For those of us of a certain age, we know that every time some psychopath shoots up a school and murders students, the Democrats will respond with their clichéd demagogic script. Exploiting the natural horror and pathos of such events, the Donks will trot out all the usual gun-policy suspects, the majority of which would not have prevented most of the attacks.
But that’s not really the point for Dems. Their aim is to smear Republicans and conservatives for political gain. With a mid-term shellacking looming, the recent attacks in Buffalo and Uvalde have the Democrats shamelessly politicizing those tragedies more than usual in order to distract voters

Bill Maher is getting more red-pilled by the day, and now the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh or rather the Leftist media’s nothing-to-see-here non-coverage of the attempt took him to new heights of clear-sightedness. On Friday, Maher actually agreed with his guest, Kellyanne Conway, that the New York Times’ coverage of the attempt on Kavanaugh’s life was a clear indication that the Times and its establishment media allies are not news outlets but simply propaganda arms for the hard Left. Has Bill Maher been replaced, invasion-of-the-body-snatchers style, by a conservative double?

After police arrested a California leftist on a mission to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh, the Biden administration finally condemned the campaign to intimidate the Supreme Court.
“As the president has consistently made clear, public officials, including judges, must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety or that of their families," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre falsely claimed.
After leftist activists had posted a map of the homes of Supreme Court justices to harass them, Jen Psaki had retorted. "I don't have an official U.S. government position on where people protest."
There is in fact such a position and it's illegal under 18 U.S.C. § 1507

Despite being an advocate of “civility,” “decency,” and “unity” in the past, Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.) has apparently been so radicalized by her caucus that she now says the Republican Party is “diseased” and must be “cleansed.”

Calling the fattest category of people 'morbidly' obese is offensive, woke researchers said today.
And they urged doctors and scientists to stop referring to unsuccessful attempts to lose weight as 'failures'.
Terms used moving forward should include 'ineffective' or 'insufficient' weight loss, or even 'secondary weight regain'.
No specific suggestions were given to replace the phrase 'morbid', however severe is often used instead.
Critics today slammed the recommendation, published in a leading obesity journal, saying it was 'odd' given morbid obesity is a clinical term.

It is no surprise that Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) dislikes President Donald Trump. After all, no man has done more to denigrate the Iraq/Afghan War strategy that her father crusaded for than Trump. He not only opposed Cheney’s approach to war, but he also mocked it mercilessly. As the former Vice President’s oldest daughter, with her own dose of less charm and less savvy, Liz Cheney has now entered on her own crusade. She stands athwart the House floor denouncing Trump, all his pomps, and all his evil works. Instead of Holy Water, she will sprinkle the tears of fellow Republican failure Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) on the TV cameras.

Of all the crazy policies we see implemented around us, from decriminalizing theft to teaching children to change their “gender,” perhaps the craziest is government’s determination to force us to drive electric vehicles. EVs like the Tesla are perfectly fine cars, or would be if they weren’t subsidized or mandated. But they are terrible for the environment, and the conditions under which their materials are mined raise serious ethical questions.

I’ve been promising to collect our own lexicon of the real meaning of key leftist terms—an undated version of Ambrose Bierce’s Devil’s Dictionary, for a while now. So here goes. Readers are encouraged to propose additional definitions and terms in the comment thread, and we’ll update this lexicon from time to time.
Populism: When the wrong person or cause wins a free election, like Brexit, Trump, or a Soros DA recall.
Racism: Any opposition to the agenda of the left.
Democracy: Any institutional design or voting system that enables the left to get what it wants.
Threat to democracy: When Republicans win an election.
Equality: Outmoded idea from the Declaration of Independence.

Neither can America afford the "green crap." The Left will go haywire (and Al Gore's fortune will be "capped") when America returns to sanity, and to so-called fossil fuels (and nuclear). Brownouts and blackouts will be blamed on the Left, and gradually the whole misanthropic Green edifice will be chipped away until nothing remains. Nothing should remain of it. Pure waste.
