So what do we do when the supreme court goes rogue? I'm not aware of anything in the Constitution that tells us how to appeal supreme court rulings or non-rulings .

I think the only hope is that enough states are recertified to give Trump the win. If the GOP wins both houses in 2022 they can recount the electors in January 2023. The only argument the Democrats could make is that inauguration is a specefic day every 4 years.

The Supreme Court has become just another political arm of the government, like a super committee of Congress. They are chosen with overt questioning on litmus test issues (abortion, etc) so that only those candidates who agree in advance on such issues can be selected. It is no longer an independent body that judges cases strictly and only on the meaning of the constitution. As such it has lost both its moral and its legal authority. District judges regularly rule against the constitution on hot button items simply to rebuke a President they don't like, or to favor a group or issue they personally support, and they do so without any consequences. Worst of all, they accept the outright destruction or purposeful neglect of the most principles of our constitution. Freedom of speech. The right to bear arms. The integrity of our election process. They play word games to thwart anyone from even bringing a case that they will hear...as in absurdly claiming that States have no standing, that WE THE PEOPLE have no standing. Simply stated, the Supreme Court is corrupt and a fraud. They no longer deserve the respect or the compliance of we the people.

By not accepting at least some of the voter fraud cases the Supreme Court massively failed all of us. These refusals are in the top few of the Supreme Court's worst mistakes (failures) in its history. Please view the YouTube video noted below. Biden is thanking the people in that room for their massive voter fraud efforts regarding the 2020 election and at least the 2016 Presidential election. It's an admission against Biden's interest and is prima facie evidence of massive voter fraud, including with regard to Obama's election to his 2nd term as President. Romney may have defeated Obama but for massive voter fraud. It's all but impossible to believe that the Court was not aware of this video before it refused to accept any of the voter fraud cases. This video, standing alone, should have been much more than sufficient evidence to the Court to accept at least some of those petitions. I'm totally disgusted with this Court. The harm it has done to all of us may well be irreparable. YouTune video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fd9zQjYaUs

From the article. 'The Supreme Court avoided involvement in the election because they wanted to stay out of the controversy -- they didn’t want to be bullied by the Democrats or the media." The primary role of the Supreme Court is to resolve controversy! So if they don't want to get involved in controversy because they might be "bullied" by the media (whatever that means), they are worthless. And it appears they also feared rioting, which means they're letting the terrorist mobs BLM and ANTIFA rule our courts. So the Supreme Court of the United States, led by Johnny Roberts, declined the election fraud cases, the crime of the century, so the media wouldn't criticize them and so the Marxist mobs would stand down. Just pathetic. And I'm still waiting for Roberts to sue Lin Wood for slander. Was Johnny boy really on those fights to Epstein Island? I believe it's possible, if not likely. He's acting like a man who has been blackmailed.

By allowing Constitutional laws to be broken, the Supreme Court has broken the law. We now have all three branches of government that have turned against the American People. I only see one sure solution but we may be able to repair things by imposing term limits, six years per justice with rotation of three every two years.

I will believe in the honor of SCOTUS when I see it. Thus far all I have seen is cowardice. Social Justice Warrior Roberts is afraid. He is very afraid. He is afraid for his life. He is terrified that he will be murdered by the mob. Not for him the courage of Betsy Ross. Not for him the courage of Ben Franklin. His preferred place is cowering in a corner. He does not stand up to tyrants. He grovels on the ground in fear. He prefers dishonor over death. He wants to be remembered as the guy who gave up. He wants to have a place in history alongside Quisling. All he believes in is protecting his own skin. Coward. Faithless one. Despicable person. Oh, well. Profile in Cowardice.

