Joe Biden is now under investigation by the Government Accountability Office following his administration’s freeze of funds being paid to companies who were building the wall on our southern border. The non-partisan watchdog agency will try to determine of the administration overstepped its bounds by cutting off money rightly due to those with government contracts. “Now the Government Accountability Office is launching a review to determine whether the new president broke the law by freezing the money in violation of budget rules designed to keep Congress in control of the cash flow,” Politico reported. “The probe highlights the challenge presidents have historically faced in fulfilling campaign

In government accounting, we refer to contracts as "obligations," because once a government official signs the contract, the government is obligated to make payment. The only thing that will negate the contract is either non-performance or criminal activity by the performing activity. By flicking his royal wrist and declaring that the government was no longer going to honor the contracts for the border wall, Biden broke the law. Now let's see if GAO has the guts to throw the book at him.

Nothing will be done, I'm sure. Demonrats breaking the law....that is OK, no problem. Trump trying to enforce the law....ten injunctions by federal judges blocking enforcement of the law, or blocking Presidential powers that have been used by all other Presidents. The rules do not apply to the Demonrats.

Biden's phone and a pen are more powerful than any little gnat like the GAO. Kamala's is even more powerful with her being female and a minority. None of the mean'ole white republicans will do anything to oppose her - much like Obama.

Is this the same GAO that mean 'Gotta Admire Obambi' just a few short years ago. Is this the same GAO that has never ever once found wrong doing with Democrat administrations of legislation but has never once found a REbublican administration or Rebublican legislation to be lawful? I smell another FBIish coverup by one of the most loyal goobernment agency towards Democrats ever.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear oral argument in Caniglia v. Strom, a case that could have sweeping consequences for policing, due process, and mental health, with the Biden Administration and attorneys general from nine states urging the High Court to uphold warrantless gun confiscation. Ever since the Food and Drug Administration granted emergency use authorization for two new vaccines, employers, schools, and other organizations are grappling with whether to require Covid-19 vaccination. While organizations are certainly free to encourage their employees, students, and other members to be vaccinated, federal law provides that, at least until the vaccine is licensed, individuals must have the option to accept or decline to be vaccinated. Knowing what an organization can or cannot do with respect to Covid-19 vaccines can help them keep their employees, students, and members safe and also save the them from costly and time-consuming litigation.
