Migrants should be imported to fill millions of empty jobs, even though about seven million working-age American men have dropped out of the workforce, says a right-of-center columnist at the Washington Post.
“We need immigrants to help fill these jobs,” Marc Thiessen wrote on December 4, after dismissing the millions of American men who have been sidelined during the last 20 years.
Thiessen’s discard Americans proposal is “morally abhorrent” but is also commonplace among the GOP establishment, responded Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies:
He is just one among many saying that

We need illegals to help fill these jobs because we pay the lo/no skill American worker who used to do these jobs handsomely to not work with copious amounts of welfare benefits and programs. Why work when the sap American taxpayers give you everything for free?.

This is the result of people getting free stuff from government without even having to at least try to get a job. I wonder if democrat politicians raise their own kids with this irresponsibility?

We should go back to the days when NOBODY got ANYTHING for free. You want to eat? You better have a job to buy your food. No place to live? Better get a job so you can pay Rent. No cellphone? Too bad! Get a job an then you can buy one. That goes for your Transportation to and from that job! No Handouts! We wouldn't need Illegals to do the work if American men needed the money to survive!

Maybe with inflation, wages will rise so much that Americans will return to the workforce? Of course when they see that $20 an hour still isn't enough to buy a gallon of milk they will probably quit again.

Remember when they told us there was NO replacement theory? Are you aware that illegal immigrants do NOT have to get the covid jab? Wonder why? Because biden killed us all EXCEPT the illegals.
FTA: "This was never about immunization… it was about INSTALLING a “platform” into billions of human beings
When you realize the extent of this propaganda push, it becomes obvious that this was never about immunization or public health. There has been a far larger motivation behind the mRNA jabs which, it turns out, “install” an operating system in your body.
The amount of money and pressure behind this massive push reveals that the real goal was to make sure every human being on planet Earth was injected with a transhumanism operating system that many experts say consists of self-assembling synthetic biostructures and 5G-influenced nanoparticles. (See the full podcast below, featuring Karen Kingston who explains it all and reveals the patents.)
Clearly, the real motivation here is something far more conspiratorial and nefarious than public health. This is something on the scale of planetary genocide or even scenarios ripped right out of sci-fi world such as using billions of human bodies as biological hosts to grow AI-controlled biosynthetic parasitic structures of some kind."

They are not migrants. They are illegals. What makes you think they want jobs. They want FREE! They want to live like the “stars” in Hollywood live. They broke the law by illegally crossing the border and you think they want to work. Marc. Get your head screwed on right. Or give one of them your job.

The Center for Immigration Studies chief gets to the heart of the matter, noting that our leaders view the USA as a marketplace rather than a country. That's true of the Republicans especially, and absurdly, many of us applaud them as being "pro-business" when in fact they're helping to collapse the nation. Sure, businesses love low-wage workers with living expenses offset by welfare because they can boost their profits, but it's the taxpayers who absorb the cost. Same with any number of other subsidies provided by government. Why make money through innovation and efficiency when you could take the easy route and game the system. Same on the micro level; USA pay able-bodied people to surf welfare and then imports workers who are a net drain in the system, thus also achieving the demographic replacement Dung himself bragged about.

FTA: "The worst-hit Americans include the old and slow people, middle-aged technology experts, people with criminal records, people who cannot speak Spanish or who are too proud to work alongside illegal migrants, as well as people who are sick, or who have to take care of children or ailing relatives."
Taking care of children or ailing relatives is "employment", substituting personal time and potential income to avoid paying for the service. It used to be honorable "work", not an excuse for not working in our economy.
Those "old and slow people, middle-aged technology experts" failed to maintain skills that made them valuable. Today's middle class work demands more expertise and current knowledge than ever, and those demands grow very quickly. Who would want a surgeon with 1950s skills doing their surgery today? My experience is that the majority in the workforce have no intention of growing their skills and knowledge. Just more pay demands.
We spend far too much time protecting these people from themselves. Organizations fail to start with continuing education and vocational training from the beginning of the employment. Workers quickly fall into the cowpath to do what they've always done. And "free stuff" allows workers to simply drop out. Manual labor? Are you kidding?

If so, they should take on the burden of American debt as well.
Seriously, why would anyone want to come here? Why would anyone want to govern this country and take on responsibility for its problems?
Sometimes I think we should let the crooks stay in charge and have a good laugh as the country's problems run them over and turn them into road pancakes.
Point and laugh folks. They hate ridicule.

