Vice President Kamala Harris would defeat Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical 2024 presidential match-up, according to a new poll, but the race would be extremely close.
A poll from the Harvard University Center for American Political Studies (CAPS) has found that Harris enjoys 39 support to the Republican governor's 37 percent in a theoretical contest. (snip) The poll showed Trump defeating both Biden and Harris in hypothetical 2024 contests. Trump had 43 percent support to Biden's 40 percent, with 17 percent undecided.
In a theoretical race against Harris, Trump performed even better, garnering 45 percent to Harris' 39 percent with 16 percent of respondents undecided.

Oh, wait I just saw a new poll that has Ron DeSantis beating Kamala Harris by 99.99999999 points in a head to head matchup in 2024. They could take their polls and put them where the sun don't shine. This is merely to try to take attention away from President Trump. Dems are frantic because the population has caught on that the election really was stolen; and "Pres. Joe" is a treasonous fool (not protecting the US border and selling strategic oil reserves to China). Just hope and pray the mess the Dems (third-term OBama) have made can be remedied.

Earlier polls show De Santis is still "unknown" to much of America. That the more celebrated-by-the-media Harris is only ahead by a few points really means she's on the losing end. (It's very likely within the margin of error. And being Harvard... I can't find the poll data anywhere.)

In what universe would the dumbest vice president to date who couldn't get 2 percent of the vote in a DEMOCRAT primary for president beat the most popular governor in the country whose star is on the rise? Maybe in democrat fantasyland, Marvel Comics' Negative Zone of DC Comics' Anti-Matter Universe. Sorry for the last two references as I'm a comic book fan.

Now, before she dropped out of the 2020 primaries, with just under 1% support as I recall, she was the darling of many pollsters.
So here Harvard and Newsweek get into a dumb and dumber contest, and I say from their lips to DNCC ears. Remember she probably still has that under 1% sewn up.

Well, Literary Digest predicted (via poll) that Alf Landon would beat FDR in 1936 by 57-37 and 370 electoral votes. (http://historymatters.gmu.edu/d/5168/). The final result -- FDR won 46 of the (then) 48 states, 523-8 in electoral votes and the popular vote 61-38.
I guess history could repeat itself.
