A technology expert shot back at special counsel John Durham in response to claims that he "exploited" access to internet traffic to build a narrative of collusion between former President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign and Russia. As Trump and his allies argue that Durham has found a "far bigger crime" than what happened in the Watergate scandal, “Technology Executive-1," known to be former Neustar Senior Vice President Rodney Joffe, issued a statement via a representative to combat the "allegations" made in the special counsel's recent court filing.

Hopefully, the reason Durham takes so long with his work product is because he is meticulous.

Be prepared for an all out war if Durham finds more evidence. The democrats, media, techies, and left wingers will be out in force to defend themselves. Democrats are in a bind. If this blows up before November, it is not going to be good for democrats. They are going to try and squash whatever they can. It could be a very interesting summer. Not getting my hopes up, but it would sure be nice to see some actual justice being done in this country.

The bottom line of this entire matter is this - Will Hillary Clinton actually go to jail? We already know the answer to that is NO. If she was the type who could 'get into trouble', she would be in an orange jump suit (tent shaped but nevertheless) right now. So what good for the country can come out of this. The most we can hope for is that more and more people who are seeking public office will be exposed. And enough voters will see that, overcome their own selfishness and vote accordingly.

The evidence is neither false or prejudicial. Maybe he should escape to a country with an extradition treaty?

Durham is not ‘cherry picking’ evidence. If he were this would have all been over months ago. If he sends someone into give evidence for a grand jury they are going to be indicted. Now might not be the time to offer weak denials and goad the person who has the rest of your life in his hands.

When backed in a corner with the goods against them, they fight back.
To be expected. Is there the will to actually bring all this to light and prosecute the guilty? The propaganda media won't report it because they are complicit and unindicted co-conspirators!

I hope John Durham has his own security team.
Keep him in your prayers so that all of this evil will be exposed to the American people.

One just knew this was going to happen. I guess these people figured no one would ever find out, so now these people are going to deny they were ever involved.

There were so many perpetrators involved in framing Trump that they should be careful of what they say. Durham has a few of the perps talking so he knows more than they think he does. Now is the time for them to help Durham so their sentences can be lighter.

“We worked for Hillary and we spied on the President but we had concerns so it’s ok” is not a very good defense.

Joffe should have stayed silent. This is filled with clues. The relevant part of the statement FTA: "[Joffe] legally provided access to DNS data obtained from a private client that separately was providing DNS services to the Executive Office of the President (EOP)."
This is a very carefully crafted description of the relationships and actions. Deconstruct it Joffe didn't provide data. He provided access to data. That data was obtained by SOMEONE from a "private client" (doesn't say of WHOM). That client was providing data services to the EOP. The key is the SOMEONE, the WHOM. Who might that have been?
It sounds like a lawyer’s client was providing DNS service to the EOP, lawyer got his hands on data the client had access to, and Joffe (legally he claims) then gave someone else access to the data the lawyer had.
Not just the statement, but the entire series of relationships and actions sounds like they were carefully crafted by a lawyer trying to do something illegal by setting up a series of legal relationships and actions. That never works. One of the actions always crosses the lime. The whole thing is too clever by half.

I'm gonna have to buy more popcorn...these trials will be great entertainment...especially the crooked hillary trial....she should be very careful...if WE get her for selling uranium to our enemy Russia...that's called treason in the first degree...and spying on a sitting president ...is second degree treason...punishable by hanging...

Looks like Durham was able to get 2 separate lawyers for Joffe and Sussmann, to make comments based on his Friday filing.
Can't help but think he just opened up more doors as a result.
