House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee released a 1,000-page report on Friday outlining how the FBI and Justice Department have abandoned their commitment to political neutrality in recent years.
The report, which relies heavily on whistleblower accounts, is set to serve as a roadmap for the oversight investigation into the politicization of federal law enforcement that Republicans will undertake should they reclaim a House majority in next week’s midterm elections. The probe will be led by Representative Jim Jordan (R., Ohio), who is expected to become chairman of the Judiciary Committee if Republicans take the House.

IF the GOPe is serious, they can begin by rescinding the Patriot Act and breaking up the cabals in the Intel and Law Enforcement Communities...and that's for starters. To start the bureaucracy cleansing they can reform the Hatch Act to effectively "outlaw" political activity by Federal employees, and renounce the Luevano consent decree that effectively eliminated "merit" from entry level "professional" hiring.

FTA: “The problem lies not with the majority of front-line agents who serve our country, but with the FBI’s politicized bureaucracy.”
The latest Pubbie estimate - - is that 99.99436% of all FIB agents are honest and patriotic. Especially the ones who performed armed raids of Mar-A-Lago, Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, Pro-Life hymn singers, and public school parents.
If that isn't honesty and patriotism - - then nothing is.

Note: This is a National Review article. The 99% good FBI seems more like a pull from a Hannity position not this article The Jordan report says Biden, Garland and Wray began purging conservatives from the FBI. So, that leaves mostly democrat loyalists to carry out the raids. Definitely need to purge majority of FBI CIA and other agencies. Question is will they get fired?

With furrowed brow, harsh words and a scathing report from Jim Jordan while the FBI and DOJ laugh out loud.

The FBI needs an Elon Musk-type purge, starting at the top.

"House Republicans release report" is always about something they will do nothing about.
Maybe they'll prove me wrong this time, but I doubt it.

If the Pubbies were serious, they would help elect an 'outsider' to DC politics to come in and clean house, and the Pubbies would stand behind and support said person 100% to completely drain the Swamp. Wait, we tried that already, and the Pubbies rolled over and started acting like Socialists, throwing roadblocks in the 'outsiders' way ay every opportunity

We're with Bongino who says disband the FBI and send the good ones left to other agencies. We say fire or impeach Garland and Wray. And clean up the CIA. All of these agencies are corrupt and have gone full Commie.

Yes, the FBI is "politicized", to the point that they are a pack of criminals and traitors at the entire top and shot through many jobs (selected and groomed by the top) further down.
The FBI is absolutely untrustworthy, totally corrupted. IMO, there is no possible reformation. It must be erased entirely and NOT replaced. Federal law enforcement is a failed idea. All law enforcement should be at the state level.

The House controls the budget. After November, they can shrink the FBI down to two clerks and a secretary if they have the political will.

Recent history of FBI could have come straight from the Bible. ''What sorrow awaits you who lie awake at night, thinking up evil plans. You rise at dawn and hurry to carry them out, simply because you have the power to do so.'' (Micah 2:1-3 NLT)

Good. But now the real work must be done. Close or at a minimum re-purpose the FBI. Re-purpose the Department of Justice. Find and fire leadership from both agencies who were responsible for the abuses they staged. If the Garlic Man warrants removal, make it so.

I'm sure Senator Grassley has some ideas about how to breakup the cabal at the FBI....after the raid at Mar-A-Largo Americans finally got the message...it's all part of the Obama/biden cabal in the White House....and has been since Obama sent Lois Lerner after the Tea Party with the IRS....no wonder the democrats want 87,000 new IRS agents to bully and grab taxpayer's savings from under their noses...