FTA - "The Supreme Court avoided involvement in the election because they wanted to stay out of the controversy -- they didn’t want to be bullied by the Democrats or the media. There are other possible motives, but they’re even more disturbing." Behind the SCOTUS curtain, there is something else that remains concealed. Roberts knows what it is. Roberts has some serious baggage that remains concealed. The Great Election Fraud of 2020 will not end well for him. He has used up all of his get out of jail free cards. Recall the piece from the Hal Turner radio program that was posted here on Lucianne.com back in December when a SCOTUS court clerk appeared on the Hal Turner show and described overhearing the SCOTUS justices yelling and screaming at Roberts, and Roberts told Alito and Thomas (while Barrett and Gorsuch hid under the table) to either shut up, sit down, go with the flow, ignore the fraud, or be impeached and convicted: https://www.lucianne.com/2020/12/13/unlocked_for_public_loud_arguments_in_us_supreme_court_chambers_over_texas_lawsuit_-_court_intimidated_49999.html It will be shown that the SCOTUS, the supposed protector of the Constitution, had failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States. A different kind of Big Ugly is coming...soon. God, help us all.

It seems to me that the way to have gone would have been to take the election misdeeds first to the State Supreme Courts. That's how it went with Bush vs. Gore. After the State Supreme Court ruled for Gore, the appeal was made to the SCOTUS and they took it. Did we skip a step this time? Why?

The Supreme Court could be a real danger to the Constitution and the Nation if the leftist and socialist Democrats ever put five or more extreme leftist and socialist Justices on the Supreme Court. Once that occurred, the Supreme Court would no doubt turn into what would amount to a super legislature with lifetime tenure pushing the leftist and socialist Democrat political agenda by deciding every politically charged case to comport with the leftist and socialist political agenda. There is little doubt that the Senate “UniParty” cabal as it stands now could easily have up to ten RINO wimpy Republican Senators voting to confirm whoever leftist and socialist court nominee who a leftist and socialist President nominates to the Supreme Court. As it stand now, if the Chief Justice seat becomes vacant when Biden is the President, chances are that he would nominate Barack Obama to be the next Chief Justice with Republican RINOS voting to confirm Obama.

I don't know what to believe anymore. Do I trust what happened in the 2020 election? No. If I thought Biden had won fair and square, I'd be disappointed but I'd accept it. He didn't win fair and square. Reasonable people have had reasonable questions about what occurred in various KEY STATES that have never been reasonably answered. In fact, those reasonable people have been tarred and feathered in the press. That happens when such questions get too close to the truth -- so much so that it hurts those who have committed misdeeds. I do not trust the government. Bureaucracy is a joke. And I've stopped trusting the church. I am not sure where to turn. I feel like I'm on my own.

The Constitution will need to be reconfigured. 1)Abolish lifetime appointments to Fed courts. 2)Impose term limits of say 12 yrs & done. 3)Impose age limits 70-75 & out. 4)Make this Ex Post Facto to SCOTUS. 5)Fed courts can not cite laws of foreign nations as guides to ours in their rulings. 6)Any such rulings regarding treaties we are not party to results in automatic suspension of 1 yr without pay. 7)Reduce Impeachment & removal from 67% vote to 55% This will allow the courts to get fresh blood & will remove the pompous & arrogant who think demselves monarchs. IOW: Judges must be put on a leash.

#2, the reason for that is that the Constitution does NOT give the Supreme Court the powers to review laws for constutitionality. The first Supreme Court grabbed this power, created out of thin air, for itself and has been rarely challenged on this extra-constitutional power that they wield as if it were real. See Marbury vs Madison. They created their power, it came from nowhere. Andy Jackson told the court to jam it, and ultimately the Supreme Court had nothing to do when he ignored them. The Supremes only have power because we have agreed to abide by their rulings. There is no enforcement mechanism, no appeal, and ultimately NO POWER other than us saying, "Oh, all right, if you say so."

It looks like a punt based on a technicality. If a state legislature was in the group bring suite, there was a party with standing because the changes usurped the powers of the state legislature. By punting, the harm was done not to be undone, because the unconstitutional changes destroyed the evidence of fraud.

The final arbiter of Presidential elections is Congress, not the Supreme Court. The state legislatures confirmed the electors from their respective states. The votes of these electors was subject to challenge and adjudication by the House and Senate respectively. The final count of the votes was confirmed by Congress. Here are the "failures": Six REPUBLICAN state legislatures failing to investigate their respective electoral controversies. These legislatures sent their Biden electors without exception. On January 6th Congress challenged only one slate, with the challenge dismissed. And anyone calls this a failure of the Supreme Court? Look to state capitals first.

