Don’t go, Boss! That’s my strong advice to President Trump as he prepares to deliver a speech in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday at his alleged “think tank,” the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). Yes, it is important for President Trump to have a well-credentialed stable of policy experts capable of both building a 2024 platform and finding solid MAGA talent to populate a new Trump Administration. But the AFPI Trojan Horse—whose leadership is now bragging about how it will staff Trump’s “shadow cabinet”—is decidedly not that.

This is what worries me. Who do you trust? No doubt Trump learned from his past mistakes that he cant trust everyone that acts like they love him. But I see a weakness in his ability to have seasoned political advisors that are loyal to him. I think Trump trusts KellyAnn Doesn’t sound like Peter does.

Peter points out that there are few in Washington anyone should trust. I trust him. Look at the extent J6 tried to humiliate him with his arrest. They fear him for a reason. Pray that Trump is surrounded by honest, America-loving advisors like Peter.

As far as I'm concerned 'Credentials' is something to be overcome, not something to tout.
I have many college degrees and professional experiences .. But somehow managed to have overcome that handicap in favor of common sense and grasping reality.

Terrible personnel choices by Trump gave us a long list of swamp creature promotions who then turned around and destroyed him- and us. Think Lord Fauci, Birx, Christopher Wray, Silly Milly, ad nauseum. Trump has NOT learned from his mistakes and will make the same mistakes all over again if given the chance. I will not vote for him a third time. It's time for our younger generations to step into leadership to fight for this Republic's future.

Trump really is an expert of choosing people. Sometimes you select a person to accomplish just one task and then get rid of them. Bolton comes to mind. Trump always seems to succeed in the end.

To me Washington DC is not a place to be, off limits, stay away. President Trump entered Washington naive of the dangerous people there. He should have learned a lesson from that, there are no good people there. Trump is a great man and President but his one mistake was entering the trap set for him on Jan. 6. Trump should never have held that rally near the Capital. President Trump during these times should swing wide of Washington DC that's the anti-American enemies camp he shouldn't go there. Peter Navvarro is correct.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the next President staffed his administration with regular people like most of US? You know, people who are wise and practice using common sense on the regular? The agency that conducts the background checks can talk to regular people who know the candidates and get real stories about these people rather than just depend on paper credentials. Most of the political class are too interested in advancing themselves, and they are the ones who need to be rejected en masse.

I still firmly believe FPDJT had no idea of the length, breadth, and DEPTH of The Swamp. And even the CONSISTENCY.
He came in and chose what he thought were the best people.
If we’re honest, most of us were on board — enthusiastically — with his choices. And it’s only the rear view mirror which has proven us wrong.
I’m still sticking to my list of Ric Grennell, Devin Nunes, Stephen Miller and Peter Navarro. Rock solid behind Trump.
MAYBES are Jim Jordan and Mike Pompeo.

He should do the speech and tell it like it is. Let these people know that his eyes are clear and it will be a whole new ballgame next time. Remember how he so resolutely put forth his vision when he announced his candidacy? And then there was his Inauguration speech that was so bold and honest, calling out the many failed policies that the "esteemed" politcians sitting behind him foisted upon the country but would be no more. They got the message and were likely seething.

Staff the government with "regular people"...sure. Who are these "regular people"? What makes them holy and wise? Another indication that "regular people" don't understand government and its inner workings. Put away the civics books. Let's play politics...and know that everyone is out for their own interests, from the President to Congress, to the Cabinet and bureaucrats from top to bottom, and then there are the special interests and big bux profiteers. "Regular people" would be chewed up and spat out in a New York minute by this milieu. Never played poker before? Here, sit down and pull out your bankroll...we'll show you how.

We trust Peter Navarro. What is President Trump thinking? Speaking to a group that includes Bobby Jindal, a never Trumper? And Chad Wolf who refused an order to fire an election official in charge of election security who said the 2020 election was the most secure? And others who would knife you in the back to get ahead politically!
Why even speak to these Judas'? Kellyanne, married to George Conway, is not to be trusted. Why not invite Mike Pence, he's another, smile to your face, and stab you in your back. Harry Truman said it right....if you want a friend in D.C., get a dog.

Peter Navarro is without doubt loyal to President Trump but badmouthing particular members of the organization Trump will be speaking to seems a bad idea. An organization populated by Trump yes men wouldn’t be worth much.
Disagreeing with Trump’s “stop the steal” efforts was certainly valid. No one can deny that the January 6 rally turned out to be Trump’s biggest political blunder. Those who opposed it should have been heeded.
Navarro appears to be settling old scores. He needs to move on.

