Trump Indictment Would Probably Be Overturned
on Appeal: Dershowitz

If former President Donald Trump is indicted, he’ll probably be convicted but an appeal would likely lead to the conviction being thrown out, legal expert Alan Dershowitz said on March 18.
“I don’t think there will be a motion to dismiss that succeeds. This is New York justice. In New York, of course you can indict a ham sandwich. (snip)
“So, if I were him, I would be worried today. He’ll probably ultimately win on appeal, but do judges today have the courage … to do something favorable to Trump in a city which overwhelmingly despises Trump? That’s what’s wrong with this justice system.”

After Tuesday, any opposition to Trump by a Republican will become so politically toxic that anyone attempting it will be torn to shreds by the rank & file. DeSantis, Haley, say good bye!

I didn't think they arrested or prosecuted any misdemeanors in New York.

What is the evidence and what are the charges!? Hate is not reason to do this unless you are one of the haters. I’m sure Pence and Mitch will testify against Trump.

Trump has been very good to NY, and this is their response. They're political hyenasn

A properly crafted lawsuit charging false arrest might put NYC out of business.

FTA: "Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said on the channel that she’s constantly asked by people when Trump will be arrested." This, is from a professional FRAUD and a GRIFTER who should be in men's prison a decade ago.

A turnover on appeal does not satisfy. The GOP has to do much more. Trump was falsely impeached twice, and had his re-election stolen. The Democrats tried to steal the 2000 election. They ran the shill, Ross Perot in 92 to get rid of HW Bush. They got rid of Nixon with the CIA breakin at the DNC, and the drama and lies of Deep Throat, who was the Asst FBI Director. Before that, the Democrats stole the 1960 election with fraud in Chicago. Before that, they elected FDR 4 times, unprecedented. The GOP must realize that it is not about Trump. The Democrats have weaponized to get rid of any GOP president. The Democrats already have assembled a billion dollars to make sure the GOP does not prevail in 2024. The GOP has to recognize they are under very heavy attack by the Democrats, and that is to keep themselves in power.

CJ Roberts, Wray, Pencester, Turtle, Nanie, Chuckie, Billary, and Pierre Delecto, et al, if something happens to President Trump on Tuesday, best you hide quickly and avoid cameras.

Well now we know why Pence is out there selling Trump down the river. And he could have halted the count in the last election by simply disallowing the last two electors appointed in Georgia past the allowable date.

It shouldn't be happening in the first place Dershie. And you know it. You might know the law, but you are still a democrat. Decent and honorable people don't put innocent folks through the torment of indictment/arrest and tangle up their lives for YEARS. But then again, it isn't as if it is happening to democrats, right?

NYPD inside sources say that the DA office is "in chaos" over the pending indictment. 60% of the office wants no part of it and want Bragg and Reiss to "stop the nonsense." Deep down they all concede that there is no crime. All of this is being driven by a few rabid leftists at the top. Same MO as Muh Russia, different pretext. By hook and by crook, get rid of Trump as a viable candidate.
The timing is also suspect from the latest damning revelations of the Biden crime syndicate.

Praying that the judge throws this out of court after giving Bragg a lecture on professional ethics.

Excuse #1, maybe Nikki Haley, but it is Donald Trump who has been blasting Ron DeSantis. All I am going to say is keep this article in mind if you are thinking about protesting. Let the prosecutors do what they need to do and let Donald Trump's lawyers do what they need to do. . .
After the J6 tapes were released, a lot of the J6 protestors are no longer going to accept plea deals. Think about what they have had to go through for two years.
Only saying. . .

We know the case is a bunch of junk. It's the optics and being able to say he was indicted. It's also a scare tactic for conservatives, and it demonstrates that we no longer have a constitution but are run by a bunch of unelected tyrants. America is under tyranny now. What happened in 2020 was an overthrow of a presidency that was stolen and given to a braindead, controlled old fool that nobody wanted. It was a coup, and America's fundamental change was completed.

Yes, but an indictment of Trump in Leftist Hell NY will certainly mean a conviction and imprisonment, and we already know from Epstein that Hillary's reach goes into the Dept of Correction.
