Back in May 2013, it dawned on me that, crazy as it sounded in those more innocent times, the Establishment was gearing up to make transgenderism into the next big thing. But, the reason "black neighborhoods" have low real estate values has largely to do with the obvious physical factors like small, old homes that are less well maintained, and have high crime rates. NOT desirable places for folks who can afford better. Simple truths. And they do NOT want to hear that they need to "act white" by mowing their lawns, painting their homes regularly, fixing broken railings and windows, etc. Small homes that are well cared for, well maintained are worth a LOT more than the same square footage and age maintained poorly by lazy or uncaring folks. And that has nothing to do with race. Poorly maintained homes in white neighborhoods bring lower prices, too. A quick drive through a neighborhood can tell you a LOT, and that's without any clue who lives in the homes.

Even before reading the article I have believed (and gotten into trouble with my lib friends) African Americans might be the poorest Americans but indeed are the richest Africans in the world (about fifty times). And that this affluence is purely due to their 'association' (involuntary in its origin admittedly) with whites. Denying it seems to me to be racist

And one of the better quotes from the article full of solid truths is, referring to the lunatic comments that the vicious knife attack stopped by a police officer by one black female against another was somehow "it was racist to not allow black youths to indulge in their culture’s tradition of knifeplay." when it may sadly be "traditional" (normal?) in some black areas, but clearly it was anything but play. "We could allow blacks to carve each other up and resist arrest all they want, but that would mean confining them to Escape From New York-style reservations." I wonder how the property values will be in that nice looking neighborhood in the future? "Is this where that crazy girl tried to kill her neighbor? I think we need to look at a different neighborhood."

How about simple demographics. If blacks are 15% of the population and own 20% of the housing their property values will be lower for lack of buyers. Not my fault. If I go and buy 10 properties in a "black" neighborhood I will raise the property values. If I sell them at a profit because of higher demand I will be called a racist white supremacist and they'll tax the crap out of my profits.

Many years ago my husband and I went to a friend's daughter's wedding near Akron, OH and was given a tour of several beautiful neighborhoods, some had mansions. Returning a few years later for another daughter's wedding we were taken back through the same neighborhoods. What a difference, the houses were in disrepair, grass not mowed, junk cars were everywhere. The cause , we were told, when a house went up for sale in these beautiful neighborhoods, a GROUP of black folks would pool their resources and buy the home. Then when they moved in they would urinate and defecate out the windows of the house, causing the other neighbors to move out, then more blacks would move in. I wonder if this have changed over the years, doubt it.

We have several black families living a few blocks from my original suburban home, nicely kept homes, yard of one is something I wish I could have achieved, really nice. So they are not running down the home values at all. It's down to behavior. Act like trash and regardless of skin color, home values drop. Act like normal middle class folks, and your home values will be normal middle class home values. It's not actually difficult to grasp....if you're not a race baiting black trouble maker looking for another way to "get whitey".

The whole thing goes back to the Eugenics Society that wanted to cut back on the "Excess Population". Abortion is one way ant Transgenderism by mutilating sterile people is another. Tinkering with our genetic codes, aka Covid is icing on the cake. This is all in aid of crating the 500nworld-wide families.

Promoting the January 6th protest in Washington DC as a “domestic terrorist” event; and promoting the protest as an “armed insurrection” against the U.S. government; is the cornerstone of the Democrat’s 2022 election effort. If we watch carefully now we will see an increased emphasis on attacking anyone who might downplay the Democrat narrative. With their back against the wall on failing and catastrophic policy outcomes; with gas prices skyrocketing; and with the economy stalled due to inflation (ie. stagflation), the democrats are all-in with this “insurrection” narrative as a political tool to distract the voting population from merging crisis of bad policy.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is taking the federal COVID bailout money to new levels of manipulated intent by using the funds to bail himself out of a recall that is based on the COVID dictates he initiated. Thus part of the reason why the highly political federal agencies lifted the COVID rules surfaces. Politically the blue state shutdowns were backfiring, and the ramifications were getting more serious by the day. The CDC responded to the political shift against JoeBama and lifted their mandates. Simultaneously, Governor Newsom goes on a spending spree in California to provide bailout money to all the favored leftist causes:
