Scenario: You have a Concealed Handgun License in Oregon. You have no criminal record. You’re an average person going about your day. Let’s say one of your parents is having health issues, so you travel across the state to help them out for a few days. You’re bringing groceries back to them. Then a cop pulls up behind you and turns his rack lights on. You have a tail light out. While running your plates the cop discovers you have a CHL and he asks if you’re carrying. You say yes, because you’re a licensed CHL holder and you’ve never had any trouble with the law. Unbeknownst to you

Stunning revelations about Hunter Biden and his family’s notorious business dealings came to light in this week’s episode of the John-Henry Westen Show during an interview with Jack Maxey, former co-host of Steve Bannon’s War Room and one of the first people to go through the contents of Biden’s alleged laptop last October. Maxey revealed that Hunter Biden may have had business ties to China’s Xi Jinping, based on emails from the laptop. Correspondence also links the Bidens to possible Chinese espionage and illegal Beijing-backed business arrangements. As the Biden family’s China dealings went south, Hunter may have gone so far as to try to purposefully incriminate his own CORRECTION*

As Donald Trump plots his next big move in the business world, could a SPAC offering be in the cards? Several sophisticated players in the booming business of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies -- known on Wall Street as SPACs -- say the former president and real estate mogul will be the latest celebrity to sponsor such a business. FOX Business couldn’t confirm that the nation's 45th president or his real estate holding company, the Trump Organization, have held formal talks about creating a SPAC.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear oral argument in Caniglia v. Strom, a case that could have sweeping consequences for policing, due process, and mental health, with the Biden Administration and attorneys general from nine states urging the High Court to uphold warrantless gun confiscation. But what would ultimately become a major Fourth Amendment case began with an elderly couple’s spat over a coffee mug. In August 2015, 68-year-old Edward Caniglia joked to Kim, his wife of 22 years, that he didn’t use a certain coffee mug after his brother-in-law had used it because he “might catch a case of dishonesty.” That quip quickly spiraled

A recount is in the works in Georgia.
A week ago we reported that a judge agreed that the group “Voter GA” could inspect Fulton County Georgia ballots from the 2020 election: The inspection is moving forward as Jovan Pulitzer is asking for volunteers for a recount in Fulton County Georgia. According to Jovan, “Georgia is ready to go to scan the ballots.” Pulitzer shares:
Remember, this is history. This is history. You are about to see one of the pivotal events in history that will be talked about, literally, in text books and in history from here on out.

Joe Biden is now under investigation by the Government Accountability Office following his administration’s freeze of funds being paid to companies who were building the wall on our southern border. The non-partisan watchdog agency will try to determine of the administration overstepped its bounds by cutting off money rightly due to those with government contracts.
“Now the Government Accountability Office is launching a review to determine whether the new president broke the law by freezing the money in violation of budget rules designed to keep Congress in control of the cash flow,” Politico reported. “The probe highlights the challenge presidents have historically faced in fulfilling campaign

Ever since the Food and Drug Administration granted emergency use authorization for two new vaccines, employers, schools, and other organizations are grappling with whether to require Covid-19 vaccination. While organizations are certainly free to encourage their employees, students, and other members to be vaccinated, federal law provides that, at least until the vaccine is licensed, individuals must have the option to accept or decline to be vaccinated. Knowing what an organization can or cannot do with respect to Covid-19 vaccines can help them keep their employees, students, and members safe and also save the them from costly and time-consuming litigation.

The first system ‘glitch’ identified in the 2020 election was in Antrim County. The locals decided they had enough of the Dominion voting machines and will count paper ballots in their upcoming May election.
Antrim county was the first county to identify irregularities in its 2020 Presidential election results. Only three days after the 2020 election, the county had identified thousands of votes which were incorrectly given to Joe Biden, which stole the county for the Democrat. [Snip] After all this the county has decided not to use the Dominion voting machines in its upcoming election in May:

The relationship between Beijing and Pyongyang has been obvious since President Trump took office in 2017 and began a series of sunlight diplomacy drops. What President Trump exposed was the level of control China holds over North Korea. [Snip] If China controls North Korea, specifically the functional leadership within the military, then all military action is essentially not from North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un, but rather controlled and positioned by Chairman Xi. [Snip] message that North Korea is an independent nation, without China controlling it. How is Kim Jong-un expected to react to a new U.S. outlook that doesn’t reflect the reality? He can’t.

A new study from a Los Angeles hospital pushes for injecting men with the female sex hormone progesterone to treat COVID-19.
The trial, carried out by pulmonologist Sara Ghandehari of the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, recruited 40 male patients hospitalized with COVID-19. “As an ICU doctor, I was struck by the gender disparity among COVID-19 patients who were very sick, remained in the hospital, and needed ventilators,” she emphasized. “One group acted as a control sample, for comparison, and received only the standard medical care given at that time for the disease. The experimental group, meanwhile, also received 100-milligram injections of progesterone twice daily for five days

The lawsuit was filed against Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and the Treasury Department. Neither the White House nor the Treasury Department immediately responded when asked for comment. President Biden signed the bill last week, authorizing aid including direct payments for individuals and $195.3 billion for states and Washington, D.C. — including about $5.5 billion for Ohio, according to the lawsuit. The aid is largely distributed based on each state's number of unemployed workers.
Yost argues in his lawsuit that Congress violated constitutional restraints in seeking to control how states set their tax policies. "By accepting that money, the State must sacrifice its sovereign authority

Israeli archaeologists on Tuesday announced the discovery of dozens of Dead Sea Scroll fragments bearing a biblical text found in a desert cave and believed hidden during a Jewish revolt against Rome nearly 1,900 years ago. The fragments of parchment bear lines of Greek text from the books of Zechariah and Nahum and have been dated around the first century based on the writing style, according to the Israel Antiquities Authority. They are the first new scrolls found in archaeological excavations in the desert south of Jerusalem in 60 years.
