A reporter interrupted Thursday’s press conference and confronted White House press secretary Jen Psaki over President Joe Biden’s “racist” travel restrictions against African countries over the Omicron variant.
The Biden administration, along with other nations, imposed travel restrictions on South Africa and its neighboring countries on Nov. 29, with the advice of White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci. South Africa had the first confirmed case of the variant, which has quickly spread to other parts of the globe.

Newly resurfaced video appears to show a US attorney appointed by President Joe Biden angrily confronting journalists in an expletive-ridden tirade in January 2021. Biden tapped Suffolk Country District Attorney Rachael Rollins to lead the US Attorney's Office in Massachusetts in July. On Wednesday she made history as the first black woman to be confirmed in the role by the Senate, when Vice President Kamala Harris broke a 50-50 tie along party lines. But in footage recorded by Boston 25 News earlier in the year, Rollins angrily threatens a news team with legal action and accuses them of endangering her children for asking for an interview near her home.

The first time Victoria White visited the nation’s capital was on January 6, 2021. Listening to President Trump’s speech—with her teen daughter and three friends alongside her—would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, White thought.Instead, the day turned into a personal nightmare with real-time flashbacks to her years as a victim of domestic abuse.White, a mother of four, recounted to me this week by phone in horrifying and heartbreaking detail how at least two D.C. Fierce battles between police and protesters took place inside the tunnel,

The group called on Congress to pass legislation that would deter criminals from being able to easily resell stolen merchandise, specifically online. Unvaccinated Austrians could soon face thousands in fines for flouting the COVID-19 vaccine mandate slated for February for all residents 14 and older. The Austrian government on Nov. 19 announced its plans to enforce a general vaccine mandate beginning Feb. 1. The country currently boasts a roughly 68% vaccination rate, which is low for Western Europe. The move will be the first such mandate for any European country. Those who are neither vaccinated nor exempted could face a 3,600-euro (about $4,000) fine, an amount which could be altered based on the individual’s income and other financial obligations. “We still have an obligation and a need to increase vaccination coverage

Chicago — Former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett was convicted on five counts Thursday evening on charges he orchestrated a fake hate crime against himself nearly three years ago, while jurors acquitted him of one other count.
A jury of six men and six women deliberated more than nine hours over two days before finding Smollett guilty of five of six counts of disorderly conduct, accusing the actor of staging a fake racist and homophobic attack against himself in January 2019, and then lying to police about it, in a bid for publicity. Jurors found him not guilty of the sixth count of disorderly conduct.

A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that former President Donald Trump cannot prevent the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack from getting hundreds of documents created when he was in the White House.
Trump's lawyers will most likely now file an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court in an effort to block the release. They will have 14 days to file the appeal.
Lawyers for the House said the committee needs the records "to complete a thorough investigation into how the actions of the former president, his advisers, and other government officials may have contributed to the attack on Congress to impede the peaceful transfer of presidential power."

Is the election of a second Donald Trump administration in the cards for 2024? If the latest Harvard-Harris poll is any indication, it just might be.
Producing results that will have lefties waking up in cold sweats, the poll shows that Trump leads current president Joe Biden 48 percent to 45 percent in a hypothetical rematch. It also shows that Trump’s leadership in the White House is preferred by four points.
But while few really believe Biden has the capacity to run again three years from now, Trump also beats Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg by a large amount in this same poll.

Fourteen Senate Republicans crossed-party lines on Thursday to advance legislation creating a one-time filibuster carveout so Democrats can unilaterally raise the nation’s borrowing limit.

GOP lawmakers said the one-time carveout is a win because it pushes Democrats into raising the debt limit, a cap on how much the government can borrow to pay for federal expenditures, on their own.

There is no difference between men and women, we’re told by leftist activists, none whatsoever. We’re also told by these same people that there’s nothing a man can do better than a woman, aside from writing their name in the snow… What we aren’t told is just how much better at being women men actually can be, at sports anyway.
That last sentence is, of course, absurd. It’s also, if what the left is desperately trying to convince the world of were accurate, is undeniably true.

The ability of the COVID-19 vaccines to prevent severe illness and hospitalization wanes over time, a CDC study finds. Researchers at the agency found that the effectiveness of severe illness prevention drops from as high as 89 percent to as low as 75 percent 120 days after the second shot of the Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is received. The data was gathered by the agency from February to September, though, meaning the Omicron variant had not yet been discovered at the time. Still, the CDC researchers say that these data show the need for Covid booster shots, especially among people who are more vulnerable to the virus.

