The prosecution in the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial is caught TAMPERING with evidence, The Kyle Rittenhouse Trial has turned into a political show trial!
The late stages of Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial in the shooting of three men highlighted the U.S. legal system’s constant debate over forensic technologies, even fundamental ideas taken for granted outside the courtroom.
Rittenhouse’s defense team challenged Kenosha County prosecutors’ attempt to introduce enlarged images taken from drone video footage. Prosecutors said the images were a clear contradiction of Rittenhouse’s earlier testimony that he had not pointed his weapon at protesters prior to killing Joseph Rosenbaum.
The Kyle Rittenhouse trial has certainly been one for the ages, as the closely watched case has experienced a great many ups and downs … well, mostly downs for the prosecution, whose case has been slowly crumbling bit by bit.

Is the prosecution actively working toward a mistrial? It appears they want to leave Rittenhouse’s guilt hanging in the minds of Americans so this poor kid will continue to be subjected to abuse waiting for another trial. I cannot believe the prosecution is so inept which makes me believe this is all by design. At this point, the correct action would be to dismiss the case with prejudice. Even with that, it is heart breaking to know what this kid faces in the future because the rabid leftists will not let this go. What a joke our justice system has become.

Dangerous strategy, #2, given that the judge can just dismiss with prejudice at the end of this farce for the errors he has already castigated them at length over. In fact, even if they can get a verdict of guilty on this trial after what should be a really entertaining set of jury instructions by the judge, I will be shocked.
I don't know if this prosecution is attempting to tank the trial or not, but that likely to be the ultimate outcome. Rittenhouse will probably have to move to Idaho under an assumed name, and spend the rest of his life in hiding from the BLM / Pantifa crowd.

Dems HAVE to get Kyle in jail. What ever it takes. Lies, deception, treason.

One other thing about photos - the putrid prosecutor, in cross examining the boy, Kyle, showed the boy a photo of him holding the rifle, at appeared to be pointed at his tormentor's legs. Kyle agreed that it looked like he was, in fact, pointing at the guy's legs, but it is more likely he was pointing away from the guy's legs.
The is a phenomenon in photography where there is a flattening effect, often explained in hunting magazines after a reader write in to complain about unsafe gun handling in a hunting photo. two people facing each other, with guns pointed away at 45 degree angles, will photograph appearing to be pointing rifles at each other.
The defense missed this.

Watching the defense attorney speak about how the picture would have to show Kyle Rittenhouse aiming the gun lefthanded, I thought for a moment he would illustrate how hard it is to raise the gun from the way all of the clear pictures show Kyle carrying the gun to that left-handed pose. He didn't, but he should have. There is NO way that someone carrying the gun as we know Kyle was carrying it would raise it to fire lefthanded.

I read something interesting - online - that the only media filming the Kenosha riots were the independents. Figures. Remember at one of the many riots this past summer when a member of the corporate media was being filmed talking about the "peaceful riots" - - with a flaming building in the background! So I guess that is why corporate media are no-shows. Too much evidence to prove the real culprits.

I just hope that the Judge in this case throws a few books of his own at the creepy persecutors of this kid. The persecution had no case, and I suspect they know it. Hence the tampering we are finding out about right now. They sure are giving that young man and his attorneys a lot of material to work with for any upcoming lawsuits.

It seems that even the defense is trapped in a Forest/trees perspective.
simply asking "How many Pixels are in the original frame area that you enhanced?"
How many pixels are now in the enhanced/enlarged image?
From what I have seen, the original pixel count "Of the gun" was less than ten...
The enhanced version created at least 10:1 "New" pixels by guess and by gosh.
As far as the original "Lesser" charges...in closing arguments surely the "Violating Curfew" charge should be portrayed as "There were 3-4THOUSAND people out there at the same time, Prosecutors have/are charging NO ONE else for violating a "Curfew" that they didn't even attempt to enforce at the time.."
"Possessing a gun" Charge?
Grosscrotch also possessed a gun, and there is zero ambiguity over interpretation of the Law pertaining to HIM having it. It was ILLEGAL, 100%. He was a convicted felon, his CCW had been revoked, it was being carried concealed, he pulled it out several times prior to pointing it at Kyles face. The prosecutors HAVE NOT charged HIM. Dozens of others on film over those 4 days are seen with firearms, few if any have been identified, let alone charged. Is the prosecutor currently using the same effort, degree of investigative zeal and enhanced imaging to find and charge anyone else other than Kyle?

