Christian colleges and universities are seeing an increase in enrollment despite the national enrollment rate of college students being on a decline, higher education experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The national undergraduate enrollment rate dropped 1.1% during the fall 2022 semester while the rate declined a total of 4.2% since 2020, according to the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. Many faith-based institutions, however, saw an increase in enrollment which higher education experts claim is because of these institutions’ commitment to their roots.
Few parents (or grandparents) want to fund the indoctrination of their children to go against their family's faith.

In northern Virginia there are two Christian colleges that offer the same education: Christendom College in Front Royal and Patrick Henry College in Purcelville. Many of the Patrick Henry students attend my old time Anglican Church and are wonderful young adults, not needing $50k+ per annum daycare.
I was fortunate enough to attend Jesuit schools, from high school through graduate school, when they were still Catholic and not insane like today

My son pulled his daughter out of our public high school and enrolled her in our private Christian high school. She says the curriculum is much harder but she is thriving and happy. Fortunately, he can afford it but many people don’t have that option. We actually have a decent public high school here but there are too many public schools that are now complete and utter disasters. Something has to give. We can’t continue to graduate illiterate losers or the country is doomed.

Secular schools have gone septic. A real need for a real education has emerged.

Keep your eyes on the Christian colleges too. Even places like Calvin and Bethel (St. Paul) are going woke or already there. Diligence is needed when selecting a college.

At my alma mater any decrease in enrollment by American students is more than made up by students from the Third World and a few from the Second World. Even worse the LSMFT++-- is now a major student organization. There still are things like the Baptist, Methodist, Catholic student centers but they take second place to the deviants. The brand new student center even has a Multiculural Room with wash basins for Mooslums. Feel like asking them where the Hillybilly Room is.

Same thing happened in grade schools.
Same thing happened in high schools.
Public schools have turned into indoctrination centers for future liberal political activists.

Don't forget, some of the biggest, historically Christian universities are now the wokest of the woke. Tune in to the messaging and structure of any college you want to send your kids to. Do they have a Diversity department? Gender studies?

To add to #2, I have family in Purcellville and used to live nearby myself. That town is also the home of the national Home School Legal Defense Association which is the largest organization in the country which promotes and assists in home schooling. Patrick Henry College is geared toward home schooled students. There are always other options to government schools.

While the public universities are going woke, many of the Christian universities are “woke lite”. They are caving to the leftists because they are afraid of being labeled intolerant. If we don’t push back and call out their gross behavior we are sunk.
Hillsdale College is one of the great schools where the students actually learn.

FSU went woke and have seen my last donation. It was a pretty good school I thought, but wokeism has dirtied it up.

Good news. The fewer students in government brainwashing centers, the better the country will do.

I understand your answer completely #12. There are many churches replacing Bibles. If a person is not reading the Old Testament AND the New Testament, a complete picture is not going to take place. There are some people who won't even read the Bible - they prefer to lean on their own understanding.
Also, there are churches who have a platform of forgiveness but never mention repentance. Quite a few times Jesus says, repent, do no more, and your sins are forgiven. Seems like a few churches skip right over that repent and do no more.
Another thing I have noticed is the confusion with poverty versus wealth. Wealth is not evil and it is stated in the Bible, if you don't work, you don't eat. I tire very easily of people who think wealth or consumerism is a bad thing. It is a bad thing when you put wealth above God.
So it is my opinion that churches are going woke because they have platforms that lean on their own understanding and not God's authority.

My two adult children, who have no children yet, have said they will never put their kids in public school. And one of them is a teacher is a public school.
What is happening in public schools is a flat out crime against children. All the agendas, and politics instead of teaching the basics.
