Idaho Lawmakers Seek to Criminalize Injecting

Republican lawmakers from Idaho have introduced a bill that will make it a crime to administer mRNA vaccines in the state, citing safety concerns, which would apply to COVID-19 vaccines manufactured by companies like Pfizer and Moderna. “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor,” according to House Bill 154 (pdf) presented to the state’s House Health and Welfare Committee on Feb. 15. FTA: “We have issues that this was fast-tracked, there’s no liability, there’s no access to data, risk-benefit analysis has not been done, there’s no informed consent,” She's not wrong. And the studies cited in Israel and other countries showing a 25% increase in sudden cardiac arrest cases certainly requires further studies and caution going forward. Any continued vaccination mandates for COVID-19, particularly for the very young, should be deferred until conclusive long-range studies are completed.

Agree with the legislation, but violations should be a felony, not a misdemeanor.

Why can't they not go back to other way of making a true vaccine out of dead virus cells? Or is it because they would not make as much money?

It will never be enacted into law. Despite my screen name, I’m a two year ID resident, a California refugee. The Idaho House makes news with several “conservative” or other culture-war type legislation each year. Many die in committee, but even if they pass the house, they are usually DOA due to RINO leadership in the state senate and the RINO governor. The news creates the perception that ID is extremely conservative, I wish it were so, but really not so much. Republicans have a lock on state government, but rather than using this to lead the state and set an example for the nation in pushing back against the leftist narrative, the state eGOP really tries to avoid rocking the boat while making sure they are scratching each other’s backs. We did get a new state AG out of the 2022 election who so far appears promising, but I don’t expect much from the rest of them. CRT and gender stuff is here in schools and libraries, the state has a huge surplus but did not address runaway property taxes chasing people out of their homes, they cut the top tax bracket a measly 0.1%, did not repeal the sales tax on groceries, and the governor opposes school vouchers.

It should have never been approved at all. It is ineffective, and highly hazardous. Hundreds of times more bad outcomes than ANY OTHER vaccines.....and they are not vaccines by the conventional definition.

If the price of eggs has you seriously considering starting your own backyard flock, you’re not alone.(snip) Many assume rising inflation is to blame, but the official narrative states avian flu, affecting up to 58 million birds, is the more likely cause.[2] Another theory has surfaced from chicken farmers who have linked problems with egg laying to a certain brand of chicken feed.[3] It’s also curious timing, as the egg shortage began amidst a series of mysterious fires and other disasters at U.S. food processors.(snip) in March 2022, President Biden openly stated food shortages are “going to be real.” [4]

Was this really due to the long arm of Pfizer as so many assume, or was it just old fashioned jealousy and fragging which has cleaved James O’Keefe off of the “Project Veritas” organization which he built to support his passionate activities? Whatever his personal character flaws may be, my heart goes out to James O’Keefe. New court motions filed by Jan. 6 defendant William Pope of Topeka, Kansas, also show MPD bicycle officers stopping four armed men in plainclothes on Jan. 6. The men turned out to be federal agents. Documents disclosing the names of Jeffrey Epstein employees and other alleged associates are set to become public in the coming months, after the people did not object to unsealing the materials. More than 150 people who have confirmed or alleged links to Epstein, such as being his employee or one of his alleged victims, chose not to come forward to object to the disclosure of their names. They are mentioned in documents filed in a defamation case brought in 2015 against Ghislaine Maxwell, an Epstein associate. The lawsuit was settled in 2017, but outside groups have pushed for the release of the documents in the interest of public access.

Once upon a time, there were two Daily Mails, one in London and one in Charleston, West Virginia, where I toiled for 30 years. There may be other Daily Mails but these are the two I am writing about. The one in London is a rascal that is so conservative that when Lord Kitchener, Britain’s war secretary died during the Great War, the paper said it was a stroke of good luck for the empire. The one in Charleston, West Virginia, was the afternoon foil of its liberal morning rival — and business partner — the Gazette. They shared the same business offices and printing press.

An Oklahoma judge ruled on Thursday that a baby created for a lesbian couple using purchased sperm belongs with his biological mother and father, not his mom’s female ex. Kris Williams argued that because she helped raise the toddler with her now ex-wife Rebekah Wilson and since she is listed on his birth certificate, she deserves full parental rights. Oklahoma County District Judge Lynne McGuire rejected that claim and said that Oklahoma law detailing parentage trumps the state’s legalization of same-sex marriage. “[The act] does not take into account same-sex marriage, and there is no presumption that the wife of the mother is automatically presumed the parent of a child born during

Because of what he’s read in that data, Dr. Richard Bartlett, a Texas physician of 30 years, told The Epoch Times that he questions whether the outbreak of syphilis and 2021’s surge of hepatitis are potentially related to evidence from a new study suggesting that “extended vaccination with [receptor binding domain] boosters overturned the protective immune memories by promoting adaptive immune tolerance.” In other words, prolonged boosters could be harming

We were told there were 14,000 hours of surveillance video, but now it appears there are roughly 41,000 hours of tape. Tucker has long questioned whether J6 was an actual insurrection. The FBI stated in August 2021 they found little evidence that the crowd tried to topple the United States. A Harvard University survey released in August 2022 said the same thing. Democrats have fought to keep the tapes under wraps. That is understandable, as it’s hard to cry “insurrection” when looking at videos

Once upon a time we mocked the Soviet Union for its gerontocracy. Aged party leaders, bundled up in overcoats and fur hats to the point of near-unrecognizability, would be wheeled out to sit, immobile, as parades passed or party congresses opened. Their withered, stale leadership was emblematic of the decaying USSR’s withered, stale ideology — and industrial base. But now the joke’s on us. The long-range missiles matter. So do the super-accurate artillery shells, the surface-to-air missiles, and the winter weather gear; the training in the English countryside or the muddy Grafenwöhr maneuver grounds; and the intelligence provided from the eyes in space and the ears on airplanes that circle outside the battlezone. President Biden’s visit to Kyiv matters just as much as any of these. Other heads of government preceded him, earning deserved credit. But it is an altogether different thing when the president of the United States—who is, indeed, the leader of the Free World—shows up. His words mattered.
