SCOTUS and media silence: Whatever happened
to the leak probe?

The leak rocked the federal judiciary, the American political scene, and led to an ugly campaign to intimidate Supreme Court justices, inspiring one assassination plot that thankfully went nowhere. Chief Justice John Roberts promised an investigation to identify the leaker, and the pool of suspects seemed relatively small — the justices themselves and their clerks. Almost three months later, though, the leaker has seemingly escaped detection and punishment.
Are they even still investigating the leak? The Associated Press can’t even get an answer to that question from the court:

My money says that the leak came directly from a Justice and Roberts knows which one but hasn't the balls to face an impeachment of a Justice for doing it.

They know who did it and the coverup is in place. There is no facet of our government that is not corrupted by leftist scum.

You can bet from now on clerks will be told not to discuss written opinions with each other & that all papers will be marked & secured.

Perhaps it's so hard to identify because they all rushed out 'to leak'???

I think they know exactly who the leaker is. I think it is one of the liberal justice's clerks to be honest. They won't endanger those justices any more than they can help it.

They're waiting for OJ to find the real killer so he can spearhead this investigation.

Maybe Roberts revenge was actually ruling in favor of the Constitution on the most recent cases before it.

Why the hell didn’t they do lie detector tests? Anyone that refused should be terminated with prejudice. You know, just like they do people that believe in body autonomy and refused the experimental vaccines. Fire them. Double standards everywhere.

This makes me believe that the leak most likely came from john Roberts, or Bryers. on the one hand Roberts would be forced to step down to be replaced by a activist leftist. it would also solidify public opinion of his bought-and-paid-for liberal concessions.
on the other hand, if it came from Bryers, it wouldn't change anything except further aggravate public opinion about activists on the court and tarnish Bryers' reputation. THAT might get a whole lot of dirt dug up all over and Bryers, with nothing to lose, might reveal skeletons in numerous closets.

And we thought we had justice for all equally. Ha! The lady of justice with blinds on her eyes before the court building holding the scales of justice has now toppled over!

I think the leak was intentional by the majority to deaden the freakout. Yes there was a freakout, but it was not that strong because it was not official. When it became official, not much more needed to be said, because it was already said.

I predicted at the time that six months would pass, and then the liberal clerk who leaked will step forward in a WaPo op-ed: "I leaked the Roe v. Wade decision in an attempt to save democracy in America, and I would do it again" -- and all the media will hail her as a hero.

Probably one of the Supremes.
But this is another sign of the general break-down of Law and Order, the foundation of a peaceable and prosperous society.

They know who did it. They’re hoping everybody will forget about it, and they'll never have to reveal it.

roberts is showing his true allegiance to bush the younger by keeping this in the [Do Not Touch - Eyes Only] file because it is clearly a demcommie justice who is responsible for this heinous and despicable act

It wasn't a clerk it was a Justice--either Sotomayor or Kagen --take your pick, either way the guilty offender will be protected.

My guess is that the leaker is one of the three Lefty SCOTUS judges, that's why the investigation stopped.

the derelict investigators in the scotus case have been re-assigned to the hunter biden case because
that case needed more dereliction. once they complete their dereliction on the hb case they will be
transferred back to the scotus case.
