The really sad thing is he is in Californistan. Finding 12 objective jurors is dang near impossible. This will end like any trial against Trump in NY state. Except the 12 citizen jurors will reward this evil, Death Camp guard wannabe with a not guilty sentence. A change of venue would be the only possibility to get a fair trial for both the accused and the dead. But it will never happen. Two Tier Just-Us will prevail. If by some miracle he is convicted, instead of 40 years in prison being some really bad and evil man's girlfriend this guy will get 6 months in Club Fed with a convicted for fraud DeMS-13 politician for 6 months and 25 hours community service (ballot harvesting).

While the perpetrator is a Navy veteran, it is a lot more likely that him being an extreme nut job leftist, progressive, or socialist Democrat supporter that is the true personal back story that was his motive for attacking and essentially murdering that old man.

I'm sure he's very proud of himself right about now, beating up a 69 year old senior citizen. Sadly, he likely won't get a long sentence since he's in CA. Hopefully, the DA presents a strong case of hate and rage which seems to be prevalent in those who've been deceived by the TDS psyop being run the past 10 years.

Its been 28 years since we left southern California, but Escondido used to be known as a conservative place. Lots of retirees looking for warm, dry weather. The murderer could pull a jury of majority senior folk. That would provide the needed justice. This whole incident is shockingly unshocking. The Supreme Court on Tuesday handed the Trump administration a win by reversing a lower court ruling against a requirement that immigration judges seek official approval before giving speeches in their official capacities. The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals last year intervened in light of President Donald Trump's firing of several agency heads responsible for hearing complaints, Reuters reported. The policy stems from the Executive Office for Immigration Review, which oversees roughly 750 immigration judges. The justices did not rule on the merits of the case, but merely reversed the lower court decision and sent it back for additional proceedings.
