An incredible new video has emerged that exonerates the members of the Proud Boy fraternity from the ridiculous seditious conspiracy charges that the Biden Regime launched against them in their War On Trump and his supporters. This Proud Boy leadership meeting was recorded back on December 30th, 2020- one week before the January 6th protest. This video unquestionably proves that the Proud Boys never planned on going inside the Capitol on January 6th, let alone commit “seditious conspiracy”. Watch it here: [video] Five of these indicted men currently sit in pre-trial detention. They include Proud Boy Chairman Enrique Tarrio and his pals Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, CORRECTION*

Well, this was an inevitable piece from the Left’s meltdown over the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Second Amendment. New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen was a landmark case that struck down the Empire State’s justifiable need clause in their carry law. It also affirmed that American citizens have the right to carry outside the home for self-defense. It was the worst week ever for liberals as they had to deal with this ruling and the overturning of Roe w. Wade the next day in the Dobbs case. So, how does the Left deal with an expansion of civil rights?

The clock is ticking on Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Mississippi’s last abortion clinic, which will reportedly close in 10 days once a state law restricting abortion takes effect.
Jackson Women’s Health Organization was involved in the historic lawsuit that made its way to the Supreme Court and resulted in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey being overturned on Friday. The case, Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, originated over a Mississippi law banning most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
Townhall reported Monday how Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced that she published the required certification to the state’s administrative bulletin for the law to go into effect.

A year and a half later, the Democrats are still plodding through weeks of public hearings addressing the protest at the U.S. Capitol on one night, Jan. 6, 2021, as if the violence was so dangerous it was going to destroy the country. The hearings haven’t gotten anywhere because with the exception of a couple of turncoat GOP lawmakers, Republicans aren’t participating since they view it as a witch hunt.
Now, the House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6 looks sillier than ever, as just one night of violence after the Supreme Court’s decision reversing Roe v. Wade was issued on June 24 easily eclipsed the violence on Jan. 6.

Years ago, while I was seriously dating a wonderful woman I had met at the church we both attended, I was having lunch with a friend who knew us both.
He asked me, “How’s it going?”
Attempting to be honest and transparent, I responded, “She’s great, but she does have some flaws.”
That was when my friend came back at me with the unexpected.
“Then you must dump her immediately. You owe it to yourself to move on and keep looking until you find that special someone who is perfect like yourself.”
Now, there was some wisdom from an older man

California Governor Gavin Newsom is running for president. If you had any doubt about that, consider which state he focuses on the most, while ignoring his own. Yeah, you guessed it: Florida, along with Florida’s governor, Ron DeSantis. Newsom assumes that DeSantis is who he will be opposing for President in 2024 and thinks his record of governance can best Gov. DeSantis’ work in his state.
Deluded is, as deluded does.
If you need any more proof that Newsom is deadly serious, look no further than a statewide cable ad buy Newsom just made— in Florida. Newsom is so overly confident that he doesn’t have to campaign for re-election in California

Fresh off of shoring up the 2nd Amendment and playing boogeyman to the left on abortion (hoo boy, the racism from the left was something to behold), Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has now indicated he may want to tackle revisiting a case he holds in special regard (or disregard): NYT vs. Sullivan, a ruling that makes it difficult for people in the public eye — including politicians — to sue media outlets for defamation. [Tweets]
This is the third time since 2019 that Thomas — occasionally joined by Justice Gorsuch — has challenged the idea of “actual malice” as the standard

The last few days have done nothing to temper the responses to Dobbs, the Supreme Court decision which rightfully struck down the made-up “right” to an abortion. Top Democrats took to various venues on Sunday and Monday, raving like lunatics, and it sure sounds like they are calling for an insurrection.
As RedState reported previously, Sen. Elizabeth Warren went on ABC News to assert that the court was now “illegitimate.” I’m old enough to remember when accusing any government institution of being illegitimate was a “threat to democracy,” but here we are. [Video]

What could possibly go wrong? Border Report notes that “a shelter for Muslim migrants opened over the weekend in Tijuana, the first of its kind in all of Mexico.” This is no small-time effort: “The Latino Muslim Foundation, based in San Diego and Tijuana, raised half a million dollars to make the facility a reality.” Meanwhile, fifty people on the terror watch list have been apprehended at the Southern border so far this year, and there is no telling how many got across without being caught. Welcome to Old Joe Biden’s America.
The shelter is, of course, a humanitarian effort. Sonia Tinico, the president of the Latino Muslim Foundation, explained:

In one of the more embarrassing and out-of-touch moments from the first months of the Biden administration, the commander-in-chief boasted about saving Americans a whopping $0.16 on their 2021 Fourth of July cookouts. Prices have since had another year to rise — and like Americans trying to make ends meet, the White House can no longer afford to be so smug.
According to the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF), the average cost of a summer cookout for a party of 10 is currently $69.68 — a figure that rose 17% since last year. Prices for barbecue staples such as chicken breasts, pork chops, potato salad, lemonade,

The United States Army has dropped its requirement that recruits must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D. degree in an apparent attempt to increase the number of troops.
On Thursday, the Army announced the changes. Recruits must be 18 years old and eligible for a job in other areas of active duty and they also must score at least a 50 on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) to test their academic ability, according to Military.com.
The military outlet also noted, “The Army and its sister services have scrambled this year, offering increasingly generous benefits and policy tweaks in an effort to improve recruiting numbers.

A “senseless” fit of rage over too much mayonnaise on a sandwich ended at a Downtown Atlanta Subway with the customer shooting two employees, killing one and leaving another victim in critical condition, according to local media.
Police said around 6:30 p.m., an unidentified male came into the restaurant, ordered a sandwich, and took his anger out on the employees for spreading a disproportionate amount of mayo on the bread.
“He decided to escalate the situation and from there,” store-owner Willie Glen told Fox 5 Atlanta, “that’s when all hell broke loose.”
