A new Quinnipiac University poll released Monday shows Bernie Sanders leading former Vice President Joe Biden nationally, giving the Vermont senator front-runner status in a national poll for the first time.
Released in the wake of the botched Iowa caucuses and a day before the first-in-the-nation primary in New Hampshire, the poll shows Sanders overtaking Biden with 25 percent of the vote among Democratic voters and independent voters who lean Democratic. Biden, meanwhile, garnered 17 percent.

The Democrats I know are not socialists. Most are Democrat because they always were. A socialist nominee will force those people to make a decision, which I pray shrinks that party to an insignificant level of membership.

The dems only had Biden in it and leading so there could be the interferring with an election charge when he went after Hunter. As soon as impeachment failed boom gies Biden..

#3, is probably right.
Biden is way past his prime, and not looking very good in the process - will likely taint his reputation.

Please, #2, don't take anything for granted. We have to get out and vote, and make sure all Trump people do. You know how the dems will do anything, up to and including cheating to beat us. As for #1, yes, they vote democrat, but if Bernie has a "D" after his name, that is all they will see and vote accordingly.

Do these people not understand the history of socialism/communism? And they call us boomer rubes. Do your homework America. Don't believe a word they say. Check the facts, read, research, talk to people who understand how these political systems perpetrated evil upon the human race. Bernie thinks government bread lines are a good thing. Think about that.

#5 is correct. There are a lot of lofo brain-dead types who vote for the 'D', no thinking required.
And let's not forget that the dims have been importing illegals for years, and denials from them notwithstanding we know that many of them will be voting, and we also know they will vote for the party that promises that they can stay and enjoy all the "free" stuff the gubmit hands out.
So take nothing for granted. They are getting dangerously desperate.

We've been watching Democrat vengeance for three years, but we're about to see their desperation. Things can still get ugly. No time for complacency.

I haven't been this juiced about a Dem candidate since McGovern. Man, think of The Bern's coattails. It might be a Rebublican house for decades after this.

If memory serves, Nixon won the biggest landslide in history up to that point in '72 and didn't bring the House with him. It took another twenty-two years and the Contract with America to accomplish that. Ditto Reagan in '84.

It is nearly beyond belief that of the two top Democrat(ic) candidates, neither has ever had an honest, paying job. Being a politician doesn’t count. How can they relate to we Americans who work for a living?

Biden is such a weak candidate. Why did Obama ever select him for VP? It ensured Obama would have no coattails. Its like Obama wanted to make sure nobody stole his spotlight.

Bernie will never get the Democrat nomination. Bloomberg will pay Sanders off (a fourth dacha perhaps?), and Bernie will concede to whomever Bloomberg has chosen to be the Democrats' candidate. The real question is, will Bernie be able to convince his supporters to vote for the Democrats' nominee. I certainly hope not.
