The indictment of President Trump is unprecedented; no President, former or current has ever been indicted before. But while that is an interesting historical fact to note, that isn’t the central argument against the indictment.
If Trump were indeed guilty of a crime, he deserves to be punished, irrespective of his being a former president. So, let's examine the case. (snip) The offense of President Trump actually occurred on November 8, 2016; his crime was challenging and beating the establishment; what happened yesterday was merely the formality.
There were myriad attempts before

California’s Governor Gavin Newsom finds himself in such an awkward position that he is refusing comment on a gathering storm that will not go away, and which has the possibility of turning his presidential ambitions to ashes.
Newsom is known to many as “Governor Brylcreem” for the large amount of greasy pomade he favors for his coiffure. He will need all the lubricant he can come up with to slip through the trap he has constructed for himself. (snip) Either he takes on the entire reparations movement, which is the darling of the left wing of the Democrats (snip) or else he presides over an unprecedented financial disaster.

Labor strikes and fiery riots dominate French news after King Macron's imperial decision to raise the nation's retirement age without any vote from parliament. In reaction to spiraling inflation, German transportation workers shut down the country on Monday in one of the largest European walkouts in decades. In the Netherlands, a new anti-globalist, pro-farmer political party fighting back against the World Economic Forum's climate change–obsessed "Great Reset" agenda just dominated Dutch elections. In "defiance of establishment elites," Italians chose Giorgia Meloni to free the nation from subjugation to Brussels and "defend God, country, and family."

When newspapers publish stories using the phrase “her testicles,” it’s easy to add laughter to the tears that always accompany reports demonstrating the complete breakdown of reality in modern America. There is no laughter, though, when trying to decipher the biological sex of the school shooter who killed three children and three adults in Nashville (snip) She was, quite simply, a completely evil woman, although I’m certain that her sense of victimhood due to her untreated mental illness exacerbated the sense of ill-usage that drove her to slaughter children.

The timing of the tragic Nashville shooting, in which a MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status, aka “transgender”) individual killed six at a Christian school, is a bit odd. National Public Radio had just recently done a piece on how MUSS and other “LGBTQ” people are buying guns because, the story goes, they believe they’re imperiled by conservatives. (snip) As for what pushed 28-year-old Audrey Hale into opening fire Monday at The Covenant School, which she once attended, the media largely pretend to have no clue. They don’t want you to have one, either. This is why, shamelessly, they often hide Hale’s MUSS status and instead focus on guns.

The House Armed Services Subcommittee for Military Personnel held a hearing last week to discuss the growing national security crisis arising from the military's cratering recruitment numbers. (snip) Intentionally dividing Americans against each other and pouring salt in old wounds obliterate personnel cohesiveness. As Representative Elise Stefanik succinctly concluded: "Biden's woke agenda comes at the expense of our military's readiness."
Listening to high-ranking Defense Department bureaucrats bloviate and spin lies just as effortlessly as the politicians in D.C. always puts a bad taste in my mouth.

I have rarely heard it mentioned in the mainstream media, but, according to reports, during the 1990s in communist China, thirty thousand members of Falun Gong were rounded up and executed. The founder of Falun Gong, Li Hongzhi, fled China and now lives in the U.S., while in China members of the order went underground. (snip) With total control inside China and compliance by foreign journalists, the Chinese Communist Party has driven a false narrative that minimizes the number of Falun Gong practitioners and hides data on the number of those abducted, tortured, killed, and killed for their organs

During his expose regarding the occurrences on January 6 2021, Tucker Carlson covered the curious circumstances surrounding Rap Epps.
Epps was seen on camera inciting Trump supporters to go into the Capitol the night before the Jan. 6 protests. (snip) NBC News reports Epp’s lawyer Michael Teter sent a ease-and-desist notice to Tucker Carlson and Fox News general counsel Bernard Gugar demanding a retraction and apology from Carlson relating to Epps.
In the notice, Teter wrote that the Fox News host “persists with his assault on the truth” by pushing “fanciful notions” regarding Epps’s involvement in the Capitol attack that were “demonstrably false.”

Recently, the Sierra Club released its “Equity Language Guide,” to demonstrate its “commitment to equity, justice, and inclusion" by using "respectful, thoughtful language in all of our communications.”
Sierra is on paper a ‘grassroots’ environmental organization whose goal is to ‘defend everyone’s right to a healthy world,’ yet Sierra’s website refers to diversity, inclusion, equity, race, etc.
Sierra supports reparations for Black people, claiming that it’s “impossible to create a healthy, safe, and sustainable planet without acknowledging and materially addressing the past and present economic, cultural, psychological, and spiritual impacts of racism.”
Sierra’s business model is virtue-signaling

A little over a week ago, on Sunday, March 12, a near-catastrophic event occurred that could have wrecked the lives of everyone reading this:
A massive eruption of solar material, known as a coronal mass ejection or CME, was detected escaping from the Sun at 11:36 p.m. EDT on March 12, 2023. The CME erupted from the side of the Sun opposite Earth. (snip) If it had been facing in our direction, if the earth had borne the full brunt of that blast, we can scarcely imagine the results. It’s likely that all operating electrical systems would have been immediately destroyed, the same as the telegraph systems in 1859.

Three years ago tomorrow, on March 21, 2020, American Thinker published the first nationally-read critical article about Dr. Anthony Fauci (snip) The gist of the article was substantive (snip) On March 24, 2020, POLITICO was the first publication to pile on in “Anthony Fauci becomes a fringe MAGA target:” (snip) Two days later, the Washington Post published the first of four critical articles that referenced – and linked to – my AT blog. Also weighing in were the New York Times (two articles including one of them on page 1A), New York Magazine, Vanity Fair, Buzzfeed, and a large number of other left of center MSM outlets

President Trump has stated that he will be arrested on Tuesday and we should all take to the streets.
Don't do it!
Stay home, and let the lawyers handle it.
This is a set-up, just like January 6. Don't fall for it.
Don't go anywhere near a federal building, don't stand with groups of people you don't know, and don't send threatening emails.
Stay home, and let the lawyers deal with it. President Trump has good lawyers, he has great lawyers...he even has had Alan Dershowitz as a lawyer.
Trials are meant to be won, by rich people. President Trump is rich. Let him fight his battle.
