Storms starting to fill California’s
drought-parched reservoirs

Original Article

After weeks of atmospheric rivers, bomb cyclones and Pineapple Express moisture, California reservoir levels have seen a steep rise. On Sunday, the National Weather Service shared an infographic from the Department of Water Resources, which laid out just how much California’s reservoirs have filled after weeks of heavy rain. While none of the major reservoirs are at capacity – in fact, many are still less than half full – many are at or above their historical average for this point in the rainy season. Oroville, for example, is at 54% capacity, but 99% of where it usually is in mid-January. But three years of drought has left the state begging for more water.

Comments:

I remember when there was panic that Oroville Dam was going to overflow… So much for history. And drought.

The weather ALWAYS will work out to the long term average. That's how the average got there. So, any time the weather is different from the average, you can be certain that it will go in the opposite direction soon enough....to hit the average. Too dry for a year or two? Soon enough, it will be too wet for a while, too. Too cold for a while? Then it will be too hot for a while. Weather always works out to the average....that's the definition of the average, i has to happen....over the long term - but in the short term it can be, and often is, all over the place. It's normal and people have NOTHING to do with it. Tossing a few billion $ into the furnaces of communism as required by our voodoo witchdocs will not change things any more than tossing a few virgins into the volcano, as required by THOSE particular voodoo witchdocs, would make the volcano not erupt.

"...atmospheric rivers, bomb cyclones and Pineapple Express moisture..." a In most of the world we call it seasonal rains. Such BS from those who can't just accept the fact that we have weather.

No mention of course of the billions and billions of fresh water that because of the Communist Green Earth fanatics diabolical laws, is flowing out to sea and of course by this summer there will once again be a water shortage to go along with the electricity shortage. It is all about power and control over the serfs.

A lot of the storage is in the form of snow so we don't see it until April-June. Snow packs are almost 300% of normal for this time of year. Just wait Oroville will be overflowing in the spring.

The weather is always and has always been changing. With all the new water going into the California reservoirs those storms are not all bad, as Al Gore tried to portray them yesterday at the billionaires shindig at Davis, Switzerland.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) didn’t include serious adverse events like heart inflammation on post-vaccination surveys even though the agency knew the issues could be linked to COVID-19 vaccines, documents show. Even before the surveys were rolled out in December 2020 after the first vaccines were authorized, the CDC knew that myocarditis—a form of heart inflammation since confirmed as being caused by the Pfizer and Moderna shots—and other serious adverse events were of “special interest” when it came to the vaccines, according to a newly disclosed version of the protocol for the survey system. The Nov. 19, 2020, protocol (pdf) for V-safe, the survey system, lists myocarditis, stroke,

Democrats in the House of Representatives have introduced a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court’s controversial Citizens United v. FEC decision made in 2010. The court ruled 5–4 that the free speech clause of the First Amendment prohibits the government from restricting independent expenditures for political campaigns by corporations and overruled an earlier decision that banned corporations from making “electioneering communications.” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif). said in a press release he and Democrat colleagues introduced the “Democracy For All Amendment” to “overturn legal precedents that have allowed unrestrained campaign spending and dark money to corrupt American democracy.” He has introduced the constitutional amendment every year since 2013,
