Days after the unprecedented raid of Donald Trump’s Florida home, AG Merrick Garland finally decided to address the public on Thursday regarding the matter. Some naively hoped that he’d provide a legitimate justification for the raid, but as expected, that didn’t materialize, mostly because there was no justification. Instead, Garland danced about while revealing a few noteworthy things. One, we learned that he was the one that ordered the raid, which is not surprising given he’s a partisan who obviously holds a grudge against the former president. Two, the DOJ is asking the judge in the case to unseal the warrant, which may or may not tell us anything

FBI agents who raided Donald Trump's Florida resort on Monday were hunting for classified documents relating to nuclear weapons, sources said on Thursday evening.
Details emerged soon after Attorney General Merrick Garland appeared before cameras to defend the search and reveal that he had approved the operation at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
Fall-out from the unprecedented search of a former president's residence has dominated the political world ever since Monday and the Justice Department is under increasing pressure to explain its decision.
Garland said he could not reveal further details of what prompted the hunt, but sources told the Washington Post it was to do with nuclear weapons.

The push to transition the national road fleet to electric vehicles (EVs) is on and while increasingly popular with buyers, experts in the transportation space are examining potential problems with mass EV adoption. One such issue involves EVs and evacuations during natural disasters.
A report from Transportation Research published in ScienceDirect headlined “Can we evacuate from hurricanes with electric vehicles?” found that Florida—which often bears the force of hurricanes—may not have enough power to cope during an evacuation.
“If the majority of the evacuating vehicles were EVs, Florida would face a serious challenge in power supply,” the report said.

Attorney General Merrick Garland suggested Thursday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) sought “less intrusive” means of obtaining presidential documents before using a search warrant, and an FBI raid, on former President Donald Trump’s home.
Garland’s remarks were the first public comments made by the DOJ since Monday’s raid, which shocked many observers. He confirmed that he had personally approved the search warrant — though he left open the question of the methods of the raid.
Garland did, however, suggest that the DOJ saw the raid as a last resort: “[T]he department does not take such a decision lightly where possible. It is standard practice to seek less intrusive means

Russia’s Saki Air Base, safely tucked away 120 miles or more behind the front lines, lost as many as 10 warplanes and various buildings in a series of explosions on Tuesday — but how it happened remains a mystery.
Very few people seem to know what actually happened, and even those witnesses are telling conflicting stories.
Massive explosions rocked the airfield, home to aircraft from the Russian Navy’s 43rd Independent Naval Attack Aviation Regiment. The smoke could be seen from miles away. Satellite photos show that Russia lost at least half a dozen aircraft, including top-line Su-30 Flanker fighters and older Su-24 Fencer fighter/bombers.

Instead, our lunatic attorney general has indicted officers who prepared the affidavit used to obtain the warrant to search Taylor’s home. In the words of the indictment, the affidavit “contained information that was false, misleading

Ms. Bowser and Mr. Adams — who, so far as we know, haven’t uttered a single word critical of President Biden’s open-borders immigration policies — have been complaining loudly in recent weeks that their cities are been inundated with thousands of illegal immigrants.
That’s a tiny fraction of the total crossing the southwest border, but they’re

In Part One we outlined the origination of the modern Deep State {Go Deep}. In Part Two we outlined the specific targeting of Trump that was carried out through the tools that originate in the modern Deep State {Go Deep}. Here in part three, we outline how and why President Trump was blocked from releasing the evidence.
The motives of the DOJ and FBI are clear when you have a full comprehension of the background. However, it’s the threats and betrayals against President Trump that most people have a hard time understanding. Why he was blocked is clear, but how Trump was blocked is where you realize

A reasonable question. Monday’s FBI raid at Trump’s Mar A Lago was very strange. Unlike previous FBI hits on people linked to Trump, such as Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon, the establishment media was kept in the dark. They did not get a heads up. How did we learn about the raid? Trump announced it via his social media page around 1830 hours edt on Monday. Very strange.
Think about this. Not a single soul in the Trump universe who knew about the raid at Mar A Lago breathed a word about this unholy assault. Not one. And, surprisingly, the FBI kept its mouth shut.