Nothing comes close in size, scope or harm to the republic than the years-long effort to cripple Donald Trump’s presidency by claiming he conspired with an enemy state to steal the 2016 election and then do its bidding as commander-in-chief. Its notorious predecessors – L’Affaire Lewinsky, Iran-Contra, Watergate, Teapot Dome, Crédit Mobilier, the XYZ Affair – involved relatively small numbers of malefactors engaged in specific acts of illegality and corruption (we still don’t know who, if anyone, planned the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol)

The story gripping America is violent crime.
It is the most important story out there now, and nurtured by woke rogue prosecutors in big cities across the country, many of them supported by leftist billionaire George Soros and other wealthy political donors like him.
From murders to mob action, to those videos of looters and smash-and-grabs in high-end retail outlets right before Christmas, from innocents, including bus drivers beaten to a pulp by street mobs, to politicians blaming the victims and the citizens avoiding the downtowns out of fear. It’s all of a piece.

When I was in medical school, I had the privilege of working in a large inner-city hospital, located right between two rival gangs. There were no emergency room residents, so trauma was handled by the general surgery residents. As such, I had firsthand views of some significant trauma. Each “emergency room” was basically curtains separating a large open space into cubicles. One day, a report came over the radio, we would receive a wounded officer and a wounded gang member. The officer was unfortunately shot in the back and paralyzed, the gang member shot in the knee, but otherwise fine.

It was buried during the Thanksgiving weekend, but CNN managed to commit a random act of journalism, detailing some new climate data that was found to show that the Earth warming actually began many decades earlier than stated. This revelation manages to both throw off climate modeling, as well as make the claim that mankind’s technology was the root cause of…well, everything going wrong.
Joining in the fray now is NBC News, which has also surprised by delivering another inconvenient truth. A new report shows that the need for more raw nickel ore – driven by the explosive market for lithium batteries – is causing the eradication of pristine rainforests

This isn’t the first time I’ve heard a story like this. In fact, I seem to be hearing it more and more these days. Education is universally recognized as key to a successful future, but in the decades since the birth of 60s activism, we’ve managed to make college the end-all-be-all of education, a singular path to prosperity.
To our sad detriment.

First, Joe was being led in and told where to stand at the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority. A man leads a blind man leading Biden. Biden asks “Where am I?”

While University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, who spent three years at the Ivy League school swimming as a male, has been busy smashing female pool records, friction has been building within the team, according to a Penn female swimmer who said she feared for her ability to find employment after graduating from college for sharing her honest opinion about a transgender teammate. For that reason, OutKick is granting her anonymity to speak out.
Thomas’ latest round of swimming record destruction came at a three-day meet in Akron, Ohio where numerous pool, meet and program records weren’t just destroyed but lowered to a point where they may never be broken.

DAVIS, Calif. — Banana peels, chicken bones and leftover veggies won't have a place in California trashcans under the nation's largest mandatory residential food waste recycling program that's set to take effect in January. The effort is designed to keep landfills in the most populous U.S. state clear of food waste that damages the atmosphere as it decays. When food scraps and other organic materials break down they emit methane, a greenhouse gas more potent and damaging in the short-term than carbon emissions from fossil fuels. To avoid those emissions, California plans to start converting residents' food waste into compost or

More than eight months after its enactment, the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan continues to reveal itself as the most damaging spending bill enacted in decades. ARP was initially promoted primarily as health-care legislation to finance COVID vaccines and treatments (even though just 1 percent of its cost went towards vaccines and only 5 percent had any direct relation to health care) and secondarily as a relief bill. Instead, the legislation became a large grab bag of giveaways and economic “stimulus” provisions that even left-of-center economists such as Lawrence Summers, Jason Furman, and Mark Zandi warned was too expensive, too inflationary, too unnecessary, and too wasteful.

