the interview Rudy Giuliani DROPPED A BOMB!
