NEW YORK — Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was almost hidden from the street as she stood behind a nondescript building in Queens that a local nonprofit is buying with federal money. But people spotted her anyway, slowly trickling up the sidewalk and forming a small line to get a picture with her. The New York congresswoman wrapped up her visit, did a quick interview with a Bengali-language TV crew and posed for pictures with the people who were hovering nearby. For most members of Congress, such swings through the district are routine, an opportunity to connect with voters back home and remind

A senior adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told Qatar’s al Jazeera TV on Sunday that Iran is technically capable of building a nuclear weapon.
Iran has been denying any interest in constructing a nuclear weapon. The CIA claims a nascent Iranian bomb program was shut down in 2003. Nonetheless, the regime assembled a nuclear infrastructure capable of putting all the pieces in place for building a weapon as soon as it was able to enrich uranium to the 90% level.
Now, Iran just activated nearly 200 advanced centrifuges that would give them the capability of spinning up enough highly enriched, bomb-grade uranium in a matter of days.

I’ve been saying this from the start — 2022 is ours to lose.
In less than 2 years of Joe Biden’s presidency and the Democrat Party’s takeover in Washington, we have only seen one thing — pure incompetence that is hurting American families. Rip-roaring inflation, empty shelves, mothers who can’t find baby formula, a dangerous invasion at our Southern border, drugs and criminals marching in everyday, escalating spending and debt, a botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that cost 13 Americans their lives, radical indoctrination of our children in schools and rising crime.
Now we are 4 months away from the 2022 midterms, and Republicans have a message of hope for our country.

It is now an indisputable scientific fact that the COVID-19 virus was created in a laboratory in China and that work was linked to China’s biowarfare program.
There is also an abundance of evidence that funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), contributed to that effort and U.S. government officials and members of the scientific community attempted to cover-up the laboratory origin of the COVID-19 virus and their potential complicity in its creation.

In the 1920s, when he was still an agnostic, C. S. Lewis noted in his diary his latest reading: “Began G. K. Chesterton’s Eugenics and Other Evils.”
A controversial English Catholic writer, Chesterton published his book in 1922, when the popularity of eugenics was at flood tide. Respectable opinion on both sides of the Atlantic embraced the concept: a scientific approach to selective breeding to reduce, and eventually eliminate, the category of people considered mentally and morally deficient. From U.S. Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes to Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, eugenics policies — including involuntary sterilization — were hailed as a “progressive” and “compassionate” solution to mounting social problems.

Most Americans, 58 percent, said they are “very proud” to be an American – a sentiment held by 74 percent of Republicans, 55 percent of independents, and 44 percent of Democrats. With midterms looming in November when Democrats are widely expected to get thrashed and as Americans are crushed by out-of-control inflation, it has become the overriding factor for most voters and that has Democrats terrified.
The higher inflation goes, the lower President Biden’s poll numbers are and they are already at historic lows. His disapproval rating on inflation is currently a whopping 70 percent, according to CNN’s Harry Enten who pointed out the disastrous number on Wednesday.