The Inflation “Reduction” Act includes hiring 87,000 new IRS agents, doubling the agency’s size.
Did you know the IRS has a Criminal Investigation unit? It’s the law enforcement branch of the Internal “Revenue” Service. (“Revenue” is in quotes because taxation is theft. They’re taking our money.)
The branch is not new. IRS Commissioner Daniel C. Roper created the unit in 1919.

Less than a week ago, the tragedy of four brutal murders in New Mexico appeared to be a windfall for Democrats. It was a perfect, yet bloody, scenario for the party that doesn’t hesitate to try and exploit every and any tragedy that fits their larger narrative. And while we can’t be sure that any Democrats were actually happy about four men being dead, we know that internally they were thrilled about the circumstances. We could almost see them doing cartwheels in their heads as they discussed the matter.
Muslims, of course, are included in the Democrats’ intersectional hierarchy of victimhood.

One of the most interesting persons I interviewed for the New York Sun was Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace. (snip) I recently watched him on YouTube discussing his book, “Fake Invisible Catastrophes and Threats of Doom,” and it is an eye opener to anyone who still believes in the global warming hoax. (snip) Mr. Moore’s book not only documents the hardcore evidence that global warming is a not a threat to the planet, it argues that we are essentially still in an ice age. While he covers climate change, he also debunks all the other lies we’ve been fed by environmental charlatans such as Gore.

At the beginning of the school year in 2019, Jennifer received an email from her daughter’s 5th-grade teacher. The teacher, a male, was using a different name for her then-10-year-old daughter. Jennifer thought it was a mistake. The teacher must have accidentally emailed the wrong parent.
But then, Jennifer went to her daughter’s room and found a yellow Post-It note stuck to her dresser with that same name, along with the pronouns “they/them.”
“Do you have a new nickname?” Jennifer asked.
Her daughter responded yes.
Jennifer didn’t think much of it beyond harmless identity exploration. But a couple of months later, Jennifer received a more concerning call from a school counselor

The message was unmistakable at Joint Base Andrews Wednesday, two days after former President Donald Trump’s Florida home was raided by the FBI.
There, boarding Air Force One at 1:20 p.m., shoulder to shoulder with his father, the president, was Hunter Biden, whose home has never been raided.
Despite a snail’s pace grand-jury investigation into his suspect business dealings by the US attorney in Joe Biden’s crony state of Delaware, despite copious documentary evidence that he accepted millions of dollars from America’s adversaries in exchange for influencing his father,

New details have emerged about the FBI’s shocking raid on former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, an unprecedented targeting of a political opponent by the Biden regime that many have rightly condemned as something that is typically seen in a banana republic.
According to a bombshell report, the feds had a mole operating on the inside who was providing details on the location of allegedly classified documents kept on the premises in the raid which the media has gone to painstaking lengths to portray was about the Presidential Records Act and not an act of political retribution from the White House which would have been a dramatic escalation

When the FBI raided Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, it didn’t just senselessly root through the former President’s files, crack open his safe, and snatch up boxes of documents to confiscate for whatever anti-Trump investigation they have going on.
Though all that seems to have happened during the banana republic-like raid, the FBI did something else, something even more horrific: it rooted through Melania Trump’s clothes, rifling through her outfits and underwear in what can be interpreted as nothing other than a gross attempt at humiliating the former president and his family.

On August 8, 2022, the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, President Donald Trump's Florida residence. Such an act against any president, past or present, has never been done before. The FBI served their warrant, searched the Trump family home, and even pried his safe open. They found...nothing. Not even Ashley Biden's lost diary.
What was Donald Trump's supposed crime that justified such an extreme measure?
Bribery? Nope, that's a Biden thing.
Treason? Nope.
Assault (perhaps on a Secret Service agent)? Nope.
Espionage? Nope, that's a Swalwell thing.

