Mexico City—A Carnival cruise on which 27 people tested positive for COVID-19 just before the ship made a stop in Belize City this week was headed back to Galveston, Texas Friday after stopping in Mexico. The positive cases were among 26 crew members and one passenger on the Carnival Vista, which is carrying over 1,400 crew and nearly 3,000 passengers, the Belize Tourism Board said in a statement.(Snip)All 27 were vaccinated, had mild or no symptoms, and were in isolation, according to the statement. The tourism board said 99.98% of the ship’s crew was vaccinated, as well as 96.5% of its passengers.

That is because the vaccines are useless poison, meant to make people "feel" like they are doing something rather than actually doing anything (well, anything positive at least)...

26 crew, 98% vaccinated, 1 passenger, 98% vaccinated. Not exhibiting major sickness. Test, test, test, even if you don't feel sick.

In early 2020 the cruise ships were being portrayed as floating morgues. In fact they weren't. Even after interacting with positive crew members, the majority of passengers never got sick (unknown at the time how many may have been asymptomatic) of those who got sick only a few died onboard. The passengers had been confined with each other exclusively. The crew's and had to quarantine together for 14 days aboard ship and passengers were taken to military bases to quarantine.
Why didn't our "health experts" use these ships as a model for the general population. Even now, looking at the ship stats, our "Covid protocols" seen excessive.

Its the test that's the problem. Over 85% false positive. So all were vaccinated. And they still came up positive. So what's the problem? But more importantly, Forget how many tests show positive. We need to know how many deaths occurred. So far, no deaths. Obama's party had 74 positives. Again No Deaths. This virus thing is over. We need to wake up and do what we can to stop everything. No Tests - doesn't work. No Masks - doesn't work. No Social Distancing - doesn't work. Vaccines - doesn't work. Vaccine Passports - doesn't work.
We need to be loud to the politicians. NO MORE.

January, just before the lockdowns, my sister and I took a cruise. We both caught type A flu - I had it for a few days, she ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for a few days. That's how covid is - some get it bad, others don't. I had covid for about 5 hrs and tired for 3 weeks, others not so lucky. So tired of this gov't. They're doing so much damage.

A total of 4,400 people on board, and 27 people tested positive!
Associated Press. Of course. They always make it sound like bad news, when it is just opposite.

Oh so sad. Some caught a cold and had a little fever. Let’s write a headline about near death at sea. Perspective is a word totally lost to the msm.

The question then is, how many of these so called positive people actually have an illness.

We have cancelled or had cancelled multiple cruises in all this Covid craziness. In the end, it is for the best.
The cruise lines are changing the rules and regulations every couple weeks. First 16+ vaccinated, then everyone vaccinated, then masks, then cruise only excursions... what's next? And in the end, you might have a good time or you might end up spending a few days quarantined in your cabin and then off loaded in some foreign port to make your own way home should you test positive. More than likely you won't get seriously ill but I've seen lots of cruise passengers and most are old and unhealthy.
What if some obese octogenarian who smokes 3 packs a day and needs a scooter to move their carcass around gets sick and your whole cruise is impacted by emergency evacs, missed ports, and quarantines?
Sorry, the cruise industry will get no more of my money from us until they make rules (like age limits and health restrictions) and sticks with them and not make everyone on board suffer because they can't get their act together.

How soon will it be that the news of previously "vaccinated" people testing positive will cease to be reported because it doesn't fit into the narrative?

If this had been pre Covid, staff & passengers got sick, stayed in their cabins and everyone else had fun. Now, they are paranoid, its test test test until you find something wrong. Those who were positive had little to no symptoms. In the good old days this would have just have been ignored or simply temporary illness. Now the entire cruise gets canceled.

Serious question here: When a person tests positive is a second test done to validate the first test? I’m curious because so many of those who test positive are asymptomatic.

Nearly everyone on the ship at sea was vaccinated, and isolated for several days with the same population. Yet everyone who tested positive was fully vaccinated, and, just as typically seen in unvaccinated people, they showed minimal or mild symptoms. A domestic violent extremist might wonder why we should bother with the shot at all, apart from it being a huge source of profits.
