The 2024 Republican presidential primary may see RINO candidates running like Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, and now potentially Gov. Larry Hogan, who is prevented from running for the governor in Maryland again by term limits. The comments came towards the end of his appearance on CNN's "State of the Union," when host Jake Tapper pointed out that Hogan announced this week that he would not run for the U.S. Senate. Sen. Chris Van Hollen, a Democrat, is up for re-election in November. [Video]
Hogan not only shared "I just have never had a desire to be a U.S. senator. And my heart wasn't in it,"

One or two early primaries will spell extinction for even well financed RINOs. In fact, after the November mid-terms many RINOs will decline running for higher office, such is influence of the MAGA movement. Even if Trump gets a health issue ending his hope for reelection, there will be others who love our country to carry on the work. RINOs like McConnell are politically doomed.

I’m thinking about running! Hang on boys I’m going to blow the lid off DC! What? I can make a pile of dough to keep my mouth shut! We’ll just keep that our secret until the Saps…umm…the great people of MN elect me! I’m going to work for the common man! Yea, that’s the ticket!

What's so new about this? Pete McCloskey ran to Nixon's left in 1972 and John Anderson from the World Federalist Society, a big time one worlder, ran against Reagan in 1980. Rino's love the adulation of the press and the money they collect for opposing the rank and file.

I’m not a Republican. Never was. Never will be. Why?
Because of stuff like this. The Republican Party does not represent me or YOU. Never did. They go on Fox News and wave the flag and tell you how mad and crazy democrats are and republican voters keep doubling down on stupid. There are no RINOS. There are Republican politicians and there is YOU. You will never primary the Republican politicians out of the Republican Party. It’s their club! What in Gods name makes you think they are going to give it up? Primary yourself and #walkaway from the plantation that is the Republican Party.

Respectfully # 1. Mitch McConnell is laughing at the talk of primaries. He knows he wins in the end. It’s a game of wackamo and he holds all the cards. Knock one down here and there and he will just replace them. Whats the Republican Party doing to stop the assault on the Hawthorn kid? How will you primary if your candidates don’t “ qualify” ? As long as we keep playing their game we play by their rules. Time to stop playing their game.

Trump was able to win the nomination in 2016 precisely because there were what, 18 candidates. Half of them didn't have a snowballs chance.

None of them are serious, this is just a way for them to cadge money from the RINO country club republicans. Any money they get goes right into their “foundation” or political campaign which is then used for 5 star hotels, limos, and first class airfare. It’s a great scam.

Who cares. The way the GOPe has betrayed everything I care about, I can hardly work up the enthusiasm to bother to vote at all. Elections have consequences, STOLEN elections have CATASTROPHIC consequences.

I'd rather support OP's cat. Any chance he/she can be talked into running?
We need more RINO's running to spilt the votes and only 1 candidate on the side seeking to restore the constitutional republic. I hesitate to call that MAGA but that's been the closest thing in my lifetime. Goldwater and Reagan perhaps. We might be able to go into the primaries with competition for the constitutionalists but we'd better combine forces before the likes of Hogan find their way into the nomination.

He said the other day he wasn't going to run for a Senate seat. At least running for the Senate and losing wouldn't be as embarrassing as running for president and finding out nobody knows who the hell you are. Delusions of grandeur. Hogan seems like a nice guy, but he's exactly what this country doesn't need right now in the Oval Office.

Neither have a snowballs chance in he11. Hogan, should have run for the US Senate. He most likely would have won. Instead he will garner less than 0% of the vote like the other fecal governor from MD who ran for President, O'mally. He knows he cant win. He is looking for jobs at CNN and MSNBC

Remember everyone, we now have a VP that garnered less than 2% in the primaries. With Soros and Dominion, anything is possible.
