The green agenda often backfires when governments embrace it either as a means of placating militant environmentalists or as a half-assed attempt to take a shortcut to some sort of utopian future where evil petrochemicals are no longer being used. We see plenty of examples of the former, where Americans are paying far more at the gas pump because Biden shut down the Keystone Pipeline and is hobbling domestic oil and gas production, and where Germans are shivering and electricity prices are soaring because coal and nuclear power plants have been shut down.
But the latter path also carries disaster in its wake, as Sri Lanka has discovered.

Poland successfully, nonviolently defeated Marxism and is a model for defeating Marxism in America today. Poland, faced with the Marxist destruction of their heritage and society, created a heritage and spiritual renewal movement, which led to Solidarity and to the end of communist rule in Poland and subsequently in the nations of Central and Eastern Europe, between 1979 and 1991.
For Marxists, the destruction of America’s heritage and society is absolutely necessary. The Communist Manifesto states, “Communism… acts in contradiction to all past historical experience… can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions.” Therefore, the chaos in society [SNIP] are all intentional.

My colleague Andrea Widburg covered a remarkable incident of obnoxious Karens bullying — and even assaulting — a Black man in an elevator for not wearing a mask. If you haven't looked at it yet, click here to observe what looks like aggressive insanity. But the day would not be complete without taking a look at another aspect of COVID insanity that is so over the top that laughter is almost impossible to avoid.

A beautiful young man died last week. He had just turned 15. He was becoming a talented artist with a passion for drawing, and he was developing musical skills as a guitar player, drummer, and pianist. As a freshman, he was a member of the high school band. He enjoyed the outdoors and already showed skill as a hunter and fisherman.
Like most young males, he liked Marvel Comics, playing video games, and spending time with his dog. He had braces on his teeth.
He was clever and funny and loved by his friends. He treasured the members of his close family

I was talking with a friend the other day about canceled airline flights trying to get home to Montana from a vacation in Alaska and the seemingly unrelated topic of the high price of pickup trucks. The thought occurred to me that they are connected by way of another government-sponsored mass formation psychosis that's been building for the last five decades or so: global cooling, global warming, climate change, or whatever.
There's a pretty simple reason why trucks will continue to get more popular and expensive: federal regulations attempting to reduce the production of carbon dioxide (CO2) is forcing the elimination of fossil fuels in normal light-duty vehicles

The leader of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps has warned that revenge for Lt. General Qassem Soleimani’s death will come for the United States from "within" the country itself.
Soleimani, the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Forces, was killed in a Jan. 3 U.S. strike in Baghdad, days after Iranian-backed militia supporters stormed the U.S. embassy in Iraq. Brigadier General Esmail Ghaani, who replaced Soleimani, spoke during the second anniversary of Soleimani’s death, which Iran has labeled as "martyrdom." Ghaani underscored the republic’s dedication to avenging the general’s death, saying that the "ground for the hard revenge" will come from "within" the homes of Americans.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg appeared with Rev. Al Sharpton Saturday at the National Action Network Rally in New York to talk about his plans to reduce incarceration through lowered prison sentences and fewer arrests.
"We said we were going to marry fairness and safety, and we laid out a specific plan," Bragg declared. "We put it on the website. We put it in print. And this week, after Jan. 1, we got down to work, and we are doing what we said we would do."

A Seattle-area prosecutor was slammed over a recent presentation to law enforcement officials in which he insisted police should "get used to" the district attorney's office allowing juvenile suspects – even those accused of bringing a gun to school – to avoid jail time.
Ben Carr, senior deputy prosecuting attorney for King County, made a recent Zoom presentation on "considerations for juvenile suspects."
"Even for serious offenses the primary focus will be on rehabilitation," Carr wrote, adding in parentheses, "get used to this concept."
The prosecutor presented a scenario where "young Timmy brings a pistol to school, brandishes it during a confrontation and causes panic,"

“We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications. . .[for] their promises of discretion for almost forty years. . . [t]he work is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a World Government. . . The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” David Rockefeller to the Trilateral Commission, 1991.
This statement, made thirty years ago, means that the conspiracy to replace our Constitutional Republic began forty years before that—1951—with the assistance of respected journalists. Seventy years of concerted effort

Recently ousted Democratic Nassau County (N.Y.) Executive Laura Curran told "Watters' World" on Saturday that her party is conveying weakness and faces a "bloodbath" in the 2022 midterms if it doesn't step up.
LAURA CURRAN: Unfortunately, my party, the Democratic Party, just conveys weakness right now. It almost feels like elder abuse with what's going on with President Biden. He has a hard time putting a sentence together. I think everyone gets nervous listening to him talk, he's going to mess up. What we need always, and especially now, is someone who exudes confidence and competence. Someone who sets a reassuring tone.

This is a good outline of why and how we need to act to defeat this hideous Communist death cult.
