Three raging customers trashed a Manhattan eatery in a caught-on-camera outburst over the weekend that left two employees injured, police said. The wild scene took place at Bel Fries, a fry restaurant on Ludlow Street in the nightlife-centric Lower East Side, on Sunday at 4:10 a.m. and ended with the arrests of three women, according to the NYPD. Shocking video of the mayhem posted to Twitter shows the trio of suspects hurling glass bottles, a metal stool and other items at employees, leaping over the counter, throwing sauce all over the restaurant and destroying a plastic barrier. A crowd of people can be heard cheering

"DOCTOR" Jill is perfectly content to let Joe finish his long career falling apart on television just so she can have everyone in Washington suck up to her while she’s keeping the evil teachers’ unions in bed with the president of the United States.”
It’s important to keep reminding ourselves that we are, in fact, not crazy. After all, we’re living in a time when the seemingly pervasive mainstream media keeps insisting that what we can plainly see with our eyes and hear with our ears isn’t really happening.

Brittney Griner — the WNBA All Star held in Russia on drug charges since February — pleaded guilty in a Moscow-area court Thursday.
“I’d like to plead guilty, your honor,” Griner said, addressing the court in English. “But there was no intent. I didn’t want to break the law.” Griner — who could face up to 10 years in prison under Russian law — said she would like to give further testimony at a later date.
“I need time to prepare,” she said.

She’s not kidding around.
Lorella Palmer, a 22-year-old influencer and style blogger from London, England said she doesn’t want kids for a variety of reasons and she’s tired of people trying to change her mind or call her decision “selfish.” “Kids are just annoying, they annoy me, in every sense of the word. They have no common sense, they can’t drink, they have to go to bed early, they scream, they cry, they annoy me, Palmer told The Mirror this week.
“Every time I see a child, they’ve just got crust round their nose and round their mouth, there’s drool, they’ve got food everywhere and they’ve got sticky fingers.”

Senate Democrats want to pass a $500 billion package that would include major reforms to health care, climate change, and taxes, according to a report.
NBC News reported that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), who was primarily responsible for tanking the Build Back Better Act, continues to hold talks with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on a reconciliation package that would spend $500 billion and raise $1 trillion in revenue.
The package would primarily focus on health care, energy, and taxes. One source told NBC News that the “ceiling” for climate change funding would be capped at $300 billion, making it a significant fixture of the package.

Five weeks ago, shortly after the last mass shooting occurred, I published a two-part series demonstrating the link between taking certain psychiatric medicines and developing violent psychotic behavior, which includes committing mass shootings. Although this idea is commonly viewed as a “conspiracy theory” this label is inappropriate because there is a large amount of evidence showing this does happen, and both the pharmaceutical companies and the FDA know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the link exists. The White House is pushing back against her coach's claim that WNBA player Brittney Griner would be released now from her detainment in Russia if she were a straight man. Asked whether Griner—who is Black, gay and female—is facing a double standard, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre suggested Tuesday that such arguments go against President Joe Biden's many efforts on behalf of minority communities. "This is a president who has put all of the things that you just laid out—the LGBTQ community, women, people of color—he has fought for those communities throughout his career, and

For many readers, the above title will conjure up memories of the 2008 housing crash caused by the proliferation of subprime mortgages and the subsequent tsunami of defaults. But a better corollary for the coming Biden bust is the Carter crash that occurred three decades earlier. During the final two years of Carter’s term, sales of existing and new homes collapsed because the Fed was forced to raise interest rates sharply to get double-digit inflation under control. This, in turn, produced double-digit mortgage rates that priced millions of potential buyers out of the market.

Kellyanne Conway said former President Donald Trump should drop his son-in-law Jared Kushner if he runs for president again in 2024.
In an interview published Wednesday with The Washington Times, Conway said Kushner was trying to 'wash his hands' of responsibility for the 2020 election loss, while earning billions through his ties to the ex-president.
'There's nobody who's profited more handsomly from Donald Trump's presidency than Jared Kushner,' Conway said.
Conway, who ran Trump's successful 2016 campaign, mocked reports that Kushner was 'done' with politics adding,

Kamala Harris on Tuesday made a ‘surprise’ visit to the scene of the Highland Park, Illinois mass shooting.
22-year-old Bobby Crimo shot 30 people, 7 fatally, at a Highland Park Fourth of July parade on Monday.
Crimo was known to law enforcement before Monday’s mass shooting.
The police were at Crimo’s residence twice – once for a suicide attempt and once to remove knives because of a murder threat to his family.

Americans’ confidence in the Bible’s veracity is at an all-time low, Gallup Inc. reported Wednesday, with just 20% professing a belief that the religious book is the literal word of God. For the first time, more Americans are Scripture doubters than they are believers. Gallup noted that 29% of those surveyed said the Bible is comprised of “fables, legends, history and moral precepts recorded by man.”
Gallup said 49% of those responding took the view that the Bible is “inspired by God” but that not all of the book is “to be taken literally.”(Snip)Lack of confidence in the Bible as God’s word, the polling firm said, could

The World Health Organization on Thursday reported a 77% weekly increase in the number of lab-confirmed monkeypox cases, to more than 6,000 worldwide, and two more deaths in parts of Africa where the virus has circulated for years. Most of the cases were reported in Europe and Africa. The U.N. health agency said the mysterious outbreak continues to mainly affect men who have had sex with men, and that other population groups showed no signs of sustained transmission. WHO said it counted 6,027 laboratory-confirmed cases of monkeypox from 59 countries as of Monday — an increase of 2,614 cases since its

Alabama Republicans have chosen a sparkler, Katie Britt. This MSNBC "report" is a Hate Trump broadside, of course. Author Benen was only a year old when Nixon resigned, so when he snarks, Trump sees loyalty as something he’s supposed to receive, not bestow, his big takeaway, he doesn't remember the price of RMN's stubborn downward loyalty, much less McGovern's support for Tom Eagleton. Loyalty must be inviolable flowing up. Flowing down it has to be thin.
