Residents of California have been leaving the state in droves over the last few years due to radical policies and high prices governing the state. Many former residents have been settling in more politically red states, such as Florida and Texas, which have seen immense population growth. California is the home of Hollywood, the center of the film industry. Actor Dennis Quaid explained to "Jesse Watters Primetime" why there is a push from actors to move the film industry out of California to Texas. "We want to make Texas the film capital of the world. That's what Texas used to

It’s Night of the Living Dead among Democrats in the halls of the nation’s Capitol. Let’s begin with the footage of Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California being wheeled into the Capitol on Wednesday, photos and videos that were both pitiful and horrifying. Even the Democrat-enabling media was taken aback and started to turn on the Crone from California, telling her that it’s time to go. That Democrats have put the fate of the nation’s looming debt default on the shoulders of this one incoherent lawmaker is mind-boggling. Feinstein had been out of service for two and a half months due

CONEY ISLAND, Brooklyn -- Three more buses carrying asylum seekers arrived at Port Authority on Saturday morning as backlash continues against New York City's plans on where to house the migrants. (Snip) New York City officials continue to look for places to house the influx of asylum seekers, and now one new place under consideration is PS 188 at the far end of Coney Island. Its standalone gym, not currently being used by the school, is among the sites the city intends to house adult migrants. Councilmember Ari Kagan says there has been an utter lack of communication from City Hall.

President Biden remained mum on Friday as chaos continues unfolding at the southern border following the expiration of Title 42. Title 42, the Trump-era policy that was implemented during the COVID pandemic that deterred border crossings due to health concerns, lapsed overnight, prompting thousands of migrants to come to the US-Mexico border hoping to gain entry.
Press were allowed in the Oval Office for Biden's bilateral meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez Friday, but White House staff pushed reporters out of the room as they shouted questions to the president. Biden sat silently for over a minute, offering a

The View co-host Ana Navarro had some choice words for Democrats who are concerned Joe Biden is “too old” for re-election, reminding them that Donald Trump is poised to become the Republican nominee. “Anybody who thought the Republican base was going to turn away from him saw this week that that is not going to happen,” Navarro said of Trump’s town hall appearance on CNN. “So, I would tell people who are angry with CNN, channel that anger into the voting booth. “And you know, all the Democrats who fret and clutch their pearls, oh, ’cause Biden is too old

New York City Mayor Eric Adams referred to Rockland County Executive Ed Day as racist and antisemitic Thursday, comparing him to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott amid the ongoing battle over plans to house asylum seekers in the Hudson Valley. This latest development comes as sheriff's officers were posted outside the Armoni Hotel in the Rockland County town of Orangeburg a day earlier, where a temporary restraining order is in place barring migrants from moving in. NYC was looking to send a couple hundred migrant men to the northern suburbs at what the mayor's staff would be an emergency-use hotel. But

It’s time for gay and bisexual men to pay attention to mpox, formerly known as monkeypox, again. That’s the message from public health authorities and LGBT health providers as cases rise in some countries and small clusters of infections in vaccinated people have been detected in Chicago and France. The World Health Organization on May 11 said mpox no longer presents a public health emergency of international concern because global cases have declined and countries are better equipped to respond, but that doesn’t mean the threat is eliminated. Last year’s mpox outbreak started in the spring, driven in part by

After more than 11,000 migrants crossed the southern border on Tuesday, the Biden administration is now preparing a memo that will direct Customs and Border Protection to begin releasing migrants into the United States without court dates or the ability to track them, according to three sources familiar with the plans. (Snip) The more than 11,000 border apprehensions in a single day marks a new record and surpasses expectations of 10,000 per day predicted by Department of Homeland Security officials on what could come when Covid-19 restrictions lift late Thursday. “We’re already breaking and we haven’t hit the starting line,”

The man accused of killing a St. Croix County Sheriff's deputy on Saturday before turning the gun on himself was on probation in Minnesota for a 2015 kidnapping and sexual assault. A statement from the Wisconsin Department of Justice identified the shooter as 34-year-old Jeremiah D. Johnson. The DOJ says Johnson was potentially impaired and had driven his vehicle into a ditch in the town of Glenwood, Saturday evening. St. Croix County Sheriff's Office Deputy Katie Leising, 29, responded and attempted to conduct field sobriety tests when Johnson became evasive. Body camera video shows Johnson pulling a pistol and shooting

CHICAGO, Ill. — Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot issued a State of Emergency declaration on Tuesday due to a surge in immigrants arriving in Chicago from Texas. According to the mayor’s office, the situation amounts to a “national humanitarian crisis” that is “exceeding the City’s ability to manage” the influx of over 8,000 migrants who have arrived since last August. “Chicago is doing everything it can to respond to the urgency of this matter. The City has continued to call on federal and state governments to support the new arrival mission with much-needed additional funding and resources for emergency shelter and

There were few people in politics less popular than Hillary Clinton over the last 20 years. The people who loved her, and there were a bunch of them, really loved her. But the people who hated her truly despise her the way kids hate eating vegetables. Knowing that, she barely lost the 2016 election. Polling showing Joe Biden is about as popular as an infected foot is reason to be hopeful about next year’s election, but it does not mean he will be easy to be. I say it all the time, but only because it’s true: Never spike the

“You go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time.” That was former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld talking about the Iraq war. But his now-infamous line is actually appropriate advice for Democrats as their presumed nominee, incumbent President Joe Biden, endures the fallout from a brutal ABC News/Washington Post poll. In case you missed it, Biden’s job approval rating is just 36 percent, with 54 percent saying Trump was better at handling the economy. Even more concerning for Dems, in a head-to-head matchup, 44 percent of

Dems don't have much of a bench but I'm not sure that matters. The blue states will deliver huge margins to any Dem candidate, so they only need to flip a couple swing states with lax voter rules.
