Last week at American Thinker, in discussing the Dobbs case, I prophesied, “and if your media sources resemble those I’ve seen, the moral angle will be played to the hilt with stories of exceptional cases being treated as the rule.”
How right I was, as the story of a 10-year-old who was raped and had to travel to Indiana from Ohio to get an abortion was highlighted in multiple media everywhere and used to discredit the Supreme Court justices who decided Dobbs and pro-life politicians.

At the time, we all thought Roe was brought up so pols like Ted Kennedy could avoid the publicity and cost of child support.

I'd like to know how and where a 10 year old got raped. Not a peep about that.

My all-time favorite supermarket tabloid headline - - - - Noah's Ark Found In Pennsylvania!
But this fake story comes close to topping that - - - - Raped Pregnant Ten-Year-Old Girl Found In Ohio!
Exactly whom do these communist liars think they're fooling?

When the decision was due some friends asked me what I thought would happen if the court does overturn Roe V Wade. Normally I don't stick my neck out on such subjects . But here I had no hesitation in pointing out three things in order 1. Pull out exceptional cases 2. Generalize them with the help of the media. 3. Blame Trump.

Repeat this line. Repeat this line. Its No Joke. Lame Duck Biden voices what the teleprompter tells him to say. No Joke. 10 year old needed an abortion is his concern. What about the criminal act performed on the 10 year old? Did the abortion clinic report the pregnancy to law enforcement? If not, why not? Questions about the incident are numerous. Guess what, it's not true. No Joke. Lame Duck told a falsehood to advance abortion in America. How low can you go? You haven't seen nothing yet, No Joke.

You would think doctors would be honest. After all, they’re medicine is a science. How could anyone ever again believe this person after a stunt like this?

“Healthcare providers are sick of politicians getting in the way of their decision making.”
Healthcare patients are sick of politicians and doctors getting in the way of their decision making.
There, fixed it for you. Signed, a member of the control group.
One last thing, even if this story were true, Indiana and Ohio share a very long border and that horrendous and traumatic trip from one state to another could have been less than a 5 mile drive.

I do not believe a single story published in the lame stream media. Not now, not ever! The conservative media should be all over this like flies on you know what because the you know what is exactly what this is with a big Bull in front of it. The story about the fake story should be out there in all caps and the outlets that published the lie should all lose any credentials they may have.
It is sad and dangerous the media gets away with printing outright lies every day. The problem is there are too many weak minded morons out there that believe this ****.

Thank you Megan Fox & Clarice's Pieces for investigating. This evil fairy tale is part & parcel of the march to sexualize children along with the drag queen freakshows; anything to extend access to their appetites for flesh. The lefitsts cannibals won't rest till America's children are all ' ' Pretty Baby'd ' ' Sick. Evil. Demonic.

This story has no merit and is about as far fetched as ever. The defamation and "malice" laws should be revisited by the courts, even the Supreme Court. The Press and others, can lie, defame and injure without fear or retribution. Shouldn't be that way.

I've made several prior posts about the veracity of this incident. It struck me that the chances of any 10-year-old being able to conceive must be one in a million. Then to have that person be raped at exactly the right time of month.... C'mon man.

Even if this were a true story, abortion is still legal in Ohio unless the baby's heartbeat is detectable. Even then, if a doctor declares there is serious risk of death or substantial impairment of a major bodily function, abortion is allowed.
You can't tell me there isn't a doctor in Ohio who would declare that pregnancy would either pose a serious risk of death to or mess up a bodily function of a 10 year old.

Even if this lie about a pregnant 10-year-old were true, it should be treated as an exception--an outlier. The abortion laws and policies of the fifty states should not be written to accommodate this fantasy. And stop whining to me about how impoverished black (or white, or yellow, or etc.) young women have no money to travel out of state to receive an abortion. Planned Parenthood of any state can easily donate a particle of the hundreds of millions of dollars they receive from government, donors, and patient services to buy this girl and an adult travel companion a couple of bus or plane tickets to a liberal, abortion-friendly state--from any state in the union.
Consider the familiar legal adage about screwball court decisions: "Hard cases make bad law."

As difficult as it would be, even most of the pro-life side would I understand the decision of a 10 year old and her parents to terminate a rape-induced pregnancy.
Of course, the lack of a legally-required rape report by this "child abuse doctor" brings this whole story into question
Clarice and Ms. Fox bring up the point that the Indiana abortionist previously supported the Plan B abortion drugs but now worries about their safety.
Sure. When a patient comes of drug script it's a basic office visit. $50 or $100 (although I believe a D&C procedure, which might cost a couple hundred bucks is required after the drugs took effect is required). An abortion probably makes the doc a couple thousand.
Many years ago, I sold pharmaceuticals. One drug we sold was for infertility and laser surgery for that condition was gaining popularity. I was at a conference and the doctor was recommending our drug post-surgery as he said you can't get everything with the laser.
One of my colleagues got up and asked the doctor how he could sell our drug to hid doctors as an alternative to laser surgery.
I still remember the doctor's response. Sir, if you can get a doctor to give up a couple thousand dollars to write your drug, there are fields where you can make much more money than you currently do!
