Vivek Ramaswamy, the millionaire entrepreneur and author of Woke, Inc., told National Review on Monday that he is “strongly considering” a run for president and expects to make a decision “very soon.”
Ramaswamy said he’s been drawn to the idea of running to address a “national identity crisis” that has left Americans hungry for purpose, meaning, and identity.
“We are at a point in our national history when the things that used to fill that void — faith, patriotism, hard work, even family — have disappeared,” he said, adding that in its absence, “wokeism, climate-ism as an ideology, radical gender ideology, Covidism” have become secular religions that fill

In its first case about the federal law that is credited with helping create the modern internet, the Supreme Court seemed unlikely Tuesday to side with a family wanting to hold Google liable for the death of their daughter in a terrorist attack. In two and a half hours of arguments, the justices seemed concerned about upending the internet in their interpretation of a 1996 law, Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, that shields Google, Twitter, Facebook and other companies from lawsuits over content posted on their sites by others. "We really don't know about these things. These are not like the nine greatest experts

Multiple indictments were recommended by a special grand jury investigating alleged 2020 presidential election interference by Donald Trump in Georgia, the jury’s forewoman revealed in a Tuesday interview. “It is not a short list,” Emily Kohrs, the forewoman of the jury, said as far as the indictment recommendations, but she would not reveal any specific names to the New York Times in an interview.
The big question is whether former President Donald Trump would face an indictment, and Kohrs’s words likely won’t inspire a ton of confidence in the Republican’s supporters.

Project Veritas board members are accusing the conservative watchdog’s founder, James O’Keefe, of engaging in “financial malfeasance” by spending an excessive amount of donor money on “personal luxuries,” including booking a $14,000 flight to meet someone to fix his boat, according to a prepared statement.
The statement by the nonprofit’s board of directors was released Monday after O’Keefe recorded a video from his Project Veritas office announcing that he had been indefinitely suspended from his role as CEO and removed from the board. O’Keefe, a guerilla filmmaker, launched Project Veritas over a decade ago and used under cover reporters and hidden cameras to expose left-wing politicians and institutions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is suspending his country's participation in the New START nuclear arms reduction treaty with the United States, imperiling the last remaining pact that regulates the world's two largest nuclear arsenals.
Putin made the declaration in his much-delayed annual state of the nation address to Russia's National Assembly on Tuesday.
The treaty puts limits on the number of deployed intercontinental-range nuclear weapons that both the US and Russia can have. It was last extended in early 2021 for five years, meaning the two sides would soon need to begin negotiating on another arms control agreement.

Once upon a time we mocked the Soviet Union for its gerontocracy. Aged party leaders, bundled up in overcoats and fur hats to the point of near-unrecognizability, would be wheeled out to sit, immobile, as parades passed or party congresses opened. Their withered, stale leadership was emblematic of the decaying USSR’s withered, stale ideology — and industrial base.
But now the joke’s on us. A leading United States senator, Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), can’t seem to remember important things, like her just-taken vote on a judicial nominee and her just-announced retirement. “Did I vote for that?” she asked an aide Wednesday, moments after leaving the chamber.

President Joe Biden’s top national security aides told reporters on Monday that despite the risks it entailed, the president felt it was “really important” to make the surprise trip to Ukraine.
“He was excited about making the trip. I think he felt it was really important to stand up next to President Zelenskyy and speak the way that he did today,” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on a conference call with press. “[He] felt he had an important mission to undertake, and he was eager to do it,” he added. Another aide on the call said his visit was a demonstration of Biden’s commitment to Ukraine.

James O’Keefe, the guerilla filmmaker known for exposing left-wing politicians and institutions, is out at Project Veritas, the conservative media company he founded more than a decade ago.
In a 45-minute video, which appears to have been filmed Monday at Project Veritas’s office, O’Keefe announced that he was “packing up my personal belongings” after he had been indefinitely suspended from his role as CEO and removed from the group’s board of directors.
O’Keefe, who appeared to be talking to gathered Project Veritas staffers, said the video, which was published anonymously on the streaming platform Vimeo, was “just for us,”

Taylor Brock is her name, and RedState was the first to break this mother’s story about the choking assault against her seventh-grade son, Christian, by a female perpetrator on a school bus. The boy was bullied, then choked, leaving visible marks on his neck, and scars on his psyche. Yet, despite Brock bringing the incident to their attention with the video and photographic receipts, the Fairfax County School District took little to no action on her son’s behalf.
Brock has since retained the counsel of Cheri Belkowitz and is speaking out to other outlets, including Fox News.

Axios is reporting that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has granted Fox News’s Tucker Carlson exclusive access to 41,000 hours of Capitol videotape from Jan. 6, 2021, (aka J6).FACT-O-RAMA! We were told there were 14,000 hours of surveillance video, but now it appears there are roughly 41,000 hours of tape.
Tucker has long questioned whether J6 was an actual insurrection. The FBI stated in August 2021 they found little evidence that the crowd tried to topple the United States. A Harvard University survey released in August 2022 said the same thing.
Democrats have fought to keep the tapes under wraps. That is understandable, as it’s hard to cry “insurrection” when looking at videos

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is expected to meet with law enforcement figures in crime-ridden blue areas — including Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia — touting his approach to crime and support of law enforcement in the Sunshine State, as speculation of a 2024 presidential bid continues to dominate the narrative.
DeSantis has long capitalized on his administration’s support for law enforcement, particularly in the wake of protests, riots, and rising crime over the past few years in blue jurisdictions. While calls to “defund police” dominated the narrative, DeSantis made it clear that Florida would do no such thing

Alec Baldwin is no longer facing years behind bars in connection to the fatal shooting of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Prosecutors dropped the firearms enhancement charge originally brought against Baldwin. First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies filed the paperwork Monday morning, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
"In order to avoid further litigious distractions by Mr. Baldwin and his attorneys, the District Attorney and the special prosecutor have removed the firearm enhancement to the involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Halyna Hutchins on the 'Rust' film set," Heather Brewer, spokesperson for the district attorney, told Fox News Digital. "The prosecution's priority is securing justice, not securing
