Executive Order Canceling the Constitution

Original Article

On April 15, Preident Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.

Comments:

This EO also allows the Biden regime to punish children (adult at the time of punishment) for the "crimes" in which any of their parents is accused. This EO is in effect now.

As explained, that Executive Order appears to be something that the Communist Chinese Government would promulgate. As soon as the Executive Order is used as a basis to infringe on the rights of American citizens no doubt those people will have the legal standing to go into court and get a determination from the Federal Courts as to its constitutionality. Remember after Trump took office, everything he tried to do generated court actions by the leftist and liberal Democrats with liberal Judges issuing all sorts of nationwide injunctions that either delayed or stopped Trump’s proposed policies or procedures. Since Biden came into office have you seen the wimpy Republicans generate any legal process like that to delay or stop Biden’s proposed polices or procedures? That should tell you something right there.

Orlando - House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney is not ruling out a potential presidential bid, The Post has learned. “I’m not ruling anything in or out — I’ve been here a long time,” she told The Post when asked if she would ever consider running in the future. The Wyoming Republican — who has been a frequent target of former President Donald Trump — said there are a number of contenders she sees as having potential for the 2024 nomination, adding that she believes the lawmakers who led the efforts on challenging the election on Jan. 6 should be out of the running.

COLUMBUS, OH – The Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus has joined hordes of untrained armchair quarterbacks, in order to render her opinion on police procedure after the officer-involved shooting of Ma’Khia Bryant. In Columbus, Ohio on April 20, 2021, Officer Nicholas Reardon had to make a split second decision to intervene as Ma’Khia Bryant rushed toward her potential victim with a knife, after ignoring lawful orders to “get down.” Reardon fired his pistol, striking Bryant and ending the attack. Aid was rendered at the scene, but Bryant was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Neighbors reported that Bryant “was in full attack mode” and also said:

The Grieving kin of 16-year-old Ma' Khia Bryant who died after being struck by an Ohio cop’s gunshots on Tuesday believes the foster family system failed her and is looking to sue. The family has already started the process of consulting with an attorney and plans on moving forward to take legal action. "Someone has to be held accountable," the late teen’s cousin, Deja Torrence, said in an interview with Insider, without being specific as to who that might be. "The family just doesn't want this to be another senseless killing that goes under the rug and gets overlooked."
Why Wind and Solar Energy Are Doomed to Failure 44 replies

Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. Nevertheless, liberals have concocted fantasies whereby all of our electricity, or perhaps our entire economy, will be powered by those fickle sources. There are a number of reasons why this will never happen, but a paper published last week by Center of the American Experiment argues that land use constraints are the most basic reason why wind and solar are inexorably destined to fail. The paper, titled Not In Our Backyard, is authored by
CNN analyst claims Ohio police

A journalist and CNN analyst on Friday advanced the controversial claim that an Ohio police officer responding to a knife-wielding teenager should have shot her "in the leg" and should have considered not even using his gun to address the situation. April Ryan, a reporter with theGrio, made the argument—a common one among police critics—on Friday’s edition of HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher. The show’s panel was discussing in part the recent police-involved shooting of 16-year-old Ohio resident Ma’Khia Bryant, who was attempting to stab several other teenagers with a large butcher knife when a responding officer shot and killed her.

Daunte Wright was pulled over for expired plates, although he told his mother it was because an air freshener hung from his rearview mirror. Sandra Bland was pulled over for failing to use her turn signal. Philando Castile was pulled over for a broken taillight. You know what happened next. The two men were shot dead by police, and Bland died in jail a few days after she was verbally abused by the Texas state trooper who screamed, “I will light you up!” when she refused to get out of her car. "Second, we need to tap the power markets to fund and deploy these innovations, for example, by finding creative ways to finance technologies, and by leveling the playing field, so they can compete with fossil fuels. "Third, governments and corporations need to adopt policies that will make it faster and cheaper to make the transition, and leaders will need to reward those who take difficult steps. To accomplish these three things, international cooperation will be essential."

The howl was loud, prolonged, anguished and animated.Actress Frances McDormand's bizarre imitation of a wolf was comfortably the most surprising and interesting part of this year's Oscars. And although there was a heartfelt story behind it – she was paying tribute to a sound engineer on her movie Nomadland named Michael Wolf Snyder who took his life earlier this year – the howl perfectly encapsulated my own feelings watching the most unwatchable Academy Awards in history.Honestly, if there was an Oscar for Worst Horror Story, it would go to whoever decided it would be a good idea to hold this year's event in a train station.

There’s something off about Kamala Harris. And no, I’m not talking about her hard-left political beliefs, the lies she tells, or her endless reinventing herself for political advancement. In that regard, she’s just another leftist politician. What’s bizarre about Kamala is her inappropriate laughter about things that ought to inspire solemnity. What makes laughter inappropriate? It’s inappropriate when you’re speaking to a crowd and you’re the only one who laughs. Of course, that can also happen to a bad comedian, but there’s no indication in the clip below that Kamala was trying to tell a joke.

A few videos are making the rounds showing a wild brawl taking place at one of the gates in Miami International Airport. We don’t know what started the brawl, although the media are reporting that the police did eventually arrest one person for disorderly conduct. The primary victim, however, does not want to press charges, so the matter will almost certainly disappear. What makes one of the videos so compelling is the fact that it seemly represents the breakdown of law and order across American cities.

Journalist Lee Smith hits the sweet spot in his discussion of the U.S. Postal Service conducting surveillance on Americans. As Smith notes the targeting is not to identify the political ideology of “all Americans”, rather the objective is surveillance of people who likely did not vote for Joe Biden. (Snip) this type of activity is one long continuum. The IRS was previously used; federal contractors for the FBI have previously been used; allied Big Tech companies have been used; and now the United States Postal Service is running a covert surveillance program against Americans that sounds suspiciously like the prior DHS announcement. The number of people who tuned in to watch the three-hour long 'wokefest' that was the Oscars has hit an all time low with just 9.85 million viewers. The television ratings for the 93rd Academy Awards on Sunday night is a 58 percent drop compared to last year's already record-low 23.64 million viewers, according to early Nielsen numbers. The huge drop in ratings for Hollywood's biggest night continues an overall multi-year downward trend for the Academy Awards, which were above 43 million as recently as 2014. It comes after the Grammys, Golden Globes and SAG Awards all experienced more than 50 percent declines
