Merrick Garland should have recused himself from anything pertaining to former President Donald Trump. Period, full stop. Think about it.
President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the United States Supreme Court in 2016. With the presidential election looming that coming November, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell halted the nomination and refused to allow it to even go to the Judiciary Committee, let alone to the floor of the Senate for a confirmation vote.
This immediately made Garland a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Hopefully, it will not end well for this corrupt little gerbil.
They can try to confiscate guns and ammo. They cannot confiscate rope and lampposts.

You don’t have to be a psychologist to see the serious flaws in this petty. insecure. angry little man. Is it his size? My own Dad was not physically large but he was a giant of a man. His friends called him a “prince”, which used to be a great compliment. Garland would never elicit such a compliment. He should never be in any position where he has any power. He’s a punisher.

Under Obama, and now under Biden, this country has advanced as a criminal enterprise.
It MUST be stopped, this very Republic is cracking.
And for what? And for whom?

When you hit your knees to pray tonight,
give thanks to the U.S. Senate for blocking
the Dems plan to put Garland on the Supreme
Court.
We dodged a major bullet with that nomination.

Garland is a petty dishonest, and dirty, democrat, as all Dems are today. He even looks the part. Can’t believe he was a judge, and was actually considered for the SC.

I’m taking a little different approach.
I’m not sure he’s petty or vindictive. I don’t think he has a) that much original thought and/or b) that much autonomy and latitude to have made this decision independently.
I think his ropes are being pulled from outside DC. (New York perhaps?)

Merrick is also not very bright. Let's hope he is out of his office very soon.
Initially from Europe, I do not know precisely how this vegetable can be chucked out. Is it an official order from the WH that tells him to go or are there other procedures to make him pack his bags?
The other WH vegetable certainly won't toss him, that potted plant knows he will do what he is told. So far, the bidet has not given walking papers to anyone of note. Perhaps he can't remember their names.

To continue in the vein of #8/9...I posit that Garland is to the DOJ what Biden is to the presidency...a figurehead of reduced mental capacity. The power resides in Obama's Mocha Mafia in the #2 & 3 positions at the DOJ and the string pullers yanking on the puppet Obama.

...and the only reason Mitch ain't going out the window with the rest of the traitors is because he kept that demon off of the Supreme Court.

I thank God everyday Garland never made it to the Supreme Court.
I have one suggestion for Garland and Dr. Fauci...Stand-up...Until I realize they are already standing up.

mental midgets exemplify the banana regime.,,,which is coming full circle:
in his early career of vicious unlawful money-grubbing, legend has it that the big banana brain wandered the south american continent...
pushing newly-formed governments into the claws of the chronic anarcho-commie insurrectionist revolutionary personalities of the era
...for the right price.

#6, Garland is doing far more damage to the country as AG than he could have done on the Supreme Court.

I am so glad he never got the appointment to SCOTUS. Imagine the ruckus he would have caused.

#10 is correct. I would include Herr Mueller as another mentally handicapped person, matching up with Biden and Garland.
A;; three belong in a memory unit.

If Merrick wants to blame someone for keeping him off the supreme court, he should blame Harry Reid and his decision to go nuclear.