THIS has been a pet peeve for many years. Pardon my rant.
It is impossible to accurately improve a digital image after the fact, with the exception of uniformly increasing or decreasing the brightness of all pixels the same amount, which is like adjusting the exposure in a film camera. This can be legitimate. Done uniformly, it changes no information. That is ALL that can be done "fairly". Resolution or sharpness of the image CANNOT be legitimately, accurately 'fixed' after the fact without changing the information in the image.
In a digital photo, each pixel (picture element) is a stored number, and represents the average color (or brightness in a monocrhome image) over a particular, tiny, square, area. The pixels numbers and their location are ALL of the information in the image. There is NO possible way to actually 'improve' any digital image without adding to or changing the information in the image. Adding information is CHANGING the image, which may be acceptable for a snapshot of the family dog, but absolutely not OK for images used in a trial.
If they are "adding pixels"....they are ADDING information to the image that was not there in the actual image. This is altering the image. Altered images cannot be legitimately used as evidence.
TV and movies often show some "high tech wizard" with a computer "enhancing the image"....and it goes from a fuzzy nothing to a nice clear image which the hero uses to solve the case. This is just as real as the 12 shot revolver, and other movie fictions.
Hell, I even remember one movie where a person walked through a camera with a shopping bag with the store brand on the opposite side of the bag, facing away from the camera. The script called for the "tech expert" to "enhance the image".....so that they could see the image on the opposite side of the bag. I laughed loudly at that. It was not a reflection in a conveniently placed mirror, either, just pure movie BS.
I spent a career where part of what I did was computer imaging for presentation of results of engineering simulation work. In order to create realistic looking artificial images of objects which are created in a solid modeler, you must understand digital imaging in VERY great detail. I started with a two week digital imaging seminar in 1984, at a major university and we built on that with the industry's leading scientific solid modeling and image creation software and regular training seminars. The movies that you see with computer generated images....I worked with a number of the top guys in that industry VERY early in their careers. One want on to found what became Industrial Light and Magic.
I know what can and cannot be done with digital images. Adding information is CHANGING the image. The hard truth is that a digital image contains as much information as it contains. End, stop. The size and number of the pixels cannot be changed after the fact, and is what defines the resolution of the image. You CANNOT accurately "fix it", and there is the opportunity for all sorts of manipulation of the image, under guise of "improving it". You can make an image look better, absolutely. And for retouching that old Civil War picture of your great, great, great uncle....that is perfectly legitimate. But NOT in a court of law.

this bunch of moron lawyers for the prosecution are trying everything they can to taint the whole process but the judge is holding their feet to the fire and it is really refreshing to watch.

To add a bit to poster #6, the flattening effect you speak of is caused by the fact that a photograph is a two dimensional image. It lacks depth. Our eyes see in three dimension. (Remember the old 3-D movies) When you convert a 3-D scene into a 2-D image, you lose perspective. Therefore, the photo cannot tell you the the exact angle the gun was pointing. In fact, you could probably argue that the photo is a misleading, false representation of the scene as it actually was in regard to to the actual direction the gun was pointing.

#15...while the "Mostly Peaceful" flaming buildings were not happening at the exact same time, Both Huber and Grosscrotch were THERE when they occurred, both were full time "Demonstrator/Rioters" across several states. Grosscrotch in particular had been at riots for 75 days straight in various places prior to his confrontation with Rittenhouse.
While much is/has been made of Rittenhouse traveling to the "Danger zone", his Illinois home is closer than the other two's Milwaukee addresses, his father lives in Kenosha, his aunt, his cousins, and his JOB is there, he worked that day as a lifeguard before deciding to remain with the protection crew rather than commute back home to his bed for the night.

I wish the Judge in this case would throw it the hell out. It's over. The prosecutors are a discrace. They have lost. Know they are trying to save face and get any kind of a conviction. Flush them and their case down the toilet.

Sorry #11. Just read the prosecution dropped all old/new charges against this guy, their main witness, a couple of days before he went on the witness stand. How about that for corruption? Witness tampering anyone?
And by the way, why weren't the terrorist's/rioters not being charged/arrested with felonies? Not one?

I can't make out anything in those videos,, they are too blurry or too distant to make out the forms of individuals, let alone the weapons.
