Just days after President Joe Biden’s Centers for Disease Control ordered yet another extension of the federal mask mandate, a Florida judge ruled that the agency had no authority to impose it in the first place, saying that “our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in pursuit of desirable ends.” To public cheers, the TSA, Amtrak, the Washington Metro system, and other public transportation systems immediately ditched their mask requirements, even though the Biden administration is appealing the ruling in hopes overturning it. No one, it seems, trusts the CDC anymore. But all of this comes as COVID cases appear to be on the upswing.

They're already mortally wounded, politically, but if they appeal this and, particularly, if they win, they will have committed political suicide.

They will have to betray their beloved "democracy" if they again force people to wear masks. It is obvious that the majority do not want mask mandates.

They are conflicted on how to make everyone feel afraid so they can allow all kinds of mail-in and drop off votes come November.

I suspect that the majority of the Dems know that they are toast, so they will no longer care about the consequences of their actions. Expect more BS right up through January 2023.

No politician tells a "panicky nation" that it's been panicked over nothing/not much. My goodness, we have HEROES out there from grocery baggers to truck drivers, nurses, teachers, and virtually everyone out there...and now they're not heroes anymore? No, a politician tells the nation how it is "USA Strong!", and that we pulled through together, minimized the death toll by being good citizens, getting tested and vaxed as told by "scientists". And, while we can now begin our journey back to that "new normal" to remember how this could re-surface at any time, to be vigilant, and test, test, test!!!

"Re-surface at anytime." Kind of like the flu every year? Good grief. Life is full of risks and just get on with living.

I'm now getting over the first case of flu I have caught in three years. It's widespread around here. Much worse than the two times I had COVID. Still not that bad. Lots of people coughing. Very few are wearing masks. Not even Demzis. People are on to their schemes. Including the vote fraud and censorship and media coordination. We might get lucky and have a bloodless revolution this time.

Biden's handlers actually want all the COVID restrictions to end. At least until after the election. They know those restrictions will cost them votes. They are counting on the American public to be forgiving once the restrictions end. At this point most of Washington wishes they could put an end to elections entirely. They just get in the way of what they are doing.

It's really simple, you can wear a mask any time you desire, but they just aren't able to mandate it any longer.
You can assess your own particular medical situation, your own risk tolerance, and determine whether you want to wear a mask at the store, on public transportation, etc...
The funny thing, there are people who've become conditioned to waiting to hear dictates from some government agency instead of thinking for themselves.
"Think for yourself, or others will think for you without thinking of you"

There will be an emergency meeting of all the people who care that Biden is in a hard spot about masks. Be there; in the phone booth at the corners of Walk and Don't Walk. At 4:26 a.m. tomorrow morning. Tell your friends.

The last paragraph says it all. Let us decide for ourselves what we will do about this "horrific resurgence"....which seems to be so mild and inconsequential that there are almost deaths from the Wuhan flu in my county of well over 600,000 in weeks of reporting. Current data shows about one death every ten days or so. Given that they still won't treat this early, and they seem to mark down every death "with" Wuhan flu as "from" the disease, real or not, this seems to be pretty much over. Down to background noise.
Leave us ALONE, let is run our own lives. We don't believe anything the CDC says, anyway.
