Military aid provided by the United States and its NATO allies to Ukraine is being found in the hands of Iranians, according to a new CNN report.
“Russia has been capturing some of the US and NATO-provided weapons and equipment left on the battlefield in Ukraine and sending them to Iran, where the US believes Tehran will try to reverse-engineer the systems,” four sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
“Over the last year, US, NATO and other Western officials have seen several instances of Russian forces seizing smaller, shoulder-fired weapons equipment including Javelin anti-tank and Stinger anti-aircraft systems

It’s been a day of the left and their fellow travelers throwing tantrums over Tucker Carlson’s coverage of the Jan. 6 video footage. I wrote earlier about Tucker’s coverage as well as Adam Kinzinger’s continued meltdown.
There have been a lot of bad takes. But perhaps one of the worst came from documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, the guy known for his history documentaries. Now I must admit to having watched some of his work, including on the Civil War and the history of baseball, and enjoying it. If you liked his work and thought he sounded knowledgeable, you may want to adjust your opinion after this.

Missouri started this battle back in 2021 when Governor Mike Parsons signed the “Second Amendment Preservation Act” (SAPA) into law. The Act’s language is quite plain, allowing local law enforcement to refuse to cooperate with any federal law enforcement action that seeks to confiscate the guns of its citizens. The law also penalizes any local LE agencies who refuse to adhere to the law. Newton County, Missouri, was the first to kick things off, and other Missouri counties followed suit.
Biden’s Department of Justice, which hasn’t found a civil liberties infringement it hasn’t liked, decided it needed to oppose the State of Missouri, claiming it violated the Supremacy Clause.

Gigi Sohn — President Joe Biden's nominee for commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission — withdrew her name from consideration on Tuesday, the White House confirmed, after three successive unsuccessful nominating attempts by Biden.
Sohn's decision ended some 16 months of attempts to secure enough support, and came just hours after U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced that he "cannot support her nomination" and urged Biden "to put forth a nominee who can bring us together, not drive us apart." [Tweet]

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) released 44,000 hours of previously unseen footage of the Capitol riot to Tucker Carlson, triggering the left, which has so carefully crafted a bogus narrative that the riot was an insurrection, or, as Biden likes to claim, “the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.”
Now that we’re starting to see footage that the anti-Trump J6 committee didn’t want us to see, that narrative is falling apart — and the answer to that, apparently, is censorship.
On Tuesday, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) literally called for Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch to stop Tucker Carlson from releasing the politically inconvenient footage.

A World War II veteran celebrated his 100th birthday in Ohio on Thursday.
Ned Ammons of Genoa, Ohio, who served in the U.S. Army during World War II, turned 100 on Thursday, WTOL reported.
Ammons graduated from high school in 1940 and joined the Civilian Conservation Corps, he recalled in a 2019 episode of the Courier’s A Generation Forged by War podcast.
“When I graduated in ‘40, it was nothing going on. I joined the three C’s … I went to Oregon where we took care of whitewater washouts. In other words, we made little dams in these streams coming down.”

For what took place that day, retired Army Col. Paris Davis, 83, was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor on Friday during a White House ceremony.
“Just to be able to be considered for the Medal of Honor is one thing,” Davis said, according to CNN. “To receive it is all the things I’ve never dreamed.”
The Army’s website summarizes what took place as Davis, a Special Forces captain at the time, led his patrol. [Tweet]

The Biden administration admitted in a letter to Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) that it has lost track of nearly 20,000 unaccompanied migrant children since January 2021.
“Of the 108,981 Safety and Well-Being Calls conducted since January 2021 for children discharged from ORR care, there are 19,726 sponsors who could not be reached,” reads the letter from Acting Assistant Secretary Jennifer Cannistra of Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
And they have no plans to look for them.
“While ORR’s custodial responsibilities end when a child is released from ORR care,

Terrifying footage has been released of the moment a passenger on a United Airlines flight from LA to Boston went berserk and threatened to 'kill every man on this plane'.
Francisco Severo Torres, 33, from Leominster, Massachusetts was charged with one count of interference and attempted interference with flight crew members using a dangerous weapon after he stabbed a flight attendant with a broken spoon.
In video shot by a fellow passenger sitting only feet away, Torres can be heard threatening to commit mass murder while goading others to try and stop him.
The man could be seen standing up in his seat while shouting at those seated around him.

There may be more to the Ford Motor Company’s enthusiasm for self-driving cars than a drive to advance technology as a newly published patent application revealed plans on what they might install to handle missed payments.
With the introduction of vehicle access services like OnStar that allowed cars to be locked or unlocked and even turned on or off remotely, speculation that such capabilities would be used against the owner was not far behind. Now, as Ford proudly promotes their “top-rated active driving assistance system” BlueCruise, a more than 18-month-old patent application revealed how they could repossess the vehicle if payments are missed.

Women will now be forced to compete against gender dysphoria-suffering men after a Minnesota judge ruled against USA Powerlifting (USAPL) in favor of pseudoscience and progressive legislation.
Since 2019, JayCee Cooper, a male weightlifter who wants to compete as a woman, has undertaken a legal challenge against USAPL that began as a complaint to the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Late February, that challenge that had grown into a 2021 lawsuit turned into a loss for women competitors as District Court Judge Patrick Diamond ruled in favor of Cooper.
“By denying Cooper the right to participate in the female category, the category consistent with her self-identification,

A 25-year-old migrant who posed as a minor to illegally cross the border was sentenced to 60 years for killing the father of four who took him in.
Yery Noel Medina Ulloa of Honduras pleaded guilty Friday in Florida to stabbing Francisco Javier Cuellar, 46, to death in 2021 — days after the Florida man took the illegal migrant into his care.
“As we have seen time and time again, the federal government’s failure to secure our nation’s border has led to a travesty in a local community,” State Attorney Melissa Nelson said in a statement.
“This time, tragically, it was our community after an illegal alien murdered an innocent man.