As 21 points out, our cosmopolitan overseers regard the US as a 'marketplace rather than a country.'
They pat themselves on the back for having a broad, humanitarian view. It's a delusion to cover over their disdain and contempt of the common people and traditional mores.
I wish more attention and discussion had been paid to the myriad facets of this crises:
1. The deliberate, decades-long disparagement of white men in our schools and media
2. In a true market economy, a high demand for workers would demand higher wages and more on the job training and development--this new economy tries to circumvent nature itself.
3.The real purpose: to maintain a subservient class of marginally paid workers to maintain ruling class households --(good help is hard to find)
3. Even the illegal 'scabs' have to be subsidized through government programs
4. As they point out that, this is creating a crowded pool of exploitable workers, making investment in technology unnecessary.
5. The resulting stagnation in technological development will have dire consequences, eventually creating a insular, backward, two-tiered society of commoners and mandarins.
6. Upward mobility is banished, increasing the demoralization within the workforce.
7. The goal of a worldwide, multi-ethnic mono-culture necessitates a leveling of all societies, meaning that previously prosperous workforce must eventually accept third-world living conditions.
8. A stagnant underclass dependent on subsidies--which are actually intended to subsidize corporations and ruling class employers-- insures perpetual democrat power
--and so on.
These points are merely acknowledged and a magazine article cannot hope to cover them; that would require an entire book, a tome actually. I hope the author has that book in progress.

To the leftist Democrats their “open borders” plans are all about replacing the current majority population of the USA with foreign origin third world poor and uneducated peoples who fit within the ethnic and racial categories of Democrat identity politics. As the leftist Democrat plan moves forward, the leftist Democrats will try to legalize the more than 20 million illegal alien population by way of a series of Democrat designed “Path to Citizenship” amnesties under the guise of such legislative action as being legitimate Comprehensive Immigration Reform that common sense will tell you will actually encourage millions of new illegal aliens to unlawfully enter the USA. The objective of those Democrat designed amnesties is to legalize as many illegal aliens as possible with a permanent legal immigration status, eventual U.S. citizenship, and to educate those poor and uneducated foreign origin people to embrace socialist oriented Democrat politics and to become leftist Democrat supporters and voters, eventually by the tens of millions keeping the leftist Democrats in permanent political power controlling both the Congress and White House, while sending the wimpy Republicans into long-term political oblivion.
When the wimpy Republicans finally wake up and look around, they will find that by way of the leftist Democrat “open borders” initiative, along with Biden’s complete failure to enforce the immigration laws throughout the interior of the USA, that the Democrats have engineered what will be a transformation of the US population and electorate in enough places throughout the USA that a vast coalition of minority peoples, of both domestic and foreign origin, will actually constitute a new majority U.S. population supporting the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats. The wimpy Republicans are scared to death to speak up about the above described Democrat population and electorate change plans because of the racial politics involved, including the fact that the Democrats would then call out the wimpy Republicans as being racists.
It’s ironic that American people who would be most adversely affected by allowing masses to illegal aliens into the USA and allowing them to work across the entire US economy is the American Black population, who have built themselves a bad reputation as far as being compliant, friendly, and hard workers. So as they have in the past, employers will bypass such American workers to hire as many illegal aliens and other foreign workers as possible at a much lower wage than American workers can accept and maintain their customary U.S. standard of living.
Unfortunately the wimpy Republicans have always been in favor of allowing masses of illegal aliens who are willing to work for very low wages, or under the table, to gain unlawful entry to the USA in the past, as long as they are never granted a permanent legal immigration status in the USA and remain illegal aliens. The fact that the Democrats aim to permanently grant US citizenship and eventual U.S. voting rights for political purposes to just about every illegal alien in the USA and those who will unlawfully enter the USA in the future, that is in complete contrast to the wimpy Republican view that once illegal aliens get into the USA that they should remain as illegal aliens subject to the immigration laws, and the fact they they are being hired into American jobs by employers who are paying them a much lower wage than they would have to pay American workers should be ignored, is why Congress has not passed any legitimate immigration reform legislation.

Another thought re: The government subsidies are designed to serve corporations and the managerial ruling class.
Obamacare was the first, flagrant move to implement the wider policy. We misunderstood its intent. Remember how the corporations complied with it's ratification? I couldn't understand why private entities--especially insurance companies rendered obsolete (so I naively thought)-- would go along with this government nationalization of 1/3 of the economy. I finally understood that they wanted to drop the previously self-assumed burden of health insurance. Obamacare assumed that burden, diminished and subjugated doctors, and consigned the populace to second rate medicine. This subsidized the wealthy, not the workers. Of course they embraced it.

Businesses say this so they can hire cheap labor. There are not that many jobs where we need this many immigrants, I am tired of the left hiding behind the excuse we need these people to fill jobs Americans won’t take. I do not believe this is that critical. This is becoming as deaf to my ears as when a conservative is called a racist.
