THEY are all over what is really happening in the jury selection.. e.g. "-Juror number 1 is being questioned by the judge and she's expressing concern that her ability to understand English may hamper her ability as a juror. -The judge asks her to take off her mask so the court reporter can better hear and understand her comments." https://twitter.com/CrimeWatchMpls/status/1369306444860907523

Floyd's autopsy said he died of an overdose of illegal drugs. There is no way they can pin a murder on this cop, unless they get an OJ Simpson dumb as rocks jury.

If anything remotely like a fair jury can be selected, AND if the judge will permit the evidence of his innocence to be fairly presented, Chauvin will be found innocent of all charges. But, both of those conditions, which are normally to be expected, seem pretty questionable in this hideous, corrupted political environment in Minneapolis, Anyone who has made a good effort to understand what happened by listening to the body cam audio, and reading about the training that Minneapolis police received on dealing with excited delirium, and the medical testing that was done to be certain that the 'knee-on-back-of-neck' restraint position which was taught to officers cannot cause airway restrictions will see that Chauvin did not cause Floyd's death. And then, there is the autopsy which clearly shows that Floyd died of a massive overdose of fentanyl, mixed in with methamphetamines, and specifically says he did NOT have any indication of airway restriction, bruising or damage. Opiates kill by depressing breathing, exactly what Floyd complained of for some 10 minutes while standing and sitting, long before he was put in the special restraint position which was trained for dealing with excited delirium cases, required by his relentless struggling with officers. Floyd killed himself with a drug overdose. The police called for an ambulance, and upgraded the call to "Code 3" (fastest response). The body cam information was suppressed for months while the Enemedia and black hustlers spun their web of lies. The officers did nothing to cause Floyd's death.

There is absolutely no possibility that Chauvin will get a fair and impartial jury or that he will be acquitted in Minneapolis. This is a show trial like the OJ trial and the verdict has been preordained by the public officials involved. No juror will be willing to resist the community pressure and intimidation that will be brought to bear on them, their family, their employer, and their safety by this unjust prosecution.

I hope the jury hangs his aspen. He clearly murdered Floyd. Turn him loose and let the blacks exact revenge and justice.

Actually, #3, it seemed equally improbable that George Zimmerman could get a fair trial in Florida after a politicized, corrupt "hanging prosecutor" was appointed to "get him", and the Enemedia had been spinning it's web of endless lies for over a year.......and yet, Zimmerman got a fair trial and was found innocent. I hope that the system can work in Minneapolis, but I agree, that the Thugs In Charge are doing their damnedest to prevent a fair trial.

I presume they will have a hard time explaining why 3 other officers were also holding down Mr. Floyd, and believe others were nearby too. Yet, none said, or did anything ? Thus, it's likely part of their training, and no one saw anything out of the ordinary. This does not mean they should not likely change their training going forward. I've wondered, did any of those people who were videoing the incident call 911 to report this? I doubt it would have taken them long to either radio what's happening, or show up on the scene.

This will be nothin but a show trial. The jury will be told that an acquittal will cause riots, and if they do acquit, it's on them. Personally, I would acquit anyways, but that's me.

The optics alone are disturbing. While I do believe Floyd was in the process of overdosing on fentanyl, the video of the knee of that police officer on his neck is very damaging. There were four officers there. Could they not handle one guy? They could have put him on his butt on the curb or put him inside a car, but to hold that knee on his neck was a very damaging image with three other officers standing right there. Police officers are well aware of the racial climate in this country. Why would they not take measures that would insure that Floyd was being treated in a manner as to prevent any claims of police brutality being made? It makes no sense. Now here we are pretty much assured that there will be massive violent riots following the verdict regardless of what it is. Sadly, this all could have been avoided if the police would have for one moment given a thought as to how the knee to the neck would be perceived. While I fully support the police, this was just a reckless and stupid decision.

#10, that position was selected and tested by medical professionals to be the safest restrain position for excited delirium cases, without any obstruction of the airway. It was specifically designed for these cases. The officers did exactly as trained. Your "optics " comes from ignorance. The officers did not come up with it by themselves.

But there was more to the Trump presidency than attention-hogging political drama and conflict; often unnoticed, Trump and his administration actually did succeed in changing some of the ways Washington works. From imposing a ban on Chinese-made drones to rolling back rules on sexual harassment, from cracking down on robocalls to letting states legalize marijuana, Trump changed some key areas of federal policy in ways that may have lasting impact well after he’s gone.
