We are once again being warned of incoming dangers, particularly for coastal regions, as sea levels rise and the tides become higher and stronger. Normally, the next two words following such a dire forecast would be “climate change,” but now there’s a different cause being given. The moon will be starting to “wobble” more in its orbit in the next decade, exerting a greater gravitational pull on the oceans, so tides will continue to grow higher for the following ten years before slowly beginning to recede again. When you combine these accelerated tides with higher ocean levels (that’s the part they’ll blame on climate change)

FTA: According to NOAA, average sea levels have risen between six and eight inches in the past 100 years, with roughly half of that coming since 1933.
Wow, that means the other 3-4 inches occurred between 1921 and 1933. Sounds like it is slowing down, not speeding up.

The left will never let go of " climate change/global warming". Too much money and power to gain from the scam.

The global warming BS never ends, at least the moon wobble only occurs every six years.

NOAA can't even tell if the past sea level rise is six or eight inches but now they are predicting what its going to be in the future? I think I see where the increase is coming from and its not GW.

This is nothing new! They are cyclical shifts 'wobbles' in the moon's orbit every 18.6 years and they've been recorded since 1728.

It's all those metal things on the moon that are causing it to wobble. I overheard Sheila Jackson Lee telling that to Maxine Waters.

I guess Obama shouldn’t have bought that seaside mansion.

Unlike some aspects of climate hysteria, the motions of the moon are really solid science and have been studied carefully for centuries. Possibly moving New Orleans upriver was suggested around 1968 when the Ofice of Emergency Preparedness studied computer models of a hurricane coming across Lake Pontchartrain. This threat was ignored. Eventually, we had that hurricane.

There is actually a perfectly reasonable scientific explanation for this: U.S. SUVs travelling on roads cause a composite harmonic resonance that is transmitted through the atmosphere and then through the space ether to the moon, causing it to wobble with this regular periodicity.
Of course, it's all man's fault, especially whitey's.

Funny that all the troubles in the world are so grievous that only government control and massive amounts of money can solve them.

Let me guess. The moon's wobbling more because we landed on it ??
Send the government more money so we can fix it.
It's called a tidal cycle morons.

Sad that no one teaches, or perhaps no one learns, geology any more.
There's a physics principle in geology that explains what happens if the oceans get more water in them.
They weigh more.
Then, their extra weight forces mountains on land to rise higher to balance that weight out.
Of course, one reason we have fertile land is the receding of oceans after a few hundred years of them covering low lands, too.
So, in the long run, it's all good.

NOAA can’t even accurately predict the path of a hurricane. Why should anyone believe them about anything?

The white privileged astronauts left (horror of horrors) an American flag up there as well as the lunar rover. The rover could be called an SUV. The moon wobble is obviously America's fault and white Americans should pay reparations to...