Companies across the country, and indeed from around the world, aggressively work against conservative ideals and openly display their disdain for our values. They often do so while simultaneously taking our money as we willingly play along. It’s time we stopped. We find these companies in virtually every industry, and in all sizes, shapes, and colors. In a great and free country like these United States, these companies enjoy our freedom of speech, and they have every right to say and act how they see fit; within reason. Similarly, we also have the freedom to choose with whom we spend our money,

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene today released “Unusually Cruel- An Eyewitness Report From Inside The DC Jail,” her report about what she saw when she was finally allowed to meet the January 6 political prisoners. (Snip)
The political prisoners cheered as they met Gohmert and Greene. Some cried and all were visibly shaken (they were the only inmates on the tour to cry). They lined up to shake hands with Greene and Gohmert and began chanting “U-S-A! U-S-A!”
Takeaways from Greene’s report include:
• Inmates claim they aren’t allowed to see their lawyers or family members
• They aren’t allowed to get a haircut unless they are vaccinated.

Should people be punted from parties if their pigment is paltry?
Such a question’s currently being publicly posed at a private liberal arts school in Pennsylvania.
A December 2nd op-ed at Swarthmore College boasts a titillating title: “Should We Be Kicking White People Out of Parties?”
Writer Sameer Halepoto notes that Caucasians are crowding soirees.
And when whites are out and about, others are put out:
Hosted by the Swarthmore Queer Union (SQU), Swarthmore African Student Association (SASA), Swarthmore ENLACE, and the Swarthmore African-American Student Society (SASS), the party at Paces the Saturday before Thanksgiving welcomed diversity more than most.

Darrell Brooks Jr., who is alleged to have driven the SUV that killed six people and injured many more during last month's Christmas parade in Waukesa, Wiconsin, faces more charges in another crime. Not surprisingly, most of that coverage has come from local news outlets.
The other incident involves a 30-year old woman who is the mother of Brooks' daughter and whom he proposed marriage to over the phone last month. Brooks has also been charged with running her over last month with the same car.
According to Bruce Vielmetti with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, a new complaint was filed on Monday:

If you needed further proof that the big media are deeply biased toward the political left, look no further than the recent secret meetings held by the White House with some of its favorite news outlets. Why? To get them to spin bad economic news. And, given the generally low ethics and political bias of their profession, they’ll no doubt willingly do so.
Three top Biden officials appear to be spearheading the effort. Angry at what they see as unfair coverage of Biden’s supposed economic successes, they have decided to hold sub rosa sessions and phone calls as part

In California's second-biggest city, San Diego, they've got a district attorney who thinks it's her job to prosecute criminals.
According to the Washington Examiner:
At least 10 self-identifying members of antifa in San Diego were charged with "violent criminal acts" relating to an incident earlier in 2021.
The defendants "allegedly attempted to obstruct a rally for former President Donald Trump in San Diego on Jan. 9," the charges state.
She's leveling jailtime charges against 10 antifa thugs after an unprovoked assault on Trump supporters who, videos show, were just standing there and not even fighting back last January. The thugs, who must have thought they were in Portland,

The arsonist who allegedly torched the Fox News Christmas tree was freed after his arraignment Wednesday night because his charges were not eligible for bail under new liberal reform laws.
“I didn’t do it!” suspect Craig Tamanaha, 49, claimed to reporters outside Manhattan criminal court after being asked about the early morning arson that caused about $500,000 in damage outside the Midtown building that houses Fox News, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post.

Yes, Joe Biden is far and away the worst president in the history of the United States. However, the four-year Trump interlude between Obama and Biden gave the U.S. at least a little resiliency to stand against Biden’s hard-left administration. Imagine how much worse things would have been if Hillary had immediately stepped into Obama’s shoes. America wouldn’t have stood a chance. And lest you forget just what a horrible human being Hillary was, she just gave us a reminder as she spoke with Today’s Willie Geist about her decision to read her “victory speech” aloud for a MasterClass.

Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse wants to hash things out with President Joe Biden, who he said never apologized for calling him a 'white supremacist' on a national stage. In a Wednesday interview, Glenn Beck asked 18-year-old Rittenhouse whether President Joe Biden ever called him to apologize. 'He hasn't, and I would like to sit down with the president and have a conversation with him and tell him the facts of what happened,' Rittenhouse told the host matter-of-factly.

Two Senate Democrats - Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Jon Tester of Montana - joined 50 Republicans in voting to overturn President Biden's vaccine mandate for large businesses on Wednesday. The 52-48 vote sends the proposed legislation to the Democratic-led House of Representatives, where the bill is not expected to be brought up for a vote, meaning that it has effectively been killed. Biden's mandate ordered businesses with 100 workers or more to obtain proof of vaccination from their workers by January 4 or subject them to weekly testing and masking.
