With the news that the FBI told agents to ignore the issue of Hunter Biden’s laptop prior to the 2020 presidential race, the suppression of the laptop story on social media, and the release of the redacted search warrant affidavit on Mar-A-Lago, there is another story involving Trump that is hanging out quietly below the fold.
Just the News has the story of Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander, who entered guilty pleas to stealing Ashley Biden’s diary and selling it to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas. Before they did that, Harris and Kurlander decided to try for a big payday

President Donald John Trump caused a lot of his problems because of one basic stupid fault, namely trusting any DC insider. His first action then and after he is reelected for the second time is to fire every person for which he has authority to fire and offer some of them the opportunity to reapply. For all the others he needs to follow my father's advice given me when I was young: Trust no one, not even your poppa.

Was the diary stolen or abandoned? We do not know. Given the powers of the Fed and the consequences of damn near 100% conviction rates, the plea bargain does NOT answer this question. Under that pressure, many plead guilty who are not.

they also turned down the laptop...they turned down the Hillary Emails...they turned down or turned over to the FBI everything they were offered as "Dirt"...instead followed channels...in return the FBI tooe every bit of dirt against Trump regardless of source and veracity/legality, then selectively leaked bits of it to the Media and hammered him with it...in collusion with the Anti-Trump of all Ilk.

It certainly appears that both Hunter and Ashley were accidentally warning us about their crooked, creepy, disfunctional father

I'm glad they turned it down. It's not always about winning.

What no one will say is that Trump is a compassionate person and would not have wanted his own daughter and granddaughters publicly exposed if the shoe were on the other foot. He is sympathetic to families dealing with the destruction caused by drug and alcohol abuse. Although it would have been politically explosive, I think he probably refused more on compassionate grounds. Those same feelings would not have extended to Hunter as he was selling out his country for the money to fuel his drug addictions and perversions.

Why is it shocking? Trump is a moral man with strong values.

Sounds about right. The President is supposed to stay above the fray while others do the dirty work. It gives the President deniability. If they had run with it, Pelosi would have used it as another excuse for investigations and impeachment. They might still do that anyway. Especially if he becomes President again.

and why not??? it was the ethical thing to do, even though if the shoe were on the other foot, the demcommies would have plastered the media with the negative information if it concerned our President, what a stinking, rotten, God Damn them to Hell kind of country we're living in today
when I was growing up in the 40's, 50's and 60's we were not the most fortunate people in the country but at least nobody bothered us and we just lived out lives, went to church, had Thanksgiving and Christmas and many other creature comforts people today don't seen to experience, it stinks!!! it really stinks!!!

#1 Trump knows what he's doing.
You don't know Trump. He has a different vision of what's happening. There's a larger story here. Trump does the right thing.

The caption should read, "No shocker here, Trump Campaign turned down stolen diary." I wondered all along if the entire episode wasn't a set up to try to entrap the Trump Campaign. One would think the treasure trove of scandalous material in the diary would be hard for a political opponent to turn down.
Here are some questions to ponder: Had Donald Trump, Jr.'s diary been stolen from President Trump's house do you think (1) legacy media would have refused to publish it? (2) the FBI and DOJ would prosecute the thieves and (3) the FBI and DOJ would prosecute the media outlets who purchased the diary? I have a feeling the diary would have been published in the New York Times, reported on by every conceivable legacy media outlet and the FBI/DOJ would not have a done a thing about it.
