Republican Texas Rep. Troy Nehls introduced legislation Monday that would direct the Secretary of Transportation to rescind the two no-fly zones over Disneyland and Disney World.
The Daily Caller first obtained the legislation titled the Airlines Independent of Restrictions Act (AIR) Act, which calls on Department of Transportation (DOT) Secretary Pete Buttigieg to remove the Notices to Airmen (NOTAM’s) over Disneyland and Disney World. The bill has five cosponsors. In early May, Nehls also sent a letter to Buttigieg, with his office telling the Caller that Disney is “the only theme park that benefits from the restriction

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), chair of the January 6 Committee, said Monday evening there would be no criminal referrals of former President Donald Trump or anyone else to the Department of Justice (DOJ) — and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) promptly disagreed in public. (snip) Thompson: “That’s not our job. Our job is to look at Jan. 6. What caused it and make recommendations after that… We don’t have the authority.”

A college professor was allegedly terminated after posting a video to TikTok dubbing conservatives “the enemy,” according to multiple tweets from the professor.
Former Hood College Professor Simone Kolysh posted a rant on TikTok after a leaked Supreme Court draft indicated that a majority of the high court intends to overrule Roe v. Wade. Kolysh said that conservatives are “the enemy” and claimed that “having a uterus,” being in an interracial marriage, and being gay is illegal. “I’ve always been clear as to who the enemy is and which systems need to be dismantled."

UBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — The United Arab Emirates on Monday banned the upcoming Pixar animated feature “Lightyear” from showing in movie theaters after its inclusion of a kiss between two lesbian characters.
The decision by the UAE comes as Malaysia also reportedly will ban the film, raising the possibility other Muslim-majority nations could follow suit on one of Disney’s biggest animated films of the year as the film industry comes out of the depths of the coronavirus pandemic.

We hear plenty of reasons for the perfect storm that imploded California. One-party, progressive government, of course. Decades of unchecked illegal immigration, without doubt. Years of mass flight out of state of the productive middle classes, certainly.
But perhaps the most important, but overlooked, reason has been the infusion of trillions of dollars of mostly tech capital into the state. Unimaginable sums of market capital warped politics and led to a top-down, feudal society, run by progressive elites who are shielded from the ramifications of their own toxic ideologies.

Google's parent company Alphabet will pay $118 million to 15,500 current and former female employees in order to settle a class action lawsuit that has been in the works for five years.
The plaintiffs in the case account for a broad range of roles within the company, including managers, engineers, sales representatives and at least one pre school teacher.
They accused Google of putting overqualified women in roles that were paid less, denying promotions to women and generally paying female employees on average close to $17,000 less than men.

More than a decade ago, Michael Walsh dubbed the Democrats, “A criminal organization masquerading as a political party.” I once thought this was overstating the matter, but I no longer do. If you can’t fully accept this characterization, recent events surrounding the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, should unshutter your eyes and let in the light. Democratic leaders are encouraging lawless, threatening behavior against Supreme Court justices, and their attorney general refuses to enforce the law against such behavior. This criminal organization has a huge public relations outfit working around the clock for it, the Major Media,

Richard Haass, the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, told 'Morning Joe' on Wednesday that Liz Cheney Republicanism is conservative: "What we see today is that Republicans have ceased to be conservatives, and modern day Republicanism has become radicalism.
