Now that special counsel Robert Mueller has completed his investigation, it is tempting to breathe a sigh of relief and assume that our long national nightmare is over. Resist the temptation, the assumption is false. We are not close to the end. Not by a long shot. In fact, I believe the last two years, as traumatic as they were, will prove to be the easier part of the nightmare, because Mueller dealt only with whether Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign conspired with Russia to swing the election. A man was arrested Friday for throwing a glass of water in the face of controversial Rep. Steve King at a local restaurant, police said. Blake Gibbins, 26, allegedly approached King while he was eating lunch at Mineral City Mill and Grill restaurant in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He asked King if he was the congressman and then threw a glass of water on him, Fort Dodge police said in a press release. The release says others were also hit by the water, but no one was injured. A falling ceiling hit passengers on the head as a struggling cruise ship swung to one side after its engine lost power. The Viking Sky, carrying 1,400 people including 200 UK citizens, tipped violently sending tables and chairs skimming across decks in Hustadsvika Bay, Norway, after experiencing the problem. It was taking passengers on a 12-day luxury cruise along the Norwegian coast. A 90-year-old man and his 70-year-old spouse have been severely injured, according to Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