The FBI paid visits to multiple Republicans in the Pennsylvania House and Senate Wednesday to look for information connected to Republican U.S. Rep. Scott Perry and his scheme to install alternate electors in 2020, according to a report.
The FBI delivered subpoenas and sought information from multiple individuals, sources told PennLive, and some were explicitly told they were not the target of the investigation.
The visit came after Perry said the FBI confiscated his personal cellphone one day after FBI agents raided former president Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.

If Donald Trump was going to run again, we assumed that the media would once again be the former president's largest pool of support, unwittingly, of course, with the nonstop negative coverage that would have only pushed more voters into his corner. Matt Taibbi noted that they're the "kingmakers of suck," arrogant, and more concerned with expounding on their moral superiority than covering the elections properly. Post-Russian collusion hoax, no one believes them, as evidenced by the appalling trust numbers the American public has given this industry over the past five or so years. That all ended last night.

Judge Bruce Reinhart, the federal magistrate who reportedly approved the FBI's search warrant to raid Mar-A-Lago, had already been noted for his previous "work" to help employees of Jeffrey Epstein secure immunity deals from the government...after leaving his post in the U.S. attorney's office where he was supposedly helping the government prosecute Epstein and his employees for alleged sex trafficking. But now another nugget of information has illuminated Reinhart's opinions about President Trump.

From the time I was 7-years-old until I was about 20, I was in love with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In second grade, while other kids wanted to be firemen, I wanted to be a special agent (and I could have told you what one was, what they did, and what the requirements were to become one). In the early 1990s, my favorite show was “FBI: The Untold Stories,” and if we were not home from Cub Scouts in time for it to air, there was a tantrum on the way. I did a book report on a J. Edgar Hoover biography in middle school.

Various sources spoke to Pennlive about the FBI delivering subpoenas or speaking with Pennsylvania Republicans as a part of the investigation into the effort to send alternate electors to the U.S. Capitol to elect Trump rather than President Joe Biden.

Our nation is under siege. But this siege is not the result of some domestic or foreign terrorist threat. A massive brawl broke out between up to 20 family members during a funeral for an elderly woman in Richmond on Aug. 6, leading to one injury, one arrest and $20,000 in damage, officials said. The Richmond Police Department said it responded to the Rolling Hills Memorial Park at 1:30 p.m. after several reports of a "chaotic altercation" between eight to 20 family members who were reportedly armed. Sgt. The raid on Mar-a-Lago says a lot about where we are as a country but if you look closely it says a lot less about us and a lot more about the Democrats.
As I spent a lot of time explaining during Wednesday’s RedState LIVE!, the Democrats have shown just how desperate they are to stop Trump, so much so that they’ll cook up one of the worst excuses to raid anyone in the history of ever, and a former president no less. It has undoubtedly divided Americans along partisan lines. However, the obvious political persecution of the former president is drawing some new lines. According to a new poll from Convention of States and Trafalgar Group, the majority of Independents, 53.9%, believe Trump’s political enemies are behind the FBI Raid. Americans who earn less than $75,000 per year are slated to receive 60% of the additional tax audits expected under Democrats' spending package, according to an analysis released by House Republicans. The analysis, which is a conservative estimate based upon recent audit rates and tax filing data, shows that individuals with an annual income of $75,000 or less would be subject to 710,863 additional Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audits while those making more than $1 million would receive 52,295 more audits under the bill. The legislation, the Inflation Reduction Act, would roughly double the IRS' budget to increase enforcement and, therefore, federal tax revenue.

It seems the DOJ has decided to leak an explanation of their decision to use a search warrant in this case. Newsweek just published an exclusive report based on anonymous DOJ sources which claims the FBI had a confidential source at Mar-a-Lago, one who informed them that Trump was hiding documents and even specified where they could be found.
The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek.
Before we go any further, remember