There is something you need to know because it is of overwhelming importance to America’s survival as a constitutional democratic republic: The Biden administration is moving inexorably to making it a crime to oppose Biden and the Democrat party’s policies. Attorney General Merrick Garland is organizing a massive task force to hunt those illusory “White supremacists,” who just happen to be Trump supporters. Moreover, the federal charging documents against many of those being held for trespassing in Congress reveal that some of the people most active in planning January 6 and encouraging others to act were FBI agents or informants. In other words, it was a set-up.

'This is a day of profound weight and profound power, a day in which we remember the moral stain and the terrible toll that slavery took on the country - and continues to take.' On Wednesday night, the House of Representatives passed the bill with 14 Republicans voting against it. In the Senate,

Football star Megan Rapinoe and actress and producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas are joining Victoria's Secret in what the lingerie giant is calling a "dramatic shift" for the brand. They are among several new faces who will help promote the brand which is best known for its lingerie-clad models known as Angels. Victoria's Secret still generates billions of dollars in sales. However, its hyper-sexualised image has fallen out of fashion in recent years. Ms Rapinoe and Ms Chopra Jonas will form part of "The VS Collective" a group of women who will work with the company on "collaborations, business partnerships and cause-related initiatives".

The election of 2020 is going to lay bare the dereliction of the Supreme Court for all to see. The COVD-19 pandemic gave numerous state election officials an excuse to implement far-reaching changes to our election processes. Those changes obviously made our systems vulnerable to fraud. States implemented massive mail-in balloting at the same time they relaxed ballot security and voter identification. They even extended the voting periods -- to give the criminals more time to commit their fraud. All these changes were unconstitutional. (snip) The Supreme Court declined to get involved.

The Confederate battle flag, which was crafted as a symbol of opposition to the abolishment of slavery, is just recently tired. We don’t see it much anymore. However, on the 6th, when the stormers rained on the nation’s most precious hut, waving Old Glory — the memo was received: the American flag is its replacement. President Biden, Madame Harris and members of Congress: the American flag has been hijacked as code for a specific belief. God bless those believers, they can have it. Like the Confederate, it is tattered, dated, divisive, and incorrect. It no longer represents democracy and freedom. It no longer represents ALL of us. It’s not fair

The Department of Justice is mounting a case arguing that laws in West Virginia and Arkansas that bar transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports are unconstitutional, despite the overwhelming majority of Americans supporting biological gender segregation in sports, according to a report citing court papers. “The United States has a significant interest in ensuring that all students, including students who are transgender, can participate in an educational environment free of unlawful discrimination,” the DOJ said in court documents filed in a West Virginia court case Thursday, according to a report by the Daily Mail.(Snip)A poll from May found that a majority of Americans don’t support transgender

Middle income families are lashing out against Joe Biden's punitive new tax plan that would claim a large chunk of the amount someone leaves to their kids when they die just because it has gone up in value over the course of their lifetime. The harsh new tax - dubbed Biden's 'death tax' - is hidden in his American Families Plan and it's receiving ferocious backlash. It proposes that when someone dies, any asset they leave behind that has appreciated in value by more than $1million since the time they bought it should be taxed. The tax rate would go as high as 40% - double

Darius Dotch chuckled in the midst of a Juneteenth performance last Saturday in St. Cloud. The onstage moment wasn't a mistake. He was re-enacting an 1865 letter from Jourdon Anderson, a Black man who escaped slavery in Tennessee, to his former master, who had wanted him to return to bondage. The actor and hip-hop artist lingered on a moment of droll poignancy.(Snip)Black people mark Juneteenth with recitations of historical texts, theater, poetry, dance, music and art. Some also commune through food and drink, parades and family games. The holiday is seen as one where Black people can be their authentic selves.

“It was a queer, sultry summer, the summer they electrocuted the Rosenbergs……” So goes the opening sentence of Sylvia Plath’s 1963 novel The Bell Jar, referring to the Jewish American couple, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who were convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage and sent to the electric chair exactly 68 years ago today. Their execution casts a morbid shadow over Plath’s book, just as it did over the United States, and it is seen by many as the nadir of America’s engagement with the cold war.(Snip) During their trial, Ethel in particular was vilified for prioritising communism over her children, and the prosecution insisted
