The CDC Officially Moves the Goalposts
on COVID-19 Vaccination

Original Article

The CDC has officially moved the goalposts on what it means to be vaccinated from COVID-19. We all knew this day was coming, even as an onslaught of “fact-checkers” assured us it was “misinformation” to assert such a change was coming publicly. But first, let’s talk about the details. CDC Dir. Rochelle Walensky appeared on CBS News and shared the news that the two-dose regiment will no longer suffice to be considered “fully vaccinated.” Instead, you will need a booster jab in order to be classified as “up to date.” That comes as part of a “pivot” in language by the government, one that many were maligned for predicting.

Comments:

This will drop the 'official' totals of those vaccinated under 50% nationwide, if 3 shots are now the norm. If you have someone (like me) that didn't take the first two, what makes you think I would take the third? How long until 4 shots are the requirement?

"Up to date" on shots, like a puppy up for adoption. The CDC probably cares more for animals than people.

So the first shot didn't work. And the second shot didn't work. But, damn it, the third will work . . . oh wait. No it won't. The shot does not protect you from covid or spreading covid. It might help you have milder symptoms if you do catch covid. So with the shot or without the shot there is little difference. And we know the masks do little or nothing. So you do you and I will do me. I know porn when I see it and this is porn. This is federal government over-reach insanity for the goal of control. And I still wonder how many in the government have money invested in the shot.

I just don't know what to say about people who are watching all these vaccinated people getting covid, and still think want to get another shot. I not only will not take the CDC advice on this, but will refuse anything pushed by the CDC. No flu vaccine, no pneumonia vaccine and if I had young kids I would refuse any new vaccine they started pushing in the last 20 years. They have lost all credibility!

Ever get the nagging suspicion that the true aim of mandating jabs is to eliminate the control group from the population so that the adverse effects of the vaccines cannot be determined?

I got my vaccinations shortly in the spring of 2021 because at the time it seemed like the risk for my demographic from COVID and the risk from the vaccine were about a push and because my mother-in-law (who is an extremely high risk category relative to COVID) did not want us to visit until we were vaccinated (mostly because of fear-mongering by her doctor). Then in September, when Biden announced his vaccine mandate, my company required proof of vaccination. I was not willing to lose my job over the issue, so I gave it to them, expressing my unhappiness over it, but I started job hunting because I am afraid that getting the booster will become a condition for remaining employed here. I got a job offer this week which is almost perfect, but I was struggling with whether or not to take it because I would need to relocate for this job. I think this means I will be taking the new job.

I don't trust the CDC and I don't trust the 'vaccines'. They DON'T prevent you from getting Covid, nor do they prevent you from spreading Covid. And there is mounting evidence (still being suppressed by the globalist owned MSM) that these 'vaccines' in fact permanently weaken your immune system against almost everything else. Neither I nor anyone in my family let their bodies be used for some bizarre, fear-induced PsyOp. It's way past time we told the CDC and state & local gvt.s pushing mask and vax mandates to shove off. A reckoning is LONG overdue.

Israel should prove that the "vaccines" are minimally effective at best. They don't prevent infection, but now only promise "less severe" cases. I suspect that a person's general health is a better indicator of who gets a "less severe" case.

The nation has just gone from 200 million fully vaccinated down to less than 100 million. If that isn't an epic fail, I don't know what is. Is our government going to start firing everyone that hasn't had the booster now? Will they tell business to fire anyone that hasn't had the booster? The government's handling of the pandemic has been a failure since day 1. Same with corporate America. Are they trying to go out of business? They will if they keep firing people.

Vaccinated against what? The 'vaccine' has not been approved by the FDA, does not prevent infection from COVID and is even less effective against the latest strain. How about recognizing natural immunity and freedom of choice.

I'm part of the unjabbed control group and will remain so. I have several medical reasons for not getting jabbed, including the presence of a gene which increases my chances of cancer. I have already lost two siblings to cancer. I am NOT taking a chance with a MRNA jab which messes with my genes and could bring about my death. Poster 19 states the obvious, which most are too ignorant or too unwilling to address. The clotshot was approved under EUA only. The only FDA approved "vaccine" was Comirnaty, which is unavailable in the U.S. Omicron has removed the specter of "we're all going to die" by readdressing herd immunity, and the antibodies w/natural immunity are becoming too hard to ignore. Where does that leave the EUA? DOA unless they introduce another "variant" or brand new scary virus. Should they attempt that route, expect the already in the toilet Dem polling numbers to go into negative territory because the public is no longer buying the snake oil. Once trust is lost, it can never be regained.

I’m not sure what Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) thought he was going to get by pushing a vote on the Democratic effort to federalize elections (which they call ‘voting rights’) and on the filibuster. Schumer knew that he was likely to get a “no” on the filibuster from Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ). They’ve only been holding fast on the subject for months. Both also were very firm on the subject in speeches — Sinema earlier in the week and Manchin earlier on Wednesday. It wasn’t happening, they said. But Schumer decided to commit electoral suicide anyway, and he got it tonight.

The overwhelming majority of Senate Democrats will soon move to eliminate the filibuster -- which has protected the rights of the chamber’s minority for more than a century – because they feel the need to pass ‘voting rights legislation’ is just too intense to be blocked by the 60-vote threshold. By merging several pieces of legislation into one mega-bill and calling it the ‘Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act,’ Democrats are trying to scare people into believing that if the bill doesn’t pass, they will lose their right to vote.