Only trust God and His Word…
Let’s bathe DJT and his beautiful Family in prayer for wisdom and righteousness.
IMHO President Trump needs to stay at the Winter White House in Mar-A-Lago and only when necessary, north to Bedminster, NJ.
Jesus is our example, have three immediate people he trusts explicitly, and then 10-12, and prayerfully no more Judas Pense rinos.
The speech he should model is what he gave at Mt Rushmore, S Dakota. Heartfelt, patriotic and elegant!

Not only the politicians: Don't trust the DC police, DA, or judges.
It's an ambush in waiting.
Time for all of us to boycott DC - period. Spend what little $$$ we have left in more friendly, reliable, and safe venues. The 'district' should be reduced to the Capital mall and adjacent government buildings. The rest should revert to Maryland, where it belongs - and the politics matches. If that takes even a Constitutional amendment, so be it. Let the foreign diplomats adapt.

#19 - Presuming you are a "regular person", which cabinet post are you most qualified to take, to reform and run your department or bureau the right way? How about your spouse or adult child?
It's NOT "just sit back, shut up and let you Washington DC swamp dwellers gamble away our lives", but rather finding and selecting those able and courageous enough to make change and maintain it against the status quo. That's the sorry part...politics is all a public gamble. And those who fall in love with a politician are highly likely to taste bitter regret eventually. (How many here thought Dubya was the GOAT in 2007? How many feel that way today?)
I'm sure you're deeply involved with your local party. I'm sure you vet your candidates closely and always vote "right". Why, I bet you've run for office yourself, perhaps even held elective office, always telling the whole truth on the stump. No? Guess that makes you a "regular person"... If you have done these things, I'd benefit from your observations.

It is impossible to know ahead of time who will be loyal, and who will do a good job. Trump fired very few people. He should have fired many more. I hope next time he appoints everyone as "acting" administrator.

Selecting trusted friends and colleagues is a difficult thing...especially with the size of an administration the size of the White House...but...President Trump is an exceptional businessman...he's dealt with turncoats all his life...he'll do what's right with God's help...he's our General Patton...who never walked away from his soldiers...and I don't expect President Trump to be afraid of the swamp....I love Peter Navarro...but he's been spooked by his arrest and chaining ...so he's nervous....

The goal is not to 'reform' several departments and bureaucracies [like Education, HUD, CDC, DHS, OSHA, EPA, Indian Affairs, and especially the Federal Reserve Board] ..
.. but to ABOLISH them !!!
Keep and consolidate into a handful of basic 'essentials' like Defense, Interior, etc.

We really need to recognize that we have been played. Trump fast tracked the death jabs and he has not backed down--he makes it quite clear that he never will. Nothing in history comes close to the death and destruction brought about by this bioweapon. I never fell for it. There were people advising him, the information was out there. Dr. Scott Atlas wrote a book about how he was ignored. Many of us knew that Fauci was a monster. Seriously, how could he not recognize this? He could not possibly been that naive. We are teetering on the brink of the complete destruction of America. What happened during his watch is inexcusable.

#27~ “We really need to recognize that we have been played. Trump fast tracked the death jabs...”
Although President Trump wanted to have medical treatment made available to American citizens as quickly as possible to prevent death and suffering, accusing him of Americans “being played” and of him being responsible for “death jabs” is a very serious accusation, much like the accusations of President Trump having instigated and being responsible for the tragic occurrences that took place in Washington, D. C. on January 6, 2021 by the J6 Unselect Committee.
President Trump, not being a physician or scientist, relied on the integrity of medical and scientific sources within the federal government for guidance. President Trump appears to have been purposefully deceived by medical and scientific sources as recently revealed by Dr. Deborah Birx in her book, “Silent Invasion.” It appears responsibility for sensationalizing COVID-19 and the desperation to submit to the so-called vaccine belongs to the medical/scientific community, mainstream media, and deep state--not President Trump.”
“...and he has not backed down--he makes it quite clear that he never will.” ~ Citing point(s) of reference for President Trump “not backing down and making it clear that he never will” would be appropriate for such a serious overall accusation against President Trump. As of this writing, speeches he has made at recent rallies have not even referred to COVID or the so-called vaccine.
Based on President Trump’s personal history of years of numerous investigations for integrity/propriety renders him a decent, trustworthy man--a man who would not deliberately and/or maliciously seek to harm anyone, including medically.
