Last week, the Jan. 6“Committee” featured video clips from former U.S. Attorney on the violence that erupted at the capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. For the few Americans following the show trial, Barr’s testimony seemed a denial by former President Donald Trump’s top law enforcement officer of any legitimate basis to challenge the outcome of the November 2020 election.

Someone might be tempted to think this about JaBarr the Hutt: when he's bought...he stays bought.

Barr never made any investigations, and issued a memo the U.S. Attorney's not to make any investigations. One thing Barr has not stated is what procedures and what investigations he did do to substantiate his statements. We are just supposed to believe the pshaws and scoffs of the immense and bejowled Bill Barr, without any substantiations. This article is way to generous with Bill Barr, who has forever emblazoned into history his belly laughs, while fraud is occurring all around him, while he looks toward the sky.

Horse hockey. To listen to this man explain away in-your-face vote fraud on a massive scale—with proof, no less—and then frame President Trump’s reaction as unreasonable is sickening. The only thing that is BS here, Mr. Barr, is your covering for the crime. Picture a woman with a black eye who says her partner hit her, but when the guy is questioned, he says that she simply ran into a door, and Bill Barr saying, “Oh, ok. That’s a much more believable story. Thanks for clearing that up.” I hope he swings with the rest of them. POS.

You can buy "2000 Mules" online - only $19.99 - get it in a day or two.
From the blurb on back of box:
"...This film uses two type of evidence. The first is geotracking, which monitors the cell phone movements of mules or paid criminal traffickers delivering illegal ballots to mail-in drop boxes. It's a new technology used for the first time to bust a very old type of fraud. The second is video evidence, obtained from the official surveillance cameras installed by the states themselves. ..."
Fine documentary. Worth watching. I question whether the Attorney General watched the whole movie.

What aggravating cr*p. Why do Democrats get to have a wing man while Republicans must make do with Bartleby the Scrivener? By Cleveland’s standards, there would be no way to prove electoral fraud in sufficient time. And by her logic, with which she appears fine, we are condemned to replays forever.

I would have given him the benefit of the doubt (we were in the same fraternity at different colleges) but his prancing around in kilts told me he was just a swell.

Sounds like there is an imprecise use of the terms "fraud" and "illegality." Barr investigated fraud. (Whether he did a good job of it is another matter.) But he didn't investigate illegality. For example, ballot harvesting is illegal in some states. However, the voters themselves may not realize their votes are being collected illegally. They aren't lying about who they are or where they live, but they aren't playing by the rules.
I think COVID-19 played a huge role in the outcome of the 2020 election. I believe many people would not have voted for Biden under normal circumstances. I think vote-by-mail and drop-off boxes made a big difference. And often the rules weren't enforced strictly.

She makes a valid point...Barrs comments were primarily about the Dominion vote switching allegations bandied about at the time. He was gone by the time the 30 other "anomalies/Irregularities" were being revealed/discussed. His comment about the cell tracking excluded from the public his follow up that the "Video" of the same persons making repeated visits to several different drop boxes, in multiple locations showed criminality under those STATE Laws...which is not the purview of the Federal AG...UNLESS and until it is shown that the same thing took place in multiple states, with a coordinated effort,( I submit that enough proof HAS been proffered already to trigger such).
It will be the next Repub AG that will have to look into that. Garland certainly will not.(unless forced to)
What DID happen, was proven enough that several state courts and Legislatures have ruled and passed laws that it should NEVER happen again...hence was against the Law, against the US as well as the State Constitutions.
Even the sham of having Ivanka "testify" that she believed Barr, was just a snapshot in time...she doesn't say the same thing today. She believes there was enough shenanigans to have altered to election.
IF the Law would have been followed...GA would have had to hold another election. PA would have had to do the same...or not have had their electors seated at all. Likely Wisc. and Mich as well.
NO STATE has any Law that would have allowed their election officials to outsource their election operations to a third party, particularly not a Patently Partisan 3rd party, yet they did so..

Some here squawked long and hard even before the election about the sole authority resting with state legislatures. Six REPUBLICAN state legislatures did nothing despite the questions until it got too late. The courts explicitly told PDT’s crack legal team where to take their challenge. Anyone recall PDT on any Capitol steps demanding to be heard? I don’t. He stuck with show pony lawyers and mythical Krakens. There are the legal and political failures post election. On to ‘22…or you can continue to rage against the UNIPARTY that orchestrated this coup, and that includes Republicans.

Good Article. What hasn't been considered is a Conspiracy or Racketeering investigation into Zuckerberg and his $400 million plus Zuckerbucks fund to train and deploy an army of vote counters and administrators who pulled off the fraud. We all know what happened, and the methodologies employed were the same in several states. That is no accident. What was the training? Is there a syllabus, Powerpoint or outline of the "training?" Who were the trainers, and have they been investigated or deposed?
This whole thing smells of central organizing, and on a national scale. And that IS in the AG's wheelhouse.

'Bar sinister' means 'bast*rd. (That was the joke in the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon show of the 1960s. One of their characters was Simon Bar Sinister.)
Barr Sinister fits the fat man pretty well.

Wow. Barr, like Gov Abbott in Texas follows the law and gets slammed. The Federal gov't has limited authority in elections. People should be screaming at the States - especially those with GOP executives.
That said, I cannot defend Barr's use of such objectionable languge.

Barr proved he's a deep stater when someone said Jeffery Epstein committed suicide, Barr shrugged and said that sounds about right. Barr was one of Trump's worst choices. Trump took hiring advice from the wrong, deep state, people. He won't do it again.
