On Monday, the Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments in the case of Joseph Kennedy, a junior varsity head coach from Washington state’s Bremerton School District who was fired in 2015 after praying at the 50-yard line after games. The justices will reportedly be looking at two separate issues in the case before issuing their ruling. First, whether the coach praying by himself within view of others including students amounted to unprotected “government speech,” and second, if it is not, in fact, unprotected “government speech,” would it still present issues under the First Amendment, specifically the Establishment Clause?

The White House declined to provide any explanations about President Joe Biden’s meetings with his son Hunter Biden’s business partner Eric Schwerin, despite the president’s claim he never spoke to his son about his business dealings.Eric Schwerin, the former president of Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca, made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015 for meetings with Biden staff or the Vice President himself, according to the New York Post‘s examination of visitor logs from former President Barack Obama’s administration.“I really don’t have more detail or information on them,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters

Vice President Kamala Harris quickly learned not to come between President Biden and his negotiations with Congress, when the president once snapped at her so harshly even Republican senators in the meeting were shocked. In a meeting last May, Biden tried to persuade Republican lawmakers to support $1 trillion in infrastructure spending. And while Biden was ready for a compromise, Harris thought the bill was skimpy. 'Harris thought that there was something missing from the conversation,' New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns wrote in their book,

Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is going into his November re-election bid having racked up more than $105 million in donations, the most recent campaign data show. The popular GOP official has been floated as a potential 2024 presidential nominee, and his massive war chest at the end of March is more typical of a national candidate than one running for state office. He's the first gubernatorial candidate in Florida history to pull in nine figures through donations alone -- 138,221 of them, according to campaign filings.

The progressive left’s worst nightmare became a reality when billionaire Elon Musk bought Twitter, a day that will live in infamy for Democrats and their shock troops and the idea that free speech will be restored appears to be of major concern to the White House. (Video) During Monday’s press briefing, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki reacted to Musk’s takeover of the social media giant with her answer suggesting that there could be political moves coming to counter Musk’s relaxing of the censorship of conservatives, an alarming prospect for her party’s control over the narrative.

The bedwetters on the Left have been worried that their favorite villain, Donald Trump, will be allowed back on Twitter now that Elon Musk has control over the social media platform. Among them is Meathead, also known as Rob Reiner, who whined, “the question for all of us is: Will he allow a Criminal who used this platform to lie and spread disinformation to try to overthrow the US Government to return and continue his Criminal activity? And if he does, how do we combat it?” To which musician John Rich attempted to talk him off the ledge. “Calm down Rob, I’m sure he’ll let Hillary stay on.”
